I had a great experience. Dr. Jennifer Bradley was congenial and knowledgeable. Her approach made the testing doable for my child. Maria was also very sweet and had good communication with my child, helping to make her comfortable. I appreciate her natural friendliness and calm demeanor. In these Covid times, I felt reasonably safe during my visit. I appreciate the spaced out waiting room and outdoor staircase to get to the office.

Love love love neumors. My daughter goes to the lake nona location. Everyone from greeter to check in , to security , diner/restaurant to nurses then finally doctors are incredibly amazing. Very positive atmosphere. Everyone loves there jobs. My daughter sees Doctor Arraya (nephrology) and Dr Toth ( rheumatology) and theyre two amazing 👏 individuals. Just when we were losing hope they gave it back to us. God bless neumors and staff.

This was our first visit here and my app took me in the back way. For us this is almost an hour drive but it was where my childs doctor sent us. When we arrived it was easy to find our way in and there was a directory that let us know what floor we needed to go to. Upon entering we were greeted by a security guard who asked if we had an appointment and checked our temperatures. He then sent us to check in which went very quickly. Once checked in we were told to head to the back and find a seat while I filled out some paperwork. We were called in very quickly and vitals were checked. We were shown to a room and waited for the respiratory test. When we were done they moved us to another room to meet the doctor. They came in and did an examination and set a plan for how to proceed. Everyone was very nice and professional and wore a mask. The tech and Dr both wore gloves. I have to say we were very happy with our whole experience here.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET EVERYTHING THAT THE DOCTOR SAYS IN WRITING INCLUDING BILLING. THEY LIED AND THEN THEY SEND YOU TO A OUTSIDE VENDOR CHARGES YOU 5 MONTHS AFTER THE INITIAL VISIT AND THEN WHEN YOU INQUIRY THEY TURN THE BLIND EYE AND THEY PLAY GAMES. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE OR HOSPITAL AS THEY ARE SCAMMING AS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE NUMBER I WOULD THEY DONT DESERVE A ONE STAR.

From start to end the overall experience with Nemours, the staff and doctor was amazing. I was so worried about my daughter but the help and how quickly my daughters condition was handled really eased my concerns. Thank you so much Nemours, your ENT group is great. I highly recommend having your child seen here.

Place cares more about technicalities then care for children.I already have a neurologist for my CHILD (well established) the Neuro wrote a referral for 3 different areas of testing needed, one of them being Genetics for my special needs daughter. This place will not accept the referral cause it didnt come from one of their Drs as they only accept internal referrals... You friggin kidding me?We as parents dont have time to mess around, we need results for our sick children and you want to throw out unnecessary hoops, stating we need to see one of YOUR Neurologist First, then get a referral from them to see YOUR geneticists???Yeah.... Your more less stating the reason an outside neurologist wrote the referral for isnt a valid 9ne cause it didnt come from one of your own INTERNAL Neurologist.Makes me sick!!I am sharing this with a the 4 different special needs social media groups on Facebook and at the special needs Olympics this year.Should be ASHAMED OF THIS!!!

Bad services and comunication with new patiences. I try to schedule an appointment for ocupational therapy for my two boys and the process is really out of respect for new patience. Then finally have comunication for more than 5 days and the lady have my kids referrals she say me I have to wait 9 months or more for a list to get therapy for my kids. This is insane the wait time for therapy. Bad service! Thats all. I do not recommend this places to a families that kids with disabilities.

My son sees Dr. Smallwood for his food allergies. We go to the location in Orlando on orange street. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Smallwood is knowledgeable and up to date, and hes great with kids. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained his reasoning for my sons treatment plan. Dr Smallwood is an excellent pediatric allergist.

I love the doctors and service at this location. Actually nemours is my favorite hospital. I will choose it over arnold palmer anytime, but when it come to specialty care is horrible. They make it so hard now to schedule an appointment for a new patient visit even if you have been at that facility for another specialty. Horrible phone customer service is making me switch to arnold Palmer. I tried to scheduled to appointments here one for pulmonology and endocrinology and they made it so difficult for me that I decided to go to arnold palmer. They gave me the appointment with no problem. No wonder why arnold Palmer is the Orlandos best childrens hospital. Please change the way you make the appointments so I can go to my favorite place.
