Very bad service. Highly unrecommended. I was bleeding really bad, and I needed some stitches, so I called the receptionist, she asked me what kind of insurance I have? I told her CIGNA. She asked me which kind of Cigna I have? I wasn’t sure. She told me find out then call us back. Very rude and inconsiderate. They don’t seem to care about patients and health. All what they care about is money Its too sad that they are ruining the reputation of medicine. I’m just letting you know over they only care about money NOT YOU OR YOUR WELLBEING. Highly unrecommended. Please do not use this clinic.

Incredible office! I usually see Amanda Ramsey and she is extremely knowledgeable and super sweet. The front desk girl i typically see(so sorry I’m bad with names) is so wonderful with multi tasking. She always has the phones ringing, people asking questions, people checking in, etc and she handles it all so well and nicely. I take toll roads and the drive is 30-45 minutes (depending on traffic) for this place to be my primary care, and it’s absolutely worth it.

I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.Most of the clinics I have been to in the past are nothing compared to this clinic .The clinics I have been to in the past have been so rude to me and not helpful at all .The last time I came to Lake Conway Clinic I was assisted by Martha at the front desk . Martha welcomed me with a smile the moment I walked through the doors & happily assisted me. Martha was so friendly & patient , she even took the time to explain to me how my insurance worked , you can certainly tell she knows the ins and outs of insurance because she was very knowledgeable. You can also tell that Martha loves what she does & loves working with patients( Now a days you definitely don’t see a lot of peoplelike that ).Dr Dang was also an incredible doctor to work with, he was very pleasant and attentive . This clinic also has a pharmacy connected to it, so it’s very convenient . I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a health clinic /Urgent care .

I am not from the Orlando area. Only here for work. I made an appointment online from the parking lot. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the front office personnel. They were all so friendly, nice, kind and caring. Since I am not from the area they asked if I wanted to have my prescription filled at the pharmacy next door. It isn’t just “next door”, because you don’t even have to go outside to get to it. They send your prescription over. The pharmacy staff were just as friendly. I will definitely go back, if need be, and will refer friends there. Thank You for being so kind to an out of Townes. 🙂🙂

I’ve been a patient of theirs for almost 5 years now. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the friendly staff here. Martha at the front desk is the best! She’s always very professional and makes things run very smooth.

Unfortunately, the staff at this clinic completely ruins the work by the doctors. My insurance plan completely covers blood work associated with physicals, and yet, the Conway Medical clinic sent Quest Diagnostic a bill to charge me associated with my blood work. My insurance company said it was BS, but the people at Conway couldnt be reached, wouldnt return voice mail messages, wouldnt make changes and neither would Quest. Had to pay it in the end. Definitely going to go with another office that doesnt charge me with things that are covered in my insurance.

This Clinic is great and would highly recommend it to everyone. Both the PAs and doctors were very friendly and very helpful to my needs and concerns. The clinic is very well kept and they were very attentive to my needs, even the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful even with my insurance concerns. I started going there last year, 2018, recommended by my roommate at the time. I asked for them to call a medication refill in on 2/18/19, a muscle relaxer, and they called in the capsule form. With my new insurance this year the copay was $90 for capsules, with tablets it is $10. I have been trying to call them, which I do speak with someone, and they say they will call in the tablets. It is now 3/5/19, 15 days from the original call and it still had not been done. I called 3 times in 2 weeks and the pharmacy called once. I was expecting that they would be able to do this simple task considering my last appointment for a sinus infection I was charged about $170 out of my pocket. All that was done was talk to a physician assistant and get 1 steroid shot. I liked the staff but I feel very neglected. I never thought this would be a huge problem.

Pleasantly surprised! I went here today for the first time and was very impressed. Minimal paperwork, most insurance accepted, easy parking, clean office and hardly any other patients. I was in and out in under an hour. The office staff is very friendly too. This is my new go-to place for light medical care.

To begin with, this office is not only an urgent care but also a primary care office which is great because I LOVE this office and visit routinely. I have been seen by both the Doctor and the PA and they have been very kind and understanding each time Ive gone there. When I first started going there I had a lot of health issues and after a few visits they were able to put me on the right treatment plan. I am now very happy and healthy. The staff are also very great, I had trouble while changing insurance and they helped me clear it up.

