Have been going to this office for over 2 years and I love Dr.Rosario and the PA. I have never had an issue with the ladies upfront they have always been very caring and got me seen asap. I recommend this office if your looking for quality care and a doctor that actually listens and doesnt just want to write prescriptions and shut you up then this is the doctor to see.

Went for my appointment which was made 4 months prior, they deleted it without notifying, ask receptionist who was rude from the beginning and she just kept saying she didnt know. Wasnt able to be seen even with the CARD she gave me with date time written on it, doesnt make eye contact. Most disrespectful human being I have ever met.

Tinocco is an amazing PA with a wealth if experience and knowledge. The previous receptionist had her moments but this new staff is taking the office to new levels! They spent almost an hour with me figuring out all the mix up from me making an appointment from the previous receptionist and made sure to clear things up and get me on my way so that I wouldnt miss work or be late. They went above and beyond making outside appointments for me for blood work and seeing that I left happy. Job well done ladies!

They treat their patients as they are not Humans. Have wrong address in their directory then they cant accomodate you for later. Even when I went for 2 Offices with an address provided from their own personel and try to call them 30 minutes before but an answering machine sayd they were at lunch and cant pick up the phone until 1 p.m... with all the stops i managed to arrive 9 minutes later from my apointment at 1 p.m.. Very rude personel nurse start yelling and Rolling eyes because I was lateand the Doctor itself told me that they cant help me with a bad attitute and that the other address that i went they knew exactly what was his address,implying that i was lost because i i didnt ask. The Office look unhealthy, all dirty since you open the door. An animal shelter look and will treat you better than this hole of unprofesional personel. Stay Away!!

He is a good doctor but they basically not answer the phone. Its a machine and is always full. Please, take care of that.

Dr. Rosario-medina Ralph is a great Doctor and truly cares about your well being and healthBUT, when it comes to the receptionist ladies in front office then it comes to totally disfuction. On 3 different occasions i requested for referrals nothing, even had to have the Doctors recipients call Dr. Rosario office requesting the referrals still nothing happened. Just recently i called Dr.Rosario for a simple refill which would probably take about 5 minutes at the most to call into the pharmacy, took 2 days before it was finely filled so i believe these 2 ladies up front just plain dont give a dam and honestly i believe these 2 up front will aventually cause Dr.Rosario to lose his practice because if read his reviews you can see people are truly discussed with his recipitions.

Dr. Rosario is such a great person but the front desk person name Cynthia is rude and never picks up the phone or even replies to messages! I called last week voicemail was full and I called yesterday it was still full. Ooh and now the phone is says its disconnected? You need to hire a new front desk person Dr. Rosario like asap!

This place is a joke my husband called 2 weeks ago to fill his script and they fail to fax to pharmacy. The receptionist refuses to answer the phone unless its her cell. They close 2 hrs before scheduled time of closing. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating this place needs to be shut down

Called and called to make a appointment for a hour, finally someone answered the phone, she was very rude!! Defiantly changing my PCP!!

Appointment was at 9am, got here 5 minutes early. The receptionist didnt give the paperwork to fill out until 9:30am, 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not busy at all, and scheduled the appointment almost two weeks in advance. The receptionist is just chatting away on a personal phone call.

The worst customer service office ever!!!!!!!!

The doc ed good but the communication is terrible whenever I call. I have never been able to speak to someone. And the doctor explained that I could not stop drinking the pressure pills. And I have been unable to take them for 4 days ... due to the very poor service .
