When I came in to Lane & Associates on Capital Blvd I was very uncertain about what kind of treatment I will be getting because I was a Medicaid patient. It has been the hardest thing trying to find a dentist home because I am financially challenged. From the time that I walked in the door I was warmly welcomed and treated with respect. Going through the triage process I still felt just as welcome and respected. Moving forward to part of my exam Miss Coritha listened to all of my oral concerns and some of my personal issues (LOL). She made me feel safe and comfortable. She was careful in all that she did. And helped me with all of my options. I am thankful that I walked into a dentist office and they turned me away but refereed me to come to Lane and Associates. I want to make this office my mental/dental home. For all of my oral concerns. Thanks Guys

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Answered all questions I had and confirmed follow ups. Since Im pregnant, also gave me a little more information about taking care of the sensitivity of my gums due to the changing hormones. Something none of my Drs had mentioned to me. Appreciated the extra information.

I traveled all the way to Raleigh NC, booked a room, and on my way to my appointment when they called to cancel it. What a waste of my time, and money. I’ll never come back to this establishment.

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry on Raleigh Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC are super amazing genuinely they are so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend going to Lane & Associates they are definitely the best in Family Denistry they truly and genuinely took care of my teeth needs and they are the most kindest and understanding people you’ll ever meet. They are seriously and truly amazing especially Ms. Crystal she was so sweet and amazing and made my dental experience super amazing I’m so grateful and beyond elated about my experience today.

I wish I remembered the name of the lady that attended to me. She is simply the best. Have been using this clinic for years now.

My wife wants to get her wisdom teeth out, so she made an appointment here for an exam/referral. She was in and out in under 30 minutes, and immediately let me know that despite listing her fear of dentistry on her paperwork and the hygienist/assistant noting it, a dentist strolled in and jammed his hands right in her mouth and wrenched it open without even introducing himself. This quick exam, where no cleaning or dental work was performed, cost an astounding $279. My dentist 10 minutes down the road provided a new patient exam AND cleaning for $88. This place is a ripoff. We will never be back.

This was my sons first time at the dentist and Crystal made him so comfortable and the whole staff was super friendly. Feels like you’re with friends and family!! So easy to talk to and overall great experience. Would definitely recommend and going back for his 6month follow up! :)

I got my teeth cleaned today by Rachel. She is a awesome hygienist. She and Dr Smith are very gentle and thorough.

The front of house staff is very welcoming and kind. I have very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist however Dr. Smith was very patient and gentle and has made each visit a pleasant experience!

The hygienist that did my cleaning was very nice and informative. The rest of the staff here is friendly! I felt comfortable.

Im afraid of needles, and doctor Smith made me feel relaxed; he made sure I was numb, before extracting my tooth; he was so kind, and the rest of the staff also. Ive never had a dentist that didnt make me nervous until Doctor Smith; hes awesome, and I thank him!

Dr. Hayworth and her assistant Steph are just the best team ever. Dr. Hayworth is very thorough and extremely efficient . They listen and pay attention to details. Love this place for my whole family. The front staff is also very helpful. A++++ team in Raleigh.

First visit and boom! My all-time favorite dentist and staff. It was super clean, efficient, friendly and concerned about my issues. What a relief. This is now my forever dental practice.

Called Lane & Associates today after having been seen elsewhere. The front desk staff heard the urgency in my voice and was able to get me in same day! The team took X-rays and made sure I was fully examined. They corrected the issues they found and I am very satisfied with this office!

I am so upset my appointment was at 9:30 waited almost 2 hours before being called to the back. Mind you this appointment was set almost a month ago, I sent my drivers license and insurance information on 3/21 for verification purposes. Whom ever called me from the office to verify my appointment, I inquired about my charges where I was told no cost. After sitting for almost two hours and getting an X-ray I was told I had a charge of $75 so I asked why was i not told when my appointment was verified. She goes to say you are supposed to know your insurance now I know about insurance because I work in that field not in the dental field and what I know is that is supposed to be verified before my appointment along with the charges. Now leaving I have a balance of $53 for the X-ray but my balance would have still been $66. That does not make any sense since the balance was supposed to be $75. With that being said she walked off from me and I had to find her to ask what is it now. That’s when I was done. Rude is not even the word. If you don’t want to do your job don’t come. Crazy how you lost 3 new patients. I’m so heated because this just set me back $1800 for my ortho work a waste of my time and day.

Normally dental visits are filled with trepidation for most people. I was so nervous to get my cracked tooth checked out. My insurance company referred me to Lane & Associates. Appointment day: they followed all safety measures regarding Covid from the minute I walked in. My dentist was Dr. Smith and his dental assistant was Crystal. Since Ive moved here my husband and I have gone through a few dentistry locations with none that made us as happy as the one we used to have. As soon as I left Lane & Associates, I called my husband and let him know I found our new dentist here!

I went to Dr. Reintgen with a cracked tooth and lots of pain. He relieved the pain immediately, and worked with me on payment for the subsequent work needed like a crown and buildup of the tooth next to it. Highly recommend him as your dentist, he did a great job - I can chew on the left side again!
