The wait sometimes can be a bit but they got so busy that I can understand that for walk ins can be a bit much but if you need an urgent care you can count on any doctor on stuff that day. They are amazing I have been with them for probably 11 years now. Dr Michelle is a dedicated and patient Physician. You are in a great hands of Dr Thomas or Drew they are fantastic as well.

I received a Veterans Administration exam at this location through a VA contractor, QTC. The wait time was minimal. Dr. H. Le conducted the examination. He was personable, attentive, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend this doctor and facility.

They we able to get my son seen within one day. Only waited about 10 minutes once checked in. Thanks!

Dont come here for a prescription refill for adderall. Apparently they believe that it is over prescribed and will make you jump through hoops of fire even if you have been prescribed the medication for years. Also I had an almost 2 hour visit for what should have only been 30 mins.

Had an appointment for 2 in the afternoon, for a steroid shot. Was not even brought back into a room until 3. Didn’t receive the shot until 3:50.The worst place I’ve ever been to. I had an appointment at 2 & was a waste of time. Will not come back or recommend.Don’t waste your time coming to this clinic.

Called the reception desk and asked if they have room for walk ins, they said yes. I then arrived about 1 minutes later only to be told “we don’t see sick patients right now” and that the appointment would have to be virtual. They could have easily told me that on the phone. They didn’t ask me to describe my symptoms or what was wrong. Unreal. Never coming here again.

Dr. Ngyuen is the best physician I have had since moving to Florida four years ago. She listens, she addresses your concerns and sets expectations for your treatment. Sounds simple and easy, but that hasnt been my familys experience with other physicians since we moved here.

Love Dr. Nguyen and her team! I also appreciate that they have made things easy to communicate and ability to see my records, through an online portal. The staff is friendly and helpful. Because they are a urgent care and a family practitioner, I can get an appt when I need it. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and PA Tom Phan!

I went to this clinic 2 years back the Doctor Michelle billed my insurance for a physical when I actually only went in to get medicine for a common cold. This week I took my father as he is elderly and has been experiencing some discomfort the PAs working are extremely disrespectful and not understanding how to deal with elder patients. I will never be returning to this clinic and want to warn my neighbors. Don’t come here if you want quality care.

I am currently in the exam room waiting to be seen by a PA. I arrived at 9AM, as I was advised this clinic only does appointments on Saturdays. I only needed a prescription of amlodipine (blood pressure meds) so I figured would be an in and out process. I was brought into an exam room at around 9:45ish and it is now 10:45AM and not even a check-in from any of the staff to ensure I was at least still breathing lol.Do yourself a favor and find another Urgent Care or walk in clinic. I’ve been to free county clinics in the inner cities that are cleaner and more professional than this one. Thank GOD I will never have to come back to this forsaken place since I should be able to find a primary care physician soon. “DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!”

This walk-in clinic is very friendly, professional, and courteous. Dr. Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as the rest of the staff. They treat you with respect. I will go there again.

Danielle Telhiard, PA-C is so kind and sweet. She is everything you could want in a provider. She spent a great deal of time with my husband and was VERY thorough. She took the time to answer ALL of our questions. She is very personable and you can tell she cares about her patients. Thank you so much Danielle for your kindness.

I usually don’t do this and I have never had a problem with this place. Drew is amazing!! But I had an appointment with Tom and it was the worst!!! Not only did he not send my meds in that day, which I needed badly!! He sent them to a Walgreens I have never used and then told me to call them and fix it!! Instead of him fixing it himself and apologizing about he mistake! He does not care about the patients!! Def won’t be going to him again!

Dr. Nguyen is excellent. She doesnt rush you in the visit, listens and responds to your needs. If there is any wait it is because she is gracious enough to see walk-ins in addition to her appointments for the day. The staff is great and kind. I have been going to this office for 7 years.

I know this place has some not so great reviews but I love this office and the staff. Aside from the ER or some other expensive urgent cares, there aren’t any other doctors that you can see the same day and when you’re sick you know you don’t want to wait for an appointment. Yes, sometimes the wait times are long but the main thing is that you will get seen. The doctors/PA are very thorough and they genuinely care. So what if they don’t have fancy equipment and their decor is basic. The most important thing is that they take care of you. I have a high deductible plan and their prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are wonderful. I am thankful to have her as my doctor. She literally saved my life. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. I could not ask for a better family doctor.

I was extremely pleased with all the attentive staff at the Express Family Clinic. Everyone was very nice and Bria the PA was very thorough during my exam and provided excellent care! I would definitely recommend this office to any one needing a primary or urgent care in Lake Nona.