Ive been to other urgent cares in the Orlando area but none were like Lake Conway Urgent Care. They recently opened up in my neighborhood so I went in for an unexpected sore throat and my 5 year old sons cough. We were seen by PA Kay and Dr. Dang. The staff treated us very quickly and compassionately. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this outstanding urgent care to anyone.

I would recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the best health care. I went in one day with no appointment scheduled and was seen within minutes of walking in. The staff were very pleasant and patient with my questions regarding insurance. Also the doctor i saw was really attentive to my health and eased my concerns about my illness.

The female PA is great, the rest, well, I have insurance and had met my deductible but they still charged me. I have been fighting for over 2 months to get my money back. They also sent my labs to an out of network lab so I had to pay out of pocket for that! They should know better, they do not look out for the financial well being of their patients, its just a money mill.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I dont have insurance, so the $100 fee to see Dr. Dang is 1/2 the price of a normal urgent care. They also have their own pharmacy connected to the facility for quick and easy prescription fills. Mike the Physicians Assistant is great. And the mr. Dang that is a P.A. Is as knowledgeable as most doctors are. Ive visited this facility for something as simple as a sinus infection and something as serious as the gout flare up, I had today. I highly recommend this facility.

I had an absolutely great experience at this clinic. I went for an urgent care visit and ended up establishing my primary care with Dr. Dang. He was fast, attentive, and answered all my questions. The staff consistently works hard and I have never waited long.

Absolutely horrible. While I did not see Dr. Dang, I did see the physicians assistant (Mark or Mike, I dont recall). Upon my arrival as a new patient, there was no request of information for things such as my medical history, family medical history, or medication I was currently taking. While addressing my concerns, the PA suggested I google things that would help my condition and figure out what worked best for me (rather than providing a SINGLE recommendation). Only 10 minutes into my appointment did the PA think to ask about any current/past conditions that may be attributing to what I was currently experiencing. Do not waste your time or money, no medical expert should recommend Google rather than their own expertise.

Incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL and lack of sensitivity! An altercation ensued during my visit between a nurse and a patient. The nurse was incredibly unprofessional and rude. She started an argument with a patient who was politely asking if he had been forgotten after waiting alone for 45 minutes in the room. The patients girlfriend and nurse started a screaming match, and the nurse was calling the woman a f****** b**** and threatening to fight her outside. The male staff member taking my vitals casually continued to do so, as if it wasnt a big deal. When I suggested he may want to see what was going on, he said this is everyday and laughed, then yelled over his shoulder to the nurse Dont do it girl!.I was shocked. This woman should be fired. She should not be working in a clinic, or with people at all, if she has no professionalism and starts verbal altercations, threatening physical violence. Sorry, but you cant bring the hood into work.I then sat for what seemed like ages waiting to be seen and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me, shuffling me off to the ER. I know there is only so much doctors can help you with without further testing. But I could have taken my temperature and weight at home and saved the money- especially to have to encounter such an incredible lack of professionalism and care. She didnt ask clarifying questions, seemed to doubt what I was feeling and saying, and had no plan of action or seemed to care at all.I left feeling downtrodden, shocked, and like I just got ripped off. I will never go here again.

Extremely unprofessional!!! Presented Medicaid card, sat to wait, and heard the receptionist being mouthy with customers on the phone, very loud and rude. I hear her ask if they accept my insurance, she asks me FROM ACROSS THE ROOM if its Medicaid. She gestures for me to come to the counter and when I get there, with my wallet in hand, she hands me my cards, the other lady says shes going to shred my paperwork if I dont want it, and the the loud and rude lady gives me a slip of paper with another place. They did not even ask if I would like to pay for my visit. So, I left without saying a word. I will not help pay for such HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Because of the horrendous reviews at a handful of Urgent Care Centers surrounding my home, I drove 35 minutes to come to this Lake Conway location.Im so glad that I did.I was in and out in an hour. Because of the area of my body that needed a diagnosis was of the delicate nature, I was provided a gown and a female chaperone.This Urgent Care also has a pharmacy connected to it and prescribed antibiotics were just as inexpensive as getting them at a Wal-Mart.I highly recommend this location.

I have been a patient at this Urgent Care for over 4 plus years and let me begin by saying they are not just an urgent care they are family especially when you walk thru the door Martha and Rose are two kind and caring people. They are very attentive to what is wrong with you and how they can help. Dr.Dang and his staff in the back are top notch and they know what they are doing. All in all I transitioned from NY to FL and I am very pleased with my doctor and the staff at Urgent Care. Honestly it was Martha at the front desk who I have to thank, from the first call that I made to Urgent Care it was her voice and her personality that really sealed the deal for me.She was very warm and helped me thru the process of finding my first PCP In Florida.

