The office is fantastic. I’m a right on time person (sometimes fashionably late) so convenient parking is important to me and this office has lots of parking. The staff is very friendly. They run right on time, so don’t expect to get any work done or catch up on your emails during a wait. The dentist is the best dentist I’ve ever seen! He is personable and also extremely good at telling you about your teeth and mouth in normal person language by breaking down all the medical jargon and giving you options.As an added bonus, they have massaging dental chairs! You get seen right on time so make sure you enjoy it while you can.I also was given a new patient welcome gift that wasn’t just a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss.So glad I found this office, it’s a hidden Gem!

Whoever your current dentist is, if they arent working at Britt Dental Center then you should do your teeth a favor and get your mouth down to see Dr. Ben Britt. Not only is his facility state of the art, the staff is top notch and very courteous. Instead of feeling like you are at the dentist, you will feel like you are at the masseuse because the dentist chairs GIVE YOU A MASSAGE!!! YES! You read that right, the dentist chairs will give you a shoulder massage while your mouth is getting worked on. You will feel so relaxed during your visit that you wont even feel when they administer the novocaine!But thats not all! When youre ready to go, its like Christmas with all the free stuff they give you! Ive been bouncing around dentists for a few years now after several legit bad experiences related to dishonesty and poor quality of work. I chose Britt Dental for my latest cleaning based on insurance, location, and positive reviews--I wasnt expecting much, tbh. I was so pleased with the visit, though. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and everything about the visit just felt easy. So glad I found them!

My first visit for a cleaning was a joy from beginning to end. Emily, who did my initial x-rays was personable, well-trained and knowledgeable. I was gratified that she was engaging so that the experience was not a cold and unattached technological one. My hygienist, Lauren, was excellent—providing me with a pain-free cleaning. She was thorough, knowledgeable, gentle, and, like Emily, very engaging. Both Emily and Lauren made me feel quite at ease; and, I am convinced that I need look no further for my dental care. Following the cleaning, Dr. Britt came in to do the final evaluation. Immediately, I was impressed with his personable manner and good sense of humor, both of which made me feel comfortable and relaxed. It was evident from the outset that he was a well-trained and knowledgeable professional. His eye-to-eye contact made me feel that he was genuinely interested in my concerns. Needless to say, but this practice has my highest A+++ rating.

The reviews looked very good so we stopped by to check out their office.The staff was very welcoming and scheduled us for a routine/new patient exams on a schedule consistent with our dental insurance.In January, we had our exams. We got the most thorough, comprehensive exams we have ever had. The entire staff was friendly and professional and Dr Britt was extremely personable. We felt like long term patients from day one!

I have happily been visiting Dr. Britts office for over a decade. I was referred by a colleague and was so impressed that I became an instant advocate. Dr. Britt (and now Dr. Forestier, also shout out to dental hygienist Tonya) have taken care of everything from routine cleanings, emergency crown replacements, veneers, fillings, and countless other issues over the years. I couldnt be happier with their attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency. I now live in Holly Springs, but dutifully drive all the way to Brier Creek to continue my dental care in their capable hands.

My 6 yr old and I came in for our checkup and had a great experience - she actually gets excited for dentist appointments. The whole staff is amazing but we were lucky enough to see Lauren and Caroline and they are just the best with kids (and adults). It’s no surprise that Dr. Britt and Dr. Forestier are also excellent. We have had a great relationship with Britt Dental for several years. Upon moving to Raleigh, I took a friend’s recommendation and took all four of my children here for treatment. They work with our schedule, they are thorough and the whole staff makes scarier treatments (hello kids’ cavities and making space for braces) so manageable!

1st off, Im not a fan of the dentist because of the many bad experiences I have had with other Triangle dentists. However, Britt Dental has restored my faith in dentists! If youre looking for a dentist who has friendly faces to welcome you (and without hesitation, will help you reschedule your appointment, 3 times in a row, due to a busy work schedule), dental hygienists who remember who you are (they have a very consistent team), and a dentist who keeps it real (and will fix any issues you have ASAP) then Britt Dental should be your choice. I have been going to Dr. Britt for a number of years now (I think around 10). It feels like going to visit friends when I go in for cleanings. They have a very friendly, comfortable, clean, and professional environment. They also seem to keep up to date with the latest equipment and tools. Every exam room I have been in had a massage chair and a TV which are nice creature comforts. Over the years, I have noticed that they continue to update the decor and furniture, ensuring that the office always feels modern and up to date. Dr. Britt and his team always take the time to explain my treatment plans while also making it very easy for me to understand. They are efficient and always on time! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time. I cant imagine there is a better dental office out there and will continue to go here for years to come.

