Everyone is friendly, flexible billing options. The assistants are kind. The dentists are fine 😍 whew chile. Im about 3 months into my Invisalign treatment, so far so good, will keep yall updated as treatment progresses.

I have been going to Dr. Kent’s office for 12 plus years. All 3 of my children have been patients of Dr. Kent. My youngest son just got his last week with Dr. Marsh and Wyatt thought he was the best! All the staff have always given the best customer service too. I would highly recommend this practice every time!

Going on 2 years Carolina has been my second home... They have done such a good Job, however I got over braces about two months left in treatment. 😂 but wanted them so bad as a child. What I am trying to say is they have very good staff. It’s bitter sweet especially since today I meet Desiree for the first time and she is so down to earth, loves what she does, and I can tell she is a team player. I was feeling a little down before coming today cause of other reasons, but just her and how nice she was and our conversation made my day better and If I would have meet her earlier I would have requested her every time. I think she needs a Raise 😂 just joking but please acknowledge her on knowing how to be very professional and just giving a warm embrace to clients. She rock! Today has been a day truly to remember. Im 52 years of age, and wanted braces all my life but parents couldnt afford them. So today is even special to me today is my mothers heavenly birthday and I was able to acheive this life long blessing. Carolina Braces is the best! The Staff, Dr. Z and Amy did an awesome job they made me feel loved that made me feel at home we laugh and talk and they got the job done I wouldnt go any other place other than Carolina braces they are truly the home of the Carolina braces. And they are also affordable.

Best orthodontist office hands down. All staff is super friendly and accommodating! We’ve been with them for over 2 years and they were always very straight forward and now my teenagers teeth are looking amazing!!! We will definitely be back in a couple of years with my other child.

Nice people but ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND! On this latest visit my son was the first one in the lobby and the LAST one to be called back. We showed up 15 minutes before appointment like they ask, but every person who came in AFTER us, went before him. So sick of them being behind, they should figure out how to schedule better!

I had missed my appointment last year due to a emergency; months later they called me first to say hi and asked was everything okay with my family. Dr. Foley has been a great addition to the staff in Brier Creek. I have four children, all in braces or appliances, and they all enjoy him and the dental assistants. He was especially good at keeping my seven year old calm when installing her palate expander.

Everything here is amazing, as well as at the Sawmill location. Dr. Kent and Dr. Foley both are excellent, you cant go wrong! I went as an adult for braces and they worked with me, discussed options, and were very clear about everything and always answered all of my questions. I am so much happier with my smile now!

Dr. Kent and his staff are by far one of the most professional practices I have been to. My daughter is having her braces removed next week and she is disappointed she wont be seeing the staff on a regular basis any longer. I liked the fact that my first visit I was greeted with joy. This office has wonderful customer service. They push every effort in getting you where you need to be with your teeth. They so nice.

Dr. Nay is great, very friendly and easy to talk to. The staff go above and beyond to make it quick/painless and easy to schedule appointments. The evening call from Dr. Nay after your first working appliance appointment is a great personal touch. Only complaint we have is too much communication before a scheduled appointment. They really dont want you to miss and send you reminders your appointment is pending through every form of communication you provide them.

Dr. Kent is by far the best orthodontist in the triangle. My daughter had two sets of braces with another orthodontist in the area and I could not have been more dissatisfied so we chose Carolina Braces when it was time for my son to get braces. Not only did he only have to wear them less than two years, but he always received the best care. Dr. Kent gives every patient his personal cell number in case of issues or concerns. His staff is so helpful and always very friendly. My other son will be getting his braces there soon, I would not go anywhere else for orthodontic care!

Weve had a great experience with Carolina Braces. Both of my daughters have gotten their braces there. They answer all our questions and make sure we know what to expect. Our appointments go smoothly, even when we have to wait a little (which is rare), the staff makes sure we know why and how long it will be. Everything was explained very well before we started treatment, including their wide variety of payment plans. I opted for the plan to pay all at once to get a 5% discount, but there are monthly payment plans as well to fit all kinds of budgets. Even though it has taken long than originally estimated to finish with the final phases of my daughters braces, they have kept us informed as to why (sometimes teeth are slow to come in), what next steps are and alternative options all the way. We love Carolina Braces and recommend getting a free consultation from them for your orthodontic needs.

Very professionally run practice. My son is still being seen and they are not willing to take them off too early. They are leaving them on a year longer than first thought since he has so much more to grow.

Wow, where do i even start? I have been going to Carolina Braces for over 2 years now and everytime i go Im always treated like family and not just another customer. I highly recommend Carolina Braces to anyone who wants to improve there smile!!!!!!!!!

They were relatively cheap and agreed to do invisalign when others didnt but it took around 3-4 years instead of 1 as promised. High staff turnover. Nice assistants but doctors not so much. One incident that comes to mind is when invisalign people didnt put fake teeth materials into teeth compartments where I had missing teeth and doctor said it would cost money for them to send it back and theres nothing that can be done, when I mentioned this to a receptionist/assistant at the front desk she immediately said that they have this material in their office and can simply fill the trays themselves, without it it would be clearly seen that I was missing 2 front teeth.

The Staff is more than competent . Lots of room in the waiting area. We felt very welcome and are looking forward to our treatment plans to start.

Used to be a good office -- years ago, which is when the majority of the positive reviews were written. Numerous different doctors have switched out as of late, lasting a mere 3-6 months at a time before quitting. None of the staff from a year ago still remain, as they too are constantly leaving because of something going on.Many times have I arrived at my designated appointment time, only to be forced to wait 30-40 minutes after to even get looked at (theyre not even that busy, and you can clearly see staff doing nothing while you wait). Once you do get called to the back, youre sat down, and you have to wait another 20-30 minutes for someone that has yet to get their medical license to look at you.Even calling the emergency number just redirects you to the normal office, which has extremely abnormal hours. If youre in pain, youll have to wait a couple weeks for an appointment, which is often scheduled at ridiculous times (around noon) on weekdays. Theyll say that nothing else is possible -- even when trying to book months in advance.For the poor quality of service, the constantly cycled out staff (leading to having nobody that is experienced), a ridiculous pricing model, and numerous other things, I can no longer recommend this office -- in fact, I can wholeheartedly say that you should stay as far away as possible.

Treatment time took twice as long as initially stated during the consultation and I was still not pleased with the end results. Once braces were off, the office failed to follow up with retainer check ups. Overall a horrible experience!
