I had appointment with Tasha for 6:15 and needed to contact them because the hair i was suppose to get was not in stock in the store, i called twice and text to let her know, hey Im in the store, can you call me back... she did not answer nor called back or text, waited in store about 20 min. Before my appointment day, I called twice to see what kind of hair I needed and how many bags, what form of payment is accepted... just general questions since ive never visited the salon, and got no answer..so i decided to text..she text back about 45 minutes later to tell me. The day of my appointment, she text and asked if I could come in earlier ( 4:45) and I told her yes, that was fine..I get to the store, and I wasnt able to get the hair that I needed due to it being out of stock, so I called to see what was another option or see what store carried the hair. After waiting for 20 minutes, I cancelled through styleseat..there was a 37.00 cancellation fee, however because i didnt put my updated card on file she was not able to charge it which ended up great..not getting a dime from me for unprofessional service, or in this case no service at all. I will not be booking with them again. These stylist have the nerve to want to charge all these fees and deposits and most are unreliable... My time and money is valuable too.

Great service while taking extra precautions for covid! Form is filled out when walking in, temperature taken, and gloves changed. Place kept very clean as always, thank you!

I love getting my eyebrows threaded at Meeras! They do a great job shaping and they are so affordable. The salon is basic, but I dont mind it... Actually I prefer it. Ive never had to wait in a long line, but Ive also only gone into the salon early in the day when most people are at work.

Love this place. Have been going religiously for 9 years. Everyone is so nice and professional and they all do a great job at both waxing and threading.

Call for TOTAL price! Girlfriend called for color estimate and was told 65 dollars. Went in and was charged 170 dollars! Place is outdated and was not really clean that day. Took owner two days to call me back and she defended the price and told me hair drying for 30 dollar etc was fair and she should have asked for the total when she was there.... Over 5 salons she used over the years never charged her more than 100. Her calming they are high end salons is laughable!
