This place is amazing as a whole! There is a lot packed into this little place. It is very clean, organized and well put together. Very simple yet elegant. A lot of light. Very courteous, talented and amazing people that work here. Seem to be VERY TEAM WORK oriented, its refreshing to see in any workplace and any where for me personally. Claudia is my personal stylist and she is awesome. She listens and gives her professional opinion. Her and I come up with a plan together. I appreciate this communication VERY much!

I have fine hair and after Vinny gave me a body wave I just wash and go. No more blow drying. Perfect for summer.

Amy is absolutely the best!! Someone else dyed my hair really bad fake black and Amy was able to fix and correct it!! I am so happy with the results and will definitely be going back for color and cuts in the future. Very clean and friendly place!

I went here for the first time today, and I am so happy with the results. Claudia colored my hair, and she did exactly what I asked for. I am always nervous going too dark as a brunette, and she found the perfect balance or covering my highlights but making my color look natural. Will definitely be going back here!

I went to the salon 1/6/2018 for a hair dye and then a quick clean up / trim. My colorist was Angelina and she did a fantastic job. I couldnt be more impressed with the results. This was my first time getting my hair dyed and I only had to come in one time!She was very patient with me and was a total perfectionist! She wanted the color to be perfect and was only satisfied until I was satisfied. No corners were cut and the job was done perfectly.All in all, my expectations have been blown away and the team at Anthony Valentino are the best!

Since then, I could not be happier with my hair cuts. I recommended many friends to him, and all of them loved how he styled their hair. He is amazing!

I was overdue for hair color, so I decided to go to Anthony Valentino Salon as a first-time client.It has a high-end appearance without the snobby ambiance. The reception was pleasant. There was an available stylist, Lisa. I felt welcomed and comfortable as we discussed my hair color vision.As I sat processing with color on my hair, I looked around to observe the other stylists which included one of the owners, clients in the open waiting area, at the shampoo bowls and sitting in their stylist chairs. During my observation, clients looked and sounded happy. Stylists listened to their clients and reiterated what the client wanted along with making some positive suggestions.I was very pleased with my color, style and overall first-time experience with Lisa and the Anthony Valentino Salon. Since my first-time experience was wonderful, I decided to make my next appointment to ensure this was not a onetime happy experience.My August 16 appointment for color, cut and style went just as wonderful as my first experience 5 weeks earlier. This time, I did a before and after photos.I endorse Anthony Valentino Salon. It is conveniently located in downtown Park Ridge across from the Metra station, great for afterwork appointments. The atmosphere of the salon is both friendly and professional. Plus, you will get a professional stylist to help create your next color and style vision.Enjoy!

This salon is a JOKE! Everyone who use to work there is now gone. Lady at the cashier desk was rude! I think she was an owner, completely unprofessional! My hair looks terrible now! STAY AWAY!

You know up until yesterday I had completely virgin hair, and since I was feeling a little creative I thought maybe I should go get a small subtle change. I chose this place after reading all the fantastic reviews but the final product is god AWFUL. My usually dark brown hair is now fried into a disgusting timberland yellow. My stylist Beatrice who said she had seven years of experience left me with botched damaged awful hair. Thank god for Mario Tricocci otherwise I would be walking around look Ming like white trash.Go somewhere els with your business. And to add insult to injury when I asked for them to help me fix it or refund me they denied me and told me that Id have to wait for another slot to open up.Actual garbage. Will never recommend.

Rip off! I wasnt going to make a scene until I saw how much my bill was for such a crappy coloring job. I provided a photo reference of what I wanted and also said, black base with chocolate highlights or balayage. My hair looks almost exactly the same, a brown color with very few highlights. Looks nothing like the photo I provided and had to pay $235 for something I couldve done with a Walgreens kit. Another customer at the register was also unsatisfied with how much her bill came to, to which the cashier explained that $65 is for shampooing...whatttt? The colorist wanted me to come back in an hour to fix it, but after I left I realized that I sincerely never want to see her again because of how unsatisfied I was. Learned a lesson that just a pricey bill doesnt equal a good job. Shame.
