I recently saw Dr. Raley for my yearly physical and bloodwork. As usual, Dr. Raley had great bedside manner, was professional and answered all my questions in detail. Dr. Raley has been my GP for over 25 years. And I have always received impeccable health care! Thank you Dr Raley!

I have been a patient here for about four years and have received nothing but excellent service and care. I have never had to wait, but when I do have to wait at a doctor’s office I usually recognize that there is usually some sort of an emergency.Dr. Raley and both of the PAs listen carefully, look through your medical history as they’re talking to you, and take numerous notes. They also allow plenty of time to ask questions.I had a severe flu two years ago and found that this office treated me much more competently than the emergency room or the hospital. I also recognized that they were following my case very closely, in a very personalized way. This makes me feel much more comfortable about the care I will receive with any other health challenge I may have in the future.

I am extremely unsatisfied with my recent treatment from this establishment. Although the staff is friendly and I have never had to wait past my appointment time, the way they handle complaints and opportunities to coach some of their staff is absolute terrible! I had been seeing Kat Davis. I was having some problems with my tonsils being swollen. During consultation she did not examine my lymph nodes, and was so quick to jump and recommend me seeing an ENT specialist. I was told there was nothing left that they could do. I got a second opinion and they wondered why I was not sent for blood work or anything before attempting to pass the torch to a specialist which is extremely expensive. I contacted Mrs. Davis back and she said she could send me to labcorp for blood work. The blood work came back saying that the swollen tonsils are due to something that an ENT does not deal with. Thankfully, I got a second opinion prior to listening to this offices expertise because this ended up saying me a lot of time, money, and possibly from some Dr. jumping the gun saying I need my tonsils out. I complained to the office manager and finally she advised that she would have Dr. Raley contact me. She never did. They are not treating this with any importance or anything. I will never return to this place being that they want to charge you but always jump to refer you to a specialist. The most they have done for me is take my blood and refer me to see other people for everything. Not worth your time or money!

Waited an hour after my appointment for THREE minutes with the doctor. Both times Ive been here could have been a phone call. Wanted to do unnecessary tests for me just because theyre covered by my insurance. I never felt less like a patient and more like a paycheck in my life. WILL NEVER GO BACK, WILL NEVER REFER.Dont you dare try to reply to this with an excuse UFMC.

I had my first primary care appointment last October with Dr. Raley. The exam was complete and Dr. Raley spent a lot of time with me discussing my multiple health issues. I was happy with the appt. However, my great review is due to a month after my appointment, I was hospitialized and Dr. Raley and her staff worked diligently with me to get me my Rxs and more importantly got me hooked with the appropriate referral required by my insurance. Her staff is dedicated and helpful and I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Raley and her office staff.

UPDATE 11/16/2014: After checking the surrounding areas for similar services that accepted BCBS, it appears that this location is probably the cheapest for medical in the area without driving outside the 10 mile range. For an extra $25ish, theres another doctor in the area that will see you sooner (Ive been to their office and theres never anyone there). So, bumping up their review one star due to this. In order to avoid surprises on my next bill - I will only be limiting each visit to ONE item (ie, if I had a cough, only ask about a cough; physical, only the physical and NOT any on site blood work, etc)YMMV. Be careful!SEE MY BILL UNDER PICTURES FOR MORE DETAILS.Not a fan, will not be returning after paying my bill. Before scheduling an appointment there, I went in person to determine what the bill would cost. They stated that it was variable with each insurance company and that youd get a bill if you owe anything additional. *sighs* Okay, fair enough.Day of appointment: Oh, were sorry. We forgot to call you - the people that pick up our blood wont be in so.... we can reschedule you!Day of new appointment: Heres your regular 5000 page form fill out. Normal stuff. What was NOT normal? Last page requested that I give them credit card/bank info so they can direct debit. I inquired about this, and they said I didnt have to fill it out. ***I REALLY SHOULDVE LISTENED TO MY GUT AND LEFT.***But, I went ahead with the blood draw. The blood draw was poor. (What do I mean by poor? I was bruised in the area where they drew my blood for an entire week! Ive never had that happen that badly before. It looked like someone hit me with a baseball bat there or something!) If I didnt know any better, the nurse that took the blood was new. But... dont think so. More like they dont care. Im like whatever, Ill deal. Afterwards, they had me come back & schedule another appointment to discuss results. Another weird! moment, but okay. This is a learning experience, Ill deal with it. I asked if it costs anything, since Ive never had a doctor do bloodwork on site. Well bill you later after the insurance comes in. *sighs*Results appointment: Hey, heres the insurance bill. $52.41 is my copay (In case youre wondering: I have the cheapest BCBS insurance with 20% of total cost deductible) Wait 30-45 mins to get 5 mins with the doc to review results. Honestly, you couldve saved me some time and just scheduled me 40 mins later, but anyways...BCBS emails me and says I owe the doc $96 (see picture/bill). Next day, I immediately inquire IN PERSON about the bill. Dont worry about it, well bill you. Maybe it was a mistake.4 months later ...HEY ! YOU OWE US MONEY!Heres my response: HEY! I am glad I did not do my yearly checkup with you guys. I knew you were gonna pull something strange, and I was right. Good job. I wont be seeing you again. If I was a dumb consumer and didnt ask any questions, sure. I deserve bills like this. But when I inquire.... SEVERAL times? Look elsewhere. The doctor office across the street is 3x as much, so dont bother with them either. My last doctor (who was independent and not in a group) charged me $35 tops. Since the high cost here wasnt service related, Ill chalk it up to more flexible office hours (which wasnt worth it in this case).ASK FOR AN ITEMIZATION BEFORE YOU LEAVE --- THIS IS THE BEST WAY TO WEED OUT SURPRISES.

Would never recommend to anyone! Why make an appointment when it was 45 mins later before they finally called me back then another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. Was needing a physical for work and TB test and was very dissapointed to find out that they breeched the confidentiality between patient and doctor by revieling private information!!!! Doctor was very unprofessional and rude along with the staff. Your health is to important to have a doctor that is unprofessional and tells your private information to others!!!!
