We had not seen a DO before, but are now converts. Very different, personalized approach to medicine. Staff is hit or miss - perhaps they just don’t like their jobs - but both my husband and I think Dr. April is great and have developed great relationships with her. Highly recommend if you’re tired of the same old school medicine offered by MDs.

Best staff, providers and Doctor!!! With ten years of experience in the health care industry I have met many many good doctors. But Dr. April is exceptional! Her and her staff will make you feel like family. I always look forward to see them! They are the best!!!

Dr. Smith-Gonzalez is excellent. She is personable and spends a lot of time with me. I never feel rushed. Ive had migraines for 42 years, and she is is the first doctor (excluding chiropractors and an acupuncturist) to actually touch my head ... literally. I also appreciate that from my very first appointment, I feel like I have a relationship with my doctor, and she remembers me from visit to visit (even if shes brushing up on who I am from my file before she comes in ... kudos). This is very unlike my former primary care physicians. Her staff members are great as well.

I am not sure why someone would give this physician a bad review because she is amazing. I am VERY picky when it comes to doctors. There are a ton in the world and if you suck at your profession, I will go elsewhere. Dr. Smith Gonzalez is great. She is understanding, listens, is good with people, and is highly intelligent. I will refer anyone looking for a PCP or OMT treatment to her. Dont hesitate, schedule an appointment with her. You will be glad you did.

I went here for the first time yesterday and was very impressed. Everyone in the staff- both front and back of the office- were very welcoming and answered my questions without making me feel annoying. I saw Kathy, the ARNP, and she was great! Unfortunately in the past I have not had positive experiences with primary care physician offices, but this one was a lot different. Thank you!

I have never given a Doctors Office and a Physician a 5 star rating. Dr April Smith-Gonzalez is truly a healing physician. She honors the Hippacratic Oath, she is caring, she is compassionate, and she is brilliant. She is NOT arrogant and condescending. Her entire staff is also wonderful-both front and back office. There is not a single person in this office that I would not chose as a friend.

She is the best! I had back issues because of my work and thru a series of visits she was able to eliminate the discomfort.

I’ve never been to a Osteopathic doctor before and I’m sooo glad my sister found her. Now I’m going to her and if you haven’t tried an Osteopathic doctor I highly recommend her. Amen Amen
