Dr.Mosley is always fun and professional. He is the best eye doctor experience I have ever had. The staff is always friendly. They got me in and out of the office in about 30 minutes including my brand new glasses. They are the best eye team!

I went to this Eye Care Center to get safety glasses. Very poor customer service. I let Jennifer know what safety glasses I wanted she didnt go over any of the options available on those glasses. She expected me to leave the store and just let her fill in what I wanted. When I told her I wanted a copy of the paperwork before i left she was irritated and said it would take 15-20 min. Had i left her to fill it out without me she would have choose the wrong color. I tried to explain how I wanted the tint on the glasses and she said she couldnt guarantee if they would come the way I wanted them. I will discourage any of my co-workers from going here to get their safety glasses.

Dr. Moser, Michael, and everyone else I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I felt very safe since they are adhering to stringent COVID protocols.

I found the attention to the COVID protocols excellent. On a more personal note, given I was in a knee-scooter due to surgery, all of the staff I dealt with l and my provider were accommodating and solicitous. Very appreciated.

As someome who has been seeing eye doctors my entire life this place is absolutely one of the best. My appointment was set for 9, I was seen and paid by 945. I wasnt up sold for glasses I didnt need and even given the lowest price for my contacts that Ive ever seen. My doctor was incredibly pleasent and I will certainly go back.

I have been going here for 20 years. Dr Rohm and staff have done an excellent job. They carry a great variety of frames and lens options. Any time you need a frame adjustment, just drop by and they will fix it in a timely manner.

I saw Dr. Rohm for a long overdue eye exam. Dr. Rohm and her staff were wonderful. She gave me some options on supplements I could add and dietary changes I could make to improve my vision. I also bought a new pair of glasses and sunglasses there. A very good selection is available. I was able to get her findings regarding my eye exam from their portal a week or two after the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Rohm and her staff at Eye Care Center at Crabtree Mall in Raleigh.

I dont like the fact that after I gave the office my money for a eye exam $99.00 and contact lens fitting $65.00. I have a hard time driving with bright sunlight. I asked the Optometrist for a waiver because I wanted darker tints on my front two passenger windows. She refused and told me just to wear polarized shades. What do I need to do to correct my issue for real.

My Doctor was great . Really took her time to make sure my vision needs were met. So far great !. Front desk very Chatty happy people 😀,.. Not so bad for the talkers like me .

I have almost always had a good experience at the Eye Care Center. I have only had one time that was not a great experience and that was the manufacturers fault in not getting my glasses back in a timely manner. But Dr. Rohm was very sympathetic and have me a substantial refund. I was satisfied with that. Dr. Rohm and Linda are both very professional and I appreciate that!

I had a ripped contact lens stuck in my eye. I stopped at 2 other opthamology offices which were closer, but they refused to help me. I called Eye Care Ctr at Crabtree. They were polite and said, Stop by. Well take a look. They saw me without question, pulled out the lens and didnt even charge me. It took all of 10 seconds. Why did they help me? Because it was the right thing to do. The HUMAN thing to do. So I bought 2 pairs of glasses from them. High fives to people who actually care!

I made an appointment 3 months ago for them to put two walk in in front of me and not even let me know I was going to be there long than 30 mins! DONT GO TO THEM

I was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive my glasses, not to mention that I purchased (2) pair. I have had to call this office twice just to get a status. It just takes entirely too long to get your order back and this isnt the first time this has happened. I called today and spoke to a young lady that seemed very nonchalant about my concerns. Its OK. Ill find another practice as this practices customer service and slow lab is not worth it.

Horrible customer service from eye technician and the optometrist Dr. Rohm. I felt as if I was inconveniencing them because my appointment was apparently scheduled around their lunch time. The optometrist was not very patient at all considering it was my first time trying contacts.

The front desk people need to be fired. I had the worst experience with them just trying to schedule and show up to my appointment. Scheduling people were incompetent, and the front desk people were disrespectful, and treated me like I was doing them a favor for being a patient.
