Like the doctor. Did a great job with my procedures. The office staff recently disappointed me when they cancelled my appointment last week without even telling me, cause they said their system was down. I found out when I got to the office. Said they couldnt call patients. (Everyone has a cell phone.) They said they would call me to reschedule and to date Im still waiting for that call.

Dr. More is one of the best doctors I have. Once you get in, everyone is very nice. The phone system is rather a problem and to manage to call in is difficult.

I’m not sure about the bad reviews on here. Dr. Moore is the ONLY dr that has taken my symptoms seriously and I am so grateful. Multiple trips to the hospital and upon my admittance I met Dr. Moore when he did my endoscopy. I am still having problems and he is trying to help me since I wasn’t getting it before. I don’t think the doctor can be Blamed for the craziness of insurance companies. They will constantly deny claims so it is our job to make sure to follow up. That isn’t the doctor that’s the insurance companies. I am grateful and look forward to Dr. Moore’s continued care!

Always professional, answers all my questions, explains procedures. Has been my GI Dr. since 2002. I highly recommend Dr. Moore and his office staff.

Money hungry, liars and thieves! Dr. Moore recommended a procedure to be done. The appointment was made 1 week before the procedure date. The person in charge of submitting my paperwork to my insurance waited until the day before the procedure to do so, was notified that the procedure was denied by my insurance, and they never notified me. The excuse was “we found out late in the day”. By late in the day she meant an hour before they closed. Turns out I needed to be part of a set of treatments for a few weeks before I can do the recommended procedure. It’s odd that a professional like Dr. Moore wouldn’t know what common insurances (BCBS) need to see be done before approving such a common procedure.

Dr. Moore is an amazing, knowledgeable, well experienced, and kind. This is a rare commodity these days in doctors. I just wanted to make sure I shared this info with whoever needs to find a good GI doctor in the central Florida area.

I would thanks Dr Moore, He do it to me a Colosnoscopy and Endo. Im a very nervous person and its was perfect. I think I cant do it. All the personal in th hosp also was so good and diligent. I recommend him!

So far I have not had any issues with Dr. staff or appointments. I tried making an appointment at another office and was going to have to wait a month. I got right in Dr Moore’s office in two days and they scheduled my colonoscopy for the following week.

Terrible Dr Moore. Had colitis so bad put me in hospital 4 days- not even out of hospital 1 week and has me back to work WITHOUT EVEN EXAMING ME. Was told went by records- Very unethical practice- ! Do not waste your time - and check billing - over pay!

Please be aware of their billing - they over charge and send the wrong codes to the insurance. Make sure you stay on top of them when it comes with the billing charge. Follow up very close with your insurance.

Dr. Keith And his Staff are the worst. They only money hungry. He didn’t explain to me anything about my treatment or medication. They charged my insurance over$ 12000. And still wanted me to pay more. They were rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend at all.

The worst place. They need training. I waist a month waiting and a the end they don’t take my insurance.

Due to the neglect of this doctor I ended up in the ER with a severe infection. They had no sympathy for my pain and did not run any tests to try to figure out what was going on. Their neglect landed me in the ER.
