Just got off the phone with an extremely rude woman. After waiting 10 minutes to speak to someone she refused to make an appt for my husband who is a veteran and on medicaid due to his disability. Even though his medical card specifically states this location is his PCP they say they dont take disability. That makes no sense and they clearly are discriminating against those with low incomes. The woman kept repeating that they dont take Medicaid and to speak to his insurance agent. When I spoke to his insurance agent they said that this location was his PCP. I guess he will just go without medical care! Terrible service to veterans! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone? I swear if someone answered the phone my rating would go from 1 star to 5. I needed a very important medication sent to the pharmacy same day. I was in for an appointment 30 minutes before I went to pick up my prescription. I went to pick up my prescription and apparently my insurance would not cover it, which normally wouldn’t be a problem, I’d just call and get something else comparable. So I call, AND SIT ON HOLD FOR 45 minutes. Someone in the office answers and says that she can only send a message and it’ll have to be tomorrow that I get this medication. I asked her if I came in if that would make a difference and she said “yes, as long as it’s before 4:30” so I go and make it there at 4. So after a solid 2 hours of calling and actually going into the office, the doctor had already left for the day so there was nothing they could do. Someone should have checked the insurance to see if it was covered, considering I reiterated that the medication was very important and I needed it same day. I have been to PLENTY of offices that check before they send it out to the pharmacy. So I am currently waiting to hear back from the office. They really need to get more organized.

Excellent office with excellent staff. Im patient of Dr. Bradfield and she is wonderful. OMG and her assistant Camille is the best, always with a smile and she always have the answer for your question. I feel important here... Love this office

Doctor good she answered brothers questions on my health and medical issues.she did check me.she said in sister in laws text was fine.waiting room bathrooms clean.large waiting area.staff knew me inquired about husband.they cared.miss febres aaugurd.didnt get letter in mail my doctor went elsewhere .sister in law hooked me up new doctor and exam.dr echoverria.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 2 weeks. No one is answering. What is going on?

So-so

I have spent the last 40:00 on hold trying to reach ANYONE to modify a scheduled appointment. We are new to the practice and extremely disappointed in its lack of consideration for patients.Ultimately, after ANOTHER scheduling debacle, we chose another practice. Who wouldnt? Oh, and -- they could not have cared less.

DOES ANYONE ANSWER THE PHONE HERE???