Not just urgent care. Highly recommend both Dr. Dang and Dr. Ho (Colonialtown location) as a PCP (with Saturday hours (Conway Location). Both physicians and the office staff are courteous, personable and highly professional. Front of house communicates effectively with the back, which I found was an issue at other offices I have gone to in the past.

Today I went to Lake Conway Family Medical Center as a walking. I was recommended to visit Amanda Ramsey, ARNP by Julie Sweet, ARNP (nurse practitioner) from Advent Health East Orlando or better known as East Florida Hospital. I went for an abscess. Amanda Ramsey, ARNP was on point. Very well knowledgeable. Whoever goes to her, are in good hands.

Im honestly very disappointed with this place. I was referred by a Walgreens walk-in clinic, and was gladly accepted into their facility as a walk-in. The staff was very friendly (and even happily gave me pretzels as a snack!), but I felt that the money I spent as a person without insurance was wasted. I had a medical condition that they did not diagnose, so they recommended I do some blood work for a STI... which was absurd, because the symptoms were nothing like a STI. The nurse recommended it and I paid for it on my own accord, because I was convinced by a medical professional that it was. The test came back negative, of course, and so I spent $213 for a blood test, and $100 for a walk-in, and the doctors/nurses did not diagnose me with anything--they just wanted to prescribe antibiotics. So Im out $313 of my own money and did not have any sort of diagnosis... the pain ended up getting worse, so I went to another urgent care facility that diagnosed me with what I had and wasnt much more expensive for a walk-in. Anyways, I wasted my money here and Im very unhappy with my experience.

I dont know how this could happen but I went in there sick and the Dr prescribed me a antibiotic and then never calls it in and they are closed for the weekend and the answering box is full so now I am suffering.

My fiance went here for an appointment and the front end staff is amazing and the blonde PRN Amanda was flipping fantastic. My fiance has cerebral palsy and people tend to talk to me instead of her at appointments and it enrages us. But Amanda was talking directly to her and it was a releif to see somebody who cares and really knows their stuff. If i could give this place TEN stars i would just because of the wonderful care she provided the love of my life.

I recently had a new appointment with Dr. Dang . I found the office staff very friendly and helpful. Dr Dang was attentive, discussed my concerns with me, and treated me with care a a person, not just a patient. I have found a physician for myself and would not hesitate to recommend him ot others

Do NOT come here! This place is a rip off. The PAs are stupid and very incompetent. The turn over is crazy. The fat woman that sits at the front desk is the worse I have ever seen. If you have insurance spend your copay some where else. If you have no insurance keep your $100 and add it towards an wr visit or a better urgent care. I’m sorry to say this but they prey on the poor and the immigrants. I saw this first hand. Should have known

I have been with dr.dang for 3 years and highly recommend him !! I have never had a problem that they did not quickly correct pharmacy on site is VERY friendly quick and comparable in prices or takes most insurance! Thank you Dr. Dang and staff!!

Just drove over 30 minutes after speaking with receptionist (who said it was ok for me to come now), to stop in and refill prescriptions, and was told in a most hostile manner by a technician (outside locking front door) that they were closed for the day at 1:30 pm (even though they close at 2pm) and that they stop taking patients at 1. The place was literally empty and I could easily have been seen but instead was treated very rudely. It is very hard for me to get to there between childcare and work so this was a real inconvenience. Even so I was very polite and said I’ll just speak to the doctor when I see him and the response was basically ok and got hung up on. Terrible service.

