This office needs to find a better solution for patients to contact them. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy chain and wrong city. I tried various times contacting the Dumois office to let them know but you can’t even leave a message after office hours.Also, please pay attention to the information we note on your documents. It was CVS in Windermere and not Walgreens in Kissimmee.

Absolutely exceptional throughout the visit. It ran like clockwork, but never rushed. Once you are seen. Which is awesome. Absolutely no way I’d pick another office.They really know their field well, and your chart.You never feel like a number. And the lobby and rooms are so much more comforting.Tina is whip smart and can read and as sore your chart so fast and absorb and glean everything in seconds, but then takes time to talk to you.Dr. DuMois makes GI checkup procedures effortless, but expect weeks out, he is busy for a reason. If it’s urgent? I feel like he leaves slots in for them.

Good welcome, sympathetic, patience with patient despite we do not speak the same language.

Your staff is very kind and respectful which is good being a black man some times you dont really get good fair treatment and i didnt sit for a long time i was in and out in no time and the doctors there are very friendly and nice

The greeting I received from Kayla as I checked into the office really made me feel welcome, when I was taken back, Lynette, Vivian, Lisa, and Jessie were all smiling and greeted me again.. and this just confirmed that I was at the right office. Dr. Dumois was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my colonoscopy, he has a very warm and endearing personality..I would highly recommend this office to all of my family and friends..very nice office, bright and clean..

This year (2017) I have had several catch-up doctor and dentist appointments due to hitting a specific age. This office, by far, was the most professional experience I have had. Getting the appointment set was easy, the specific details were highlighted so I knew EXACTLY what to do and when to do it. The anesthesiologist was very professional (and I had another one earlier in the year that seemed he couldnt be bothered) and Lisa in the office was very helpful. Who would have though that going for a colonoscopy would be my best medical experience this year? I sure wasnt expecting it anyway. I wish all offices visits could be this professional. It would make life a lot easier if all offices were helpful like this one.

Very difficult to get anything accomplished with them. To get an appointment I have to call at least 5 times to get a response. Leave messages and no one calls back, finally get in touch with someone and they say theyll call you back and dont. Once you get passed that the doctor is great. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

The service was horrible. Even though me and my girlfriend asked for a person who spoke spanish, they brought a rude lady who only spoke english. Her service was hasty and did not gave time to explain and we did not feel comfortable at all! On top of that, after my girlfriend went to take her ultrasounds, they asked her to do another test without explaining what it was for. She tried reaching out to get clarification more than 3 times and had no success. I just gave a call to talk to them and they sent me to Jessica which I guess was code for voicemail to get rid of me. Thanks for nothing Richard Dumois. Very bad and horrible experience. We are not going to come back to mediocrity.

Team is a great caring for patients

Doctor Dumois, checks boxes on a computer screen and hardly talks to patient. As I was talking to him explaining my situation I felt like he was more interested in getting through the visit and the computer screens rather than talking with me. Office staff was great but the doctor himself lacks real bedside manner.

I moved to Florida from the Boston area in 2014. I was lucky enough to find an excellent PCP who needed to refer me to a Gastroenterologist for a chronic condition that required regular follow up. My PCP directed me to Dr. Dumois, who is exceptional with his care and follow up of his patients. He discovered a much more serious issue than had been detected in prior studies. His office staff is not only wonderful but professional, responsive and caring in every way. Thank you!

Amazing Staff and Doctor, always cares about his patients. Been with him for about 10 years and dont think of leaving soon. Never does something that is not needed. Always quick to answer questions and refill prescriptions if needed.

I had a Colonoscopy done by Dr Dumois and during the procedure he perforated my colon...I almost died...He hardly had any words to help me understand what was going on....

Where do I start I just turned 50 in November and when I saw my primary care provider on February 2nd this year she provided me a written referral to contact Central Florida Gastroenterology Dr. Dumois office located on Conroy Road. This was for a colonoscopy which I really had no intention of doing in the near future. I can hold out out another eight months or longer maybe never. Four days later I received a phone call message from a staff member from his office requesting that I call to set an appointment for the procedure. I called back and a consultation was set for March 5th. This totally surprised me that this office would initiate contacting me and made me decide lets check this out have to conquer my uneasy feelings about this procedure definitely placing me out of my comfort zone. Upon my arrival on March 5th I was totally amazed by how nice the staff was. They walked me through the process step by step what to expect,liquid diet items and proper preparation instructions, appointment date which put me at ease. Real conversation with real people made me decide I am going to this. The day before the procedure I received a nice call from the staff reminding me of the procedure date ,time ,following special diet and prep. Finally it was show time, I met Dr Dumois and his great assistants at the Citrus Surgical center during the early morning hours on March 20th. He was very nice. I went to sleep and the procedure was done. I did it!!! I would recommend Dr Dumois and his staff for anyone who needs their services. Thanks for reaching out to me as to help me complete this very important medical screening. Strong and long lasting relationships are built through people to people communications. Dr Dumois and his staff are to be commended for demonstrating these skills.

Normally as a doctor myself, you judge other offices strictly. This office has great time management, good staff, good doctor, very informative!
