I was a new patient back in 2015Called today 10/19/21 to see if I can make a self payNew patient appointment, I was told let me transfer you to headquarters. I spoke to a lady thereShe said let me ck the prices before I transfer youBack to the mills ave office, she tells me a new patient appointment price $100 if you already been to the office before $65 I said great I also don’t have insurance until this year 11/01/21 she said I can be a self pay and then add your insurance later. GreatSo I call the office I explain the same first the lady front whatever was confused with the requestShe has me in hold forever waiting and I said I want to do a self pay I really need an appointmentThen takes my information and hold again.To only come back and say she can’t make appointment what!!! They would not take me as a self pay sounds crazy only because I am getting insurance next month crazy wasted my time 😡😡😡

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Dr Ruderman is totally awesome.He has a great bedside manner which is really important to me as well as his abilities as a doctor. Highly recommend! My whole family uses him too

Dr. Ruderman is the best. The only reason I stopped going to him was because I moved out of state. Hope I can find a caring and competent doctor here. I am afraid no doctor can take his place in my book.

Dr. Ruderman is the best. I will go to him as long as I can make the trip from DeLand. He is number one in my book. Nice staff and they have always returned my phone call.

Dr Ruderman was kind but he does not know how to relay results and is quick to want to prescribe pills instead of figuring out the actual solution to the problem.. His staff is horrible especially Nurse/Medical assistant Christina. She has a nasty attitude and gives her opinion to your health when professionally she is not suppose to. I have tried to schedule an urgent apt with Dr. Ruderman and his office did not assist me nor did he contact me in a timely matter. I had to go see another specialist which is helping me more than what he did. I also found out diagnosis that I was never told and I found out by my primary care not even his office. If you need urgent assistance I do not recommend this facility nor this Doctor at all.

Always a friendly staff and Dr. Ruderman is wonderful!!!! He takes time and answers all of your questions. Very thorough 😊

Always a great experience with Dr. Rudderman. He takes his time to explore your symptoms and explain his planned treatment.

I have been a patient there and can say that this gruop of doctors are great, however their staff need proper training on how to deal with patients. They need to treat the patients as they would like to be treated when they need a doctor.

Love Dr Ruderman. He makes a pretty scary seeming test go by quickly and without worry.

Doctor was horrible. They never called my script in. I was in extreme pain! I had to call three times until finally I got to speak to the doctor who forgot who I was. I will never go back there again.
