I love this place and the staff! I recently finished my 2-year braces process here and now have my retainers. The whole process was very smooth and relatively easy because of how great the staff is. Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil are so delightful and friendly. They are so good at their jobs and make you feel right at home. They always make sure that you are feeling comfortable and safe at all times. The environment is calming and pleasant, which helps if you feel nervous.Its really sad knowing that I wont be having my monthly checkups here anymore. I will greatly miss Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil. They made me feel so loved and cared for. Their patience and effort have helped me greatly. I recommend getting your orthodontic work done here. You will leave with a big bright smile and more confidence!

I had braces years ago and needed a new retainer. Because I moved, I couldnt go back to my original orthodontist. Luckily, I found this office! The doctors were very accommodating and helped me understand my current condition. My new retainers fit perfect! Each visit was no wait!, I was in and out. Raleigh Family Ortho is hands down the top Orthodontics practice is Raleigh/Durham. This is the third practice Ive gone to and by far the best and most personal. The convenience right off of Leesville Road is also great. Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill are amazing and truly care about their patients. Our kids have met them and already like them a lot and look forward to starting up as well.

I would give Dr. Lee and Dr. Neill as many stars as possible! The whole experience is so relaxing and low-stress, and they really work with you and genuinely care that your teeth look exactly how you want them to look by the end of your treatment. I had one tooth just slightly off at the end of my first Invisalign treatment (and I was being a bit picky), but because of that Dr. Lee took another scan and did extra (complimentary) treatment for me so I could be totally happy with my smile. She worked with me so patiently, even after I moved out of Raleigh, to ensure I could complete my Invisalign treatment and be 100% happy with my teeth. I would definitely recommend this practice to anybody who needs orthodontic treatment - they are great orthodontists and very nice people!

They are kind and have great hours. The are very patient focused. Thats hard to find these days. You do not feel rushed or shuffled along at their office. They are super responsive when you have a question or concern. They also dont have egos like a lot of other orthodontists we saw. I think thats hard to come by. At the very least, check them out before making your orthodontic decision.

I decided to come to Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil for my continuing orthodontic treatment once I relocated to NC from NY, and it was the best decision I made. As an adult with braces who previously had bad experiences with orthodontic treatment, I finally have the beautiful straight teeth I have wanted for years. Not only are Dr. Lee and Dr. Neil outstanding professionals who know what theyre doing, they put you at ease, listen to your concerns, and never make you feel like youre just a patient they want to rush in and out so that they can move on to the next as quickly as possible. I also endured a couple of dental emergencies and they were very compassionate, caring, and helpful in whatever it is I needed so that I could get the dental work done and resume treatment immediately. I commute from Chapel Hill and it has been worth the (not so long) drive to Raleigh and cannot recommend them enough to anyone in the Triangle!! Also, since we are going through some hard times with COVID-19, I think its worth mentioning I have always felt safe because their practice is so clean and I was never forced d to wait around in their waiting room needlessly (which cannot be said about many medical/dental facilities).

Raleigh Family Orthodontics (Drs. Lee & Neil) is the best! They were outstanding with their orthodontic treatment of my son. We looked at several different providers and decided that they were the most professional, honest, and caring team. During our treatment timeline, my son had a pretty bad accident on a treadmill and they were very accommodating at restructuring the Invisalign plan and working with the other dental professionals involved. Now he has a wonderful smile and he even enjoyed the process. We are so thrilled with how it worked out and absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Neill and Dr. Lee did a great job with my orthodontic treatment. I am an over 50 patient who should have had braces as a kid, but never did. They convinced me it would be a good investment at this stage in my life. And I have to totally agree. A previous orthodontist told me I would need oral surgery to straighten my smile, but Dr. Lee did a fantastic job with just traditional braces. A little over a year, and I went from never smiling to beaming and showing off my teeth every chance I get. I highly recommend their office.

Most places were closed due to the the virus, but this location was open and happily agreed to fix my retainer for a fair price. The doctors were very nice and knowledgeable. Our son does NOT have the easiest set of teeth to work with. :) She has been great in giving us multiple options for fixing his smile instead of just prescribing a one size fits all approach of here just do braces. My 7 year old daughter (who always cries at the dentist) needed a spacer to align her cross bite and we chose to do a free consultation at Raleigh Family Orthodontics with Dr Neill. She was very nervous going in but he spent lots of time explaining everything to us both and all the staff was super friendly. By our 2nd visit she had warmed up to them and even went back with the staff by herself!! She goes once a month right now and actually looks forward to going for her visit! I would definitely recommend them for young children and of course all ages! We love Dr. Neil and his staff!

Great Orthodontist! If you dont like factory orthodontics (getting your child tied to the chair as early as possible...), this is an excellent alternative. We started out in one of the big factory places that rocks and rolls and gives stuffed animals away, at first. I wasnt convinced about their diagnosis and plan for my daughters fairly complicated case, so I sought a second and third opinion. We found the true luminary in orthodontics, Dr. Renate Soltmann, the great professor of orthodontics who during her career taught hundreds of now practicing professionals. Dr Soltmanns solution made sense, we were in the best of hands. When she retired a couple of years later and sold her office to Dr Neill and Dr Lee, we were sceptical at first but I should have known that the great Dr Soltmann would only pass on her business to highly skilled people-- and these two young professionals have not disappointed, they have managed my daughters continued treatment in the most professional way-- she has a perfect smile now. Five stars and high praise for Raleigh Family Orthodontics! If you like neon lights, loud pop music and free stuffed animals, go to an orthodontics factory. If you like top notch orthodontics by doctors who were hand-picked by one of the greatest orthodontists in the area, go see Dr Neill and Dr Lee. They are lovely people, too.