Walked in at 5:50PM with 102 degree fever, chills, aches, and sharp pains in stomach. Had previously sent an email for an apt for 5:45PM, was simply waiting for a reply back of acceptance. Jose at the front desk turned me away after sitting down in the lobby because the time was too close to closing. How can a medical facility turn down seeing a registered patient who is sick?Only giving a 3 star because the drs on staff actually know what’s they’re doing.

I am a big fan of this office. I have been apprehensive to settle on a new PCP for years, but fell in love with this office on my first visit. I have never had a long wait, even as a walk in. Tom, the PA I work with, is amazing. He is friendly and knowledgeable. Im on a huge weight loss journey (70 lbs down so far!) and instead of making me feel less than a person for being overweight, he supports me and never talks down to me. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I am very happy with this clinic. Staff is friendly and very courteous. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and the PAs are as well. I used to see PA. Riguefeiros and now I see Tom. They are very knowledgeable as well. I recommended this place to all my coworkers and they said the same thing. 5 years going to this office and I consider them as my Primary Care Physician, PCP!!

I have always had a terrific experience at this clinic. I barely ever have to wait, the staff and doctors are knowledgable, and extremely friendly. Whether I bring in one of my children or get treated myself, I always get quality. I LOVE that they are open till 7pm! Fantastic! Ive been in after 5 on many occasions because of my work schedule. I recommend this clinic all the time, and being a somewhat new Lake Nona resident...everyone I know goes here, and recommends them.

I have been a patient here for 3 years and have seen both P.A.s and Dr Nguyen, they, along with their entire staff, are all so friendly and knowledgeable!!!!! In my experience, they did everything possible to figure things out and come up with a plan!! Being able to walk-in is a huge plus because with my work schedule, Im not always able to make an appointment.Very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!!!!

Male doctor made me feel like a criminal for trying to get an adderal prescription. I had been taking it my whole life, but that wasnt good enough for him. His boss had been my primary for years and written the scripts before she had a kid and reduced her hours.He told me ADHD was over diagnosed and he didnt feel comfortable writing it. Thanks, super helpful. Waste of time and money.Place has lost its quality in the last few years, def recommend elsewhere.

I have only went here when our regular doc was unavailable so probably a total of 8 times between me and the kiddos. They are always so great and spend a lot of time with us.

This place used to live up to the name Express Clinic but what I have seen today is a sad state to what was a good doctors office. The clinic used to be a simple walk in and walk out with help. Now the wait time alone in the lobby takes hours. Ive never seen my phone die without a days use. I came in with a full battery to a phone asking to be put into battery saver mood. Ive seen people walk in and be taken back without even waiting. This is hard to see being there is many of us who have been waiting patiently for hours. So in short unless you have hours to wait in the lobby and hours to wait in one of there rooms dont come to this place.

This is my second similar experience at this clinic, this is why today I am writing this review as it is unacceptable.I had an ear pain for a few days when I decided to go to the doctor. I spend 45 minutes waiting and less than 5 minutes with the doctor who told me that he did not see anything in my ear and prescribed me a $200 medicine anyway and some over the counter ibuprofen/Aleve. The visit cost me $212 because it was apparently a complex case.2 weeks later, I was still in pain and contacted my physical therapist as it was getting worse. It took him less than 2 minutes to tell me that the pain I had in my ear was caused by my misplaced jaw. Indeed during my last dentist visit they took X-rays and opened my mouth too wide. The physical therapist fixed it with a 30 minutes session and it cost me $60. The pain never came back.My point today is to express not only my disappointment regarding the lack of professionalism of the doctors who treated me with NO CARE in less than 5 minutes, not able to connect basic dots between ear and jaw misplacement, but my frustration as I had to pay $212 for my visit while my boyfriend paid $122 the week before for a 15 minutes visit at the same clinic. When I called the office to inquire about the difference of cost, I was told that my case was complex and that the visit lasted longer, thats why I paid more. False, and False.I would suggest you find a better place if you are looking for true care because at this place you will end up with a costly treatment for illness you dont even have.

If you’re looking for a family practice or urgent care with a friendly, efficient and compassionate staff then I highly recommend Express Family Care. As other reviewers mentioned, their extended hours make it easy to be seen after work if needed. Keep in mind that they are a family practice that takes set appointments as well as an urgent care that takes walk-ins (however, you will probably have to wait as urgent care patients are seen in the order they arrive). We’ve utilized both services and have had excellent experiences.I’ve seen Martina Nimeth, PA-C, for over five years. Not only is she smart, caring and thorough, but she always LISTENS and never rushes through my appointments - even when they are extremely busy. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Super unsatisfied with this clinic! DIRTY! UNPROFESSIONAL! They really should start looking for better professionals. Good location but really horrible staffing and experience. I have had better experiences else where for example Dunkin Donuts!

