Quality of lenses are good at the price. Wish they have more frame selection. Also they dont have the highest index yet that is in the market.

The optical vision center needs alot of work. Prices are unbeatable but the wait time is always long and one staff in particular was rude and not qualified to make adjustments. I had to have my progressives done twice and she clearly did not know what she was doing when trying to fit them properly. I continued to have pressure points behind my ears and nose after going back two times. I took them to another optician at the mall and they adjusted my glasses effortlessly to fit comfortably. I was also never informed about coating options and they chose one for me.After losing my glasses, I decided to try the Costco vision center in Apex to have another pair made. A world of difference!!!!! Well staffed and short wait. Friendly, very knowledgeable staff and a better selection. My glasses were ready in 4 days and i was in and out in 5 min with a perfect fit. Do yourself a favor and go to Apex even if its a bit further out.

Loved it here! So nice, friendly, and accommodating! I had just gone through possibly the worst experience with a scam eye care professional and was on the verge of tears when I walked into Costco eye center. They were really friendly and I was very lucky another client had just called to cancel so they fit me in right away. One of the best things about this particular eye care center (besides the kind staff) is that as soon as you are done (if you are a Costco member) you can walk right inside and get your contacts and get fitted for glasses on the spot. It is such an immense time saver. The glasses at Costco are shockingly inexpensive as well.

Great prices and efficient process, but the service is inconsistent. At times, I get very helpful, friendly, service, while at other times the staff seem rude, inpatient and unfriendly. Perhaps some refresher customer service training would help.

I had a completely positive experience with Costco Vision Center. The receptionist was pleasant, profressional and compasionate. The Dr. was quick but took the time to educate me on everything. I felt he was obviously more interested in my vision and eye comfort than he was in just making money. He was one of the best doctors I have seen. He was very up to date with contact lens of all kinds. He showed me data on his computer and guided me so I could make the best decision for my eyes. Thank you Costco Vision Center, I would recommend you to everyone!

I had a great vision appointment here. The doctor was fast and efficient. The staff at the Vision center is also very knowledgeable, and friendly. They recommended great options for contacts and glasses. Highly recommend.

Great experience here! The receptionist and doctor were very friendly. The doctor was in the receptionist area when I arrived assisting as customers came it; it was evident everyone in the office wanted to give the best customer experience possible!

Prices and service were excellent.

I wanted to get contacts so I went to cosco the receptionist and doctor are outstanding people 5/5. They answered all my questions and I had a lot of questions. They are very knowledgeable and professional. The office it self is a great place big enough to get the job done in a timely manner I was in and out in 30 mins. Great place I will be coming back here again and again so long as they keep the same people. THEY DESERVE A RAISE WHO EVER THEIR BOSS IS!! ☺

I was only looking for some information, like where could I get an apoappoinap for my daughter and I was treated so poorly bye this lady, (asían woman, sorry I couldnt see her name) inside costo vision center, I didnt know what to do so I was just standing there and she stroke me with hey theres a line here, Made me do a line for more than 20 minutes for just a silly question. And when it was finally my turn she was so rude even my 7 year old daughter was like why is she like that with you dad..???Anyway, I got the information and I went to the outside of Costo and got my appointment. If I only knew.

A tiny shack of an office with a wonderfully pleasant receptionist and a terribly rude doctor. I overheard the doctor speaking to the receptionist in such a rude manner that I decided to leave. The office itself is so small that the lights had to be turned out in the entire office just for one patients exam. What on earth kind of optometry office is this?! Ill definitely be getting my exams elsewhere. Bummer, Costco, I thought I could count on you for quality but I realize this is an independent contractor.

Very unfriendly staff in optical dept. It seems that they are not willing to work or help the customer! You just have to wait for sometimes more than 20 minutes, hopefully one of them look at you and say how can I help you.
