Our daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed before heading back to college. The staff was fantastic - they made us feel like we have been there 100 times before - welcoming, kind, genuine, helpful and right on schedule! Dr. Kozacko is a true professional, very thorough and took the time to answer any questions. Not to mention he personally called to check on her the evening of her surgery! I am 24 and just got back from my surgery early this morning. Process was super easy and I’m feeling great right now! It’s now day 2 and I have literally no pain, swelling, or bleeding, but the pain of my partially impacted wisdom tooth caused me more pain than 3 holes in my mouth - OMG! I I had two of my fully grown-in teeth on the top extracted, as well as my partially impacted bottom left tooth. I appreciate Dr. K’s honesty as he wanted to hold off on the bottom right tooth because it’s wrapped around nerves (wants to avoid getting numb lip) and there may never be a chance that it causes problems. This goes to show he cares about your health and safety! He also calls you that night to make sure you’re okay!Super professional doc and staff and really happy with how I feel on day 1! Hoping I’ll recover quickly than anticipated. Thank you everyone at Dr. K’s office! 🦷😄👌🏼

I’m 78 years old and can still recall vividly my first visit to the dentist at age 6. To say it is a painful memory would be an understatement! The story of my life has been one painful dental procedure after another. Compounding my dental problems, I’m a bruxist and have had numerous extractions, three implants, two root canals and several crowns to repair damaged teeth. During my latest visit with the hygienist, a failed implant was noted. My dentist wanted to remove the implant, do a bone graft and replace the failed implant with a very expensive special implant. Had I agreed to do this, it would mean I had invested almost $10,000 in one space. I was not convinced the procedure was in my best interest. I sought a second opinion and based on Dr. Kozacho’s reviews, I chose him, even though it meant driving almost 200 miles round-trip. After receiving the required referral from my dentist, an appointment was scheduled posthaste.After my initial visit there was no doubt I had made a wise decision. His staff functions like a well oiled machine, but with great care and consideration. As another reviewer described his reaction, its like you’ve always been a patient of Dr. Kozacho’s. The exam by Dr. Kozacho was frosting on the cake! The problem was identified. All my questions were answered. The plan for resolution, with each step and associated cost, was presented. I agreed without any reservations and was scheduled for surgery two in weeks. I could not believe how quickly this all was happening. I can’t express how appreciative I am for this.I’ve saved the best for last! The procedure was done with IV anesthesia so I was thankfully asleep. Finally, I can say I’ve had a major dental procedure without pain. Upon regaining consciousness, I was observed until sufficiently recovered and able to leave. Hugs all around with the very caring staff and help getting to the car, my BFF, Vicky, and I departed. Later in the day, Dr. Kozacho called to see if I was okay. I told him I was fine.Dr. Kozacho provided me with pre-op and post-op instructions covering everything, including medication and meals. My followup appointment was set for a week after surgery. I returned and was examined my Dr. Kozacho and no issues were found, Dr, Kozacho informed me he would have me return in January for a free implant consultation. I’m looking forward to returning for this.Thank you, Dr. Kozacho and staff, for an exceptional dental experience. It was definitely the best in my 78 years!

A 10-STAR RATING WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH !!!I was very apprehensive about getting 4 wisdom teeth removed at age 59. (I ve only had 1 small cavity in my life so this was a big deal.) Dr. Kozacko and his team went way beyond expectations to reduce my anxiety and provide a pleasant procedure. I was in the procedure room for a few minutes before briefly closing my eyes. I was surprised to see my wife in the room when I opened my eyes again and asked if they were re-scheduling. She confirmed that the teeth had already been removed!!!! I went home and had a nice nap and modified my diet to the recommended soft food diet. I never had any pain and I did not take the pain medicine because it was not needed.Dr. Kozacko must be part magician. I have no idea how he removed 4 teeth without any discomfort or pain. (My 17-year old son had the same experience.) You will be in very good hands with Dr. Kozacko and team.

Had to have a tooth pulled and was able to have the implant prep. done in the bone at the same time to save me a visit. I had no pain, almost no bleeding, every easy procedure & followup. Highly recommended.

I am dumbfounded by the number of rave reviews that Dr. Kozacko and his staff had been receiving because we did not have a good experience with them at all. Our pediatric dentist (Dr. Kindrachuck) recommended Dr. Kozacko to us for our daughters wisdom teeth extraction. I should have done my due diligence and read up Dr. Kozackos reviews here before having him perform the procedure on my daughters wisdom teeth. Like one of the reviewers who left a negative feedback, Dr. Kozacko does have an ARROGANT attitude about him. Even the front desk lady is smug and condescending. She asked if we have dental insurance, and she asserted that they only accept a specific type. Fortunately, my companys dental insurance was the one they could take. During the day of the procedure, my daughter said the doctors nurse had terrible bedside manners. According to my daughter, the nurses rear end hit her head when prepping for the procedure and did not even apologize when it happened as if the nurse did not realize what she had done. The worst part of it all is that my daughter had terrible bruising on her cheeks for several days after the surgery. I am thinking Dr. Kozacko must have been rough on her while performing the surgery. When my wife questioned him about the bruising during the follow-up visit, Dr. Kozacko brushed it off that the bruising was normal. My daughters bruising concerned us because both my wife and I recall not having any facial bruising when we had ours done. I will be letting Dr. Kindrachuk know about our negative experience, and we will find another oral surgeon for our younger daughter when it is her time to get her wisdom teeth removed.