I was a walk in around 2pm on a Wednesday. Only 2 other people in the waiting area. Taken to a room at 2:25 and FINALLY a PA walked in at 3:45. After asking me why I was here he went through a series of point and click questions that covered exactly what I had just said except the “details” of what my runny stools looked like. He then told me my flu test was negative and asked me if I wanted a chest X-ray?!? He told me he was giving me antibiotics but then said, “Is there anything else you need? Like you have stuff at home so I’m not sure what else I can give you? Do you want to wait for the chest X-ray?” I do not feel confident in someone that is asking me more than telling me nor allowing me to decide if I need an X-ray or not. The only reason I gave this clinic 2 stars is because the front desk staff and check in nurse were very nice.

Clueless kids running this clinic... Also, the reception guy needs a course on basic manners. After he gets done barking orders at patients, he slams the sliding window on them as if to say go away. Quite rude.

I have been here 3 times for basic ailments as my Dr. Office is 40 minute drive and always requires me to take time off work. With Total Family Care the office has plenty of parking, a nice waiting room, and a big screen TV. It took me about 10-15 minutes from walk in to being seen by a nurse.After that it takes another 5-10 minutes until a Doctor checks on you. The Doctors I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and professional. One time they even had a medical student look on as they diagnosed my shoulder injury (they did ask permission first.) The office is very clean and the staff is always helpful and smiling.I will continue to go here for all my quick check ups.

Be prepared to wait for 2-3 hours to see someone in this place. They dont give you a correct picture of how long is the wait going to be and they care about your time and dont bother if you leave dis-satisfied. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place.

You wonder, What is wrong with the health care? My brother took my little nephew to get shot for his new school.Since he didnt have any record with this particular clinic, he had to physical and shot. They just came from a new city and my brother in between jobs. He did not have any insurance. The clinic charged him $435. WOW..I hope no one goes to this clinic. Please spread the word and I am going to report this clinic Better Business Bureau. I hope you guys can sleep at night. The man above always watching remember that. PLEASE DO NO SUPPORT this type of business.

My daughter and I do not recommend this place at all. I had a really bad experience with those people. Doctors and nurses are not even experienced and the waiting time is too long. I dont even want to give them a single star because they dont deserve it.

This place has horrible service they tell you take make appt but then they keep you waiting for over one hour. I would recommend you visit some other clinic in the Lake Nona area because they are the worsed and then you ask what the wait time and they dont pay any attention to you and then they tell you they have a lot of walk in. Then whats the point of making appointment if they take walking first, the they just tell you to leave and come back another day.

The doctors there do not know what they are doing. The one doctor look like she just graduated medical school. She was so unfamiliar with my condition she had to look it up on the internet in front of me. The other doctor gave a completely wrong diagnosis which subsequent doctors easily reversed. The worst part is I was only with the doctors for a few minutes each visit. I paid all copays requested of me at the visit. Yet, the scumbag doctors then submitted bills for me for huge amounts and now collection companies are calling. They should both lose their license.

Im sitting in an exam room right now. I had an appointment at 11am so I got here around 10:50am because its always good to come in a little early. Anyway, at 11am I get called to go into the exam room and was told that the PA would be here soon. At 11:40am I poked my head out to make sure I wasnt forgotten. At 11:50am the PA arrived. At 12pm she left to get the prescription to refill my medication and it is now 12:25pm and I am still waiting for her.This never happens when I make an appointment with the male PAs and always happens when I make an appointment with female PAs. This is my 4th visit so I dont have a sufficient sample size to say that the female PAs are the cause of this massive waste of time, but its still worth mentioning.

Poor service. Waited for 90 minutes in a small examination room. Not one employee came by, apologized or offered a resonance excuse for waiting. Finally left and will not return or recommend.

After moving down south I struggled to find a dr that matched the level of care I received in Virginia. After two years in Florida Ive never been more aggravated with a drs office as I am with Express Family Clinic. They hold your prescriptions hostage. They spend about 2 mins with you after waiting awhile. More concerned with the co-payment. Im down with their. Im suffering from a Gout attack and they were denying the approval to get my meds to get relief. My wife had to go in personally for them to approve it. Dont even get me started on needing my BP meds that they left me a message saying they were going to call in. When my wife goes to get it the pharmacist said that the dr denied it. So that was the final straw. Stay clear of this practice!

After reading reviews I almost didnt come here but glad I did. I was a walkin patient and the clinic was packed. I was in and out with in an hour. Friendly staff!

Disappointed...I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy...they are disorganized, they arent honest and I had to follow up with my insurance company TWICE because for both visits they billed it incorrectly.
