If you want EXACTLY what you didnt ask for & pay $170.. this is the place for you! I walked in & explained that I want my roots colored & a cut. I owned a dog grooming shop, so I know how picky ppl can be. Ryan said, she couldnt dye my roots???!!! I was sick since January or I would have left but unfortunately I stayed.. She foiled ONLY the top layer of my hair.. I said I wanted a bob w/ some layers to my chin, she went abt 4 inches higher, abt 6 in the back to cut off my dark hair. Only a millennial would say to a customer..I cant dye youre hair or put more foils so it looked lighter!!!