I love it here. They are fantastic. They always make sure you know what they are doing and frequently ask if youre OK during the entire process. Theyre super friendly and give you a printed out treatment plan so you know what you need to get done and how much your insurance will pay for each treatment (and how much you need to pay). No one likes going to the dentist, but if I have to, I am glad Ive chosen Dr. Britts office to go to regularly. Highly recommend.

Recently relocated to the Raleigh area and needed a dentist. Im very picky when it comes to dentists and Ive asked 5 people for recommendations and 4 of them recommend Dr. Britt. Let me put it this way, I hated dentists all my life and its like a nightmare every time I go to see one. Ive had two visits so far and a cleaning, invisalign assessment and 4 cavities fixed. It was by the most satisfying 2 trips to a dentist, they have a great crew that is thorough and explains every step and whats to come, they are friendly and always smile! (you need a happy face at a dentist!!) Dr. Britt was very kind to explain what hes doing and kept asking if I was doing alright, (I did express my terror from dentists prior) his work is great, I felt no pain and was able to eat on my teeth within hours. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone around me looking for dental work and Im surely going there again!

This staff is great. I have been about 6 or 7 times and this is the best dentist practice I have ever been too (Im 48 so I know the drill, boo hiss). I have seen both dentists and several of their hygienists and they are very competence, very nice, and very cool too. In affluent North Raleigh I have seen a shift in dentists being more pushy with optional/unnecessary services, but not this practice. I just got a filling and actually had fun with the visit. Ask to see Jessicas head in a cube.

My service today for a teeth cleaning, and x rays was GREAT. Ive been a patient here since I moved to North Carolina in 2006 and they are always on top of Cutting Edge technology, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The staff is personable and courteous, and both of the doctors are friendly and professional. I am learned today that one of the doctors and I both watch the same reality TV show! I ended up needing the tooth filling, and they were able to accommodate me today as opposed to having to schedule another visit! Just want to affirm, that Britt Dental is still the best! (Sept 2020)We are a family of 11, and have been going to Britt Dental for about 10 years! So we have many, many experiences and reasons to say how wonderful this place is. You know it from the moment you walk in and are greeted by very friendly and professional staff. Drs Britt and Forestier and very welcoming and comforting. They take time to know you and pay attention to you during your visit. The dental assistants and hygienists are just as personable and meticulous with their care and treatments - Tonya, Megan, Jenn, Lauren, Adriane, Carol, Patricia, Caroline - you all rock!

Wonderful experience, Dr. Britt is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise ! He explained indepth and with great wisdom about the dental procedure that I need to have. He made me feel very comfortable and answered with great insight questions that other Dentists had no conclusive answers for.i would highly recommend Dr. Britt.

Ive been a patient for over 13 years now. Previous dentists would always recommend unnecessary fillings, but I still havent been told I need one by Dr. Britt. Its hard to find that kind of honesty!

My whole family comes to the office and loves it, even my 8yr old son!!! The office is always updated on equipment and decor. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

If you live in the area, this should be your dentist. Dr. Britt & staff take great care to be friendly, professional, timely and kind. In other words, a dentist office without the pain of going to the dentist.

Knowledgeable, gentle, and kind staff. Dr. Britt is a wizard with anesthesia, I rarely ever feel the needle prick. Massage chairs are a huge plus ;)

The Britt Staff is warm and friendly and has made each visit very pleasant for our family. We have been part of the Britt Dental Family for about 7 years and have had several types of services all of which were handled very quickly and professionally.

Dr Britt is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very concerned with your comfort, he is the first dentist that I have not felt the after affects of getting a shot to numb the area he is going to work on, well worth the fee.

Jessica Forestier is fantastic! She is so bright and bubbly and visiting this practice is probably the best dental experience Ive had. Highly recommend!
