Arrived for my 1pm appt today that I made two weeks ago. REBEL never showed up or answered the phone when I called. Waited around for a while. The lady next door was very friendly and asked if I needed help. Too bad she was booked or I would have gone there instead. Not a good first impression. New clients beware!

I’ve been going to Shannon for a few years now and have never been disappointed with the quality of my cut. I get a scissor-cut and hot shave regularly and it is worth every penny. She’s excellent at her craft, has a great attitude, and leaves you feeling like a million bucks. I’ve recommended her to my family and close friends. She’s worked on my younger and older children (boy and girl) with great results. She’s the best barber in our area without a doubt.

My husband has been looking for someone for a long time to do his hair. He is extremely prickly I recommenced Shannon several tomes yo him because I knew she could meet his expectations. He went for his first appointment and when u saw his hair I was in awe! It looked amazing. She did such an amazing job!! I am so glad he found someone he can go to know. This shop could be in Wicker Park but we are lucky it is here in Park Ridge. Shannon is simply amazing -- men, woman, cuts, color, anything to make you look darn good. She can even do wonders with the follically-challenged. She is nice and engaging and very, very talented.