I encountered a traumatic visit to a dentist as a child, I am terrified of any type of oral surgery even today. I have been to Dr Kozackos office three times in the past 18 years. The most recent visit 2 weeks ago to have a wisdom tooth removed. Each visit was flawless. I at no time experienced any pain or discomfort, he has an amazing touch. Dr Kozacko just may be a star. Just got 4 wisdom teeth removed here and it went great. Was super nervous about the whole thing but the nurses and Dr Kozacko talked me through it and did a fantastic job. Within 48 hours the pain was gone, and now that it’s been a week I’m pretty much back to eating/drinking as normal. They even let me keep the 4 teeth! Definitely recommend these guys.

I was referred by my dentist for wisdom teeth extraction. The procedure went as expected without incident. The staff is professional and they seem to be diligent about taking the necessary precautions related to COVID-19. I personally dont have another experience to compare it to in terms of teeth extraction, but based on how well they met my expectations, and in comparison to the horror stories Ive heard about how bad wisdom teeth extraction was for other people with other providers, Ive given them the highest rating.

My experience with my procedure was fantastic. I had some implants removed and some bone grafting. Was painless. The staff are very friendly and caring and made me feel less anxious. In September 2020, Dr. Kosacko worked me into his schedule to quickly do bone graft surgery. His staff and the doctor took great care of me. In March 2021, Dr. Kosacko and team did the next step for my implants. Surgery went well. I am grateful for all that he and his staff have done to restore my front teeth.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Kozacko twice (different times for each side) and my teenage son had all four wisdom teeth pulled, and the dental / medical care was the best possible. Dr. Kozackos evening follow-up call was a nice touch, too!

I don’t recommend this place. I went in for a consult for my wisdom teeth. My dentist had forwarded my X-ray to him before the appointment that was taken two months prior (so there were changes since that last X-ray). I had severe pain, and was told “I don’t need to look at it. I’m certain what’s going on.”Dr. Kozacko has a very pompous attitude. The atmosphere is cold and unwelcoming. His nurse Priscilla doesnt have a good bedside manor at all. I don’t recommend this place for quality care. They don’t have concern for your comfort. It seems as if I was almost an inconvenience for him with my questions in regards to my health, and being apprehensive of surgery.

I previously had a very unpleasant experience with my regular dentist, due to the fact that in over 2 hours in the dental chair he was unsuccessful in removing a very troublesome wisdom tooth. He recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Kozacko. I was very hesitant, but I was experiencing so much pain that I finally made the call. I was given a consult appointment that VERY SAME DAY. After that meeting I felt totally comfortable with Dr. Kozackos ability to complete the extraction in a timely basis. The entire procedure was flawless and after a week of recovery, its feeling great. I’m the patient that needs to be medicated for a general cleaning cause I’m such a chicken! Dr. Kozacko and his staff made sure that I was comfortable and took excellent care of me. We were told because of her younger age it was a tougher surgery and she may bleed a lot, be in pain For days and have bruising. She had very little bleeding, no bruising, came out of anesthesia feeling fine! No pain, dizziness or nausea. Fabulous experience for getting her wisdom teeth out!

Great experience and very fast and painless procedure. Had rear molar (#18) extraction. Was in and out under a hour. Great staff and while I felt I was being worked over by other Oral Surgery offices, I was given the ALL options and best option for me and not my wallet.Would highly recommend this office for any procedure

When I broke a tooth off at the gum line, I called the phone number as my oral surgeon from a few decades ago. That doctor had retired & Dr. Kozacko now owns the practice. They were able to work me in the following day! The anesthesiologist was very gentle with the IV sedation, and after the surgery, they used low stick tape on my arm so it was easy to remove (this really impressed me, because I have sensitive skin). My pain was so minimal, I was able to use over-the-counter meds rather than having to rely upon a stronger prescription. They were upfront with the cost & estimated insurance coverage, and were very quick to reconcile my account. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding. While I hope I never need his services again, if I ever do, there will be no hesitation on my part as to who Ill contact. Thank you, one and all!

In May I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted here. All my friends/family told me prior to surgery day that since I was 30 I would probably be in more pain and take longer to recover. This was not the case at all with Dr. Mark Kozacko. From day 1 when I had my X-rays up to surgery day I felt instantly at ease and comfortable. He explained everything very thorough and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Surgery day was a breeze and I walked out of the office with minimal swelling and no pain. The best part about it was that I never felt any pain after the surgery at all! I took OTC medicine one day and thats it! I cant recommend Dr. Kozacko and his team enough. I have heard countless horror stories from my friends that made the mistake of going somewhere else. He honestly deserves more than 5 stars if that was possible.

Yes the reviews on here are all correct, the wait is a little longer than expected but the service is incredible. Great staff, warm and welcoming and there may be a reason you need to wait. Just like a restaurant, you get what you pay for and most of the time if there is a line out the door it must be good! I was truly impressed!

They have always gone out of there way before and after surgery to make sure you were informed on the steps for a fast recovery. Our nurse was amazing and had been with the practice for 10+years as well as many others. You can tell they love what they do and they do it well. We had questions the day after surgery and their staff had an answer that night. Dr. Kozacko personally called us that evening to check on my son. Fantastic bedside manner as well as very thorough in describing and executing a specific treatment plan. The staff, which has been there for years, are courteous and helpful. I had two impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Kozacko. He was pretty good and fairly friendly and definitely took my concerns seriously before surgery. I requested light conscious sedation, so I remember the entire procedure and everyone was professional and it was pain-free. His staff was nice, especially his nurses. However, wait times before appointments were always lengthy (30-60 minutes).I wouldnt say it was a five star experience, but overall I feel youll be in good, competent hands here.

Dr. Kozackos office took great care of our son who had 4 wisdom teeth removed and another procedure the same day.