From my first visit it was a horrible, insensitive experience. I needed to get some blood work done... Front desk was absolutely miserable and I understand why, this office does not have their ducks in a row at all. Spoke to 3 nurses or doctors? I have no idea because no one introduced themselves EXCEPT the nurse practitioner Amanda Ramsey; she was such a sweet heart and really cared about my concerns...The second nurse who came in to see me was very unprofessional, chewing gum obnoxiously, and was making faces at everything I said. When the phlebotomist came to get me for the blood test, I asked if my fiancé could be near because I was nervous about getting it done. With no sympathy at all to how I was feeling, she sarcastically said “no, it will be fast.” However it was not. I have had my blood taken before and I have never been through such discomfort not only with the atmosphere but the pain as well. She kept carelessly hitting the needle when it was in my arm, moving it back and forth. Turns out, she damaged a vein and muscle. I could not use my arm the first week because I was in so much pain and my arm bruised all around my elbow, due to the old blood the was spreading throughout my arm. They also FORGOT about me for 45 minutes in the room where I met with the nurses/doctor. A nurse walked in, clearly shocked, and said “they didnt tell you that you can go home?”......I came back the next week for my results and showed the nurse, Amanda R., my arm. She was shocked and concern, because she knew as well as I did, that was not supposed to happen. The bruising was severe, I wish I can post pictures on this review to show. She gave me a referral for an ultrasound to check my arm, and asked who drew the blood. She also informed the office manager. When I went in for the ultrasound my insurance said I had a co-pay. I called Lake Conway Medical explaning that I would not be in the situation if it wasnt for the carlessness of the nurse, and I should not have to pay for this. The office manager was extremely rude and plainly told me no, and they would only pay for it if there was severe damage. Thankfully my arm is okay . However, I was extremely concerned about my health, and should not have had to go through all this stress in the first place. I am extremely disappointed the Lake Conway Medical was so insensitive and not understanding nor sympathetic about their mistake. I will never return nor recommend this place. I feel sorry for front desk, because they were clearly stressed to be there. And It’s ashame that such a wonderful nurse like Amanda Ramsey has to work at such an unprofessional office.

I just called never will step on this place just by calling saw that they only want the peoples money and for the immigration exams they are charging 3 times more than other places almost 700.00 for the medical exams when other places are 250 or less and I just needed my exams not re do vaccines and all again and the woman I spoke to she told me that they couldnt perform just the medical exams that they will have to do all again im like whyyy??? I just need my medical exams and I told them that they only want me to pay 700.00 without any reason !!! They shouldnt be authorized to perform the imig medical exams they are stealling peoples money DONT GO THERE!!!

Worst doctor office Ive ever been to. Doesnt return calls, Ive been waiting 5 days for a return call after repeatedly requesting to speak to the doctor. They then sent a prescription to the pharmacy where they failed yet again to return my call so I had no idea a prescription was waiting for me. Front staff very disorganized. Stay away from this place only in it for the $.

Dr. Patrick Dang has changed my life with the hormone replacement therapy ive lost 70 lbs in 8 months and have gained lean mass also.

These people are Stupid dont go over here if you are worried about your health. I came first time and one person came and introduced to me as Dr. dang and suggested me some medicines. But even after taking medicines, there was no effect in my health. So i went next time now actual Dr. Dang appeared infront of me. So i asked the Dr. why the other person did that ? and he gently told that he was not available on that day and somebody who is not even qualified to diagnose the patients suggested me medicines. What a Idiot !! Even i was not cured after taking medicines from Dr. Dang on my second visit. Eventually i had to change the doctor and start the entire procedure again. Beware not go here. Dr. Dang and his staff is really Stupid.

I needed to be seen by a doctor today, passed by this place and decided to walk in. A few minutes later the reception boy tells me the dr is concerned my medical insurance is going to cancel on the 25th and they didnt know if the insurance will pay them. My jaw dropped, WTH!? Today is the 14th of the month. I asked to speak with the Dr..here she comes Dr Dang, she bring me into an office and expressed the same concern..well I could not hold it and told her right there !!n How does she has the nerves to refuse to see me when my insurance is good and active?? Did she become a doctor for the money or to help people?? Obviously, for the money. This office sure did listen to what I had to say. And I promised that all my friends and friends will never go to this joke of a place where they have the nerves to refuse people just because..I am in disbelief ...what a lack of ethics.. Dr...SHAME ON YOU!!!!!! Youdont deserve to be called a doctor/

To be honest I hate going to any Urgent care offices because of my past experiences and what ppl has told me. Today I had no other choice to go to an Urgent care office because my regular Dr office was booked for the day. OMG, this office TOTALLY blew my mind. The office was very organized/clean and the Office reps was very professional & sweet. I saw Dr. Dang and he was amazing. He explained things clearly and made sure I was comfortable regarding my results. Very pleased and the amazing thing about this place, They have a Pharmacy dept on site Again the experience there was Great with the Pharmacy tech & Rhp Dang. I will indeed recommend this location to anyone that I even took several cards to give to my family/friends.Ps. I usually dont write reviews but I had to share my wonderful experience. Hopefully this helps. I will indeed go again if I need to. !
