Do not become a patient here. If your child is sick and needs a simple strep test that a PA or nurse could do, they will turn you away and tell you to call back tomorrow to hopefully get an appointment. Shameful.

We love Dr. Didea and the offices he works within. We have been going to the Orlando office since our daughter was born (nearly two years now), and would recommend them to anyone. We headed to this specific office for their Saturday hours as she had gotten sick and needed to be seen outside of regular hours. We have seen several other doctors within this practice when our regular physician is not available, and have had a great experience with each. They have a sick waiting room and a well waiting room, which is ideal to keep the well kids from picking up anything. They also have an area for newborns that keeps them separate from any of the other littles until they have had their vaccines.Overall: A+We love our doctor and the offices! We would recommend either location.

Baby BUTCHER!!! Dr. David Yaeger negligently botched the circumcision on our perfect 1-week old baby. What should’ve been an easy, routine procedure, which has been performed for thousands of years past, turned into traumatic days for our family. Dr. Yaeger sliced our baby’s skin during the circumcision — during the 30 minute wait, we found our baby’s diaper full of blood and leaking on the changing table. Our newborn almost bled out — we had to make an emergency trip to a pediatric urological surgeon to fix the careless error. Thanks to the surgeon, our baby is fully recovered. Dr. Yaeger never owned up to our apologized for his carelessness. He was also rude and condescending to his nurse staff while we were there. Also, the Orlando Health billing department continually sends us incorrect bill from this appointment — our 7th incorrect bill, and it’s been 4 months since that terrible day.

There is a reason I have been bringing my children here for nearly 15 years now. The office is well run, the staff is friendly, and the doctors care about the kids; I never feel like just another number. The staff calls back promptly when you leave a message, and the doctors have gone out of their way on several occasions to write emergency prescriptions for my kids to tide us over to our next visit. I also like how they have two main waiting rooms for sick and healthy kids and even have two other, smaller waiting rooms for newborns and older teenagers. Luckily Ive still got a few more years before my kids age out and I have to take them somewhere else.

Office staff are very friendly. They are super helpful over the phone if you ever have questions or need to get in very soon. I have seen almost all of the Doctors. Dr. Dumalaog is my favorite so far. Her nurse is super nice as well. Dr. Didea did not diagnose my child’s tongue or lip tie. If you you think your child has a tie and he doesn’t see it, get a second opinion! Unfortunately pediatricians are not trained well enough in ties. I had no problem with him other than that. He is very friendly! Didn’t have to wait long after appointment time. They are super great with newborns and have you wait in a separate area. I really appreciated that.

We have been coming here since our child was born. The practice used to be quick and efficient. We are here today for a sick appointment and have been waiting for 50 minutes now past our appt. time and still haven’t seen the doctor. I think things were better before Orlando Health bought them out.

Poor poor poor sick schedule policy. I called to schedule a sick appointment for my child and was told at 2pm there were no sick appointments available. How? Sick appointment in my experience has always been ahead of well appointments. Ok that fine. I ask to schedule a sick appointment for the next day and was told by staff they ONLY do same day sick appointment and I need to call back the next day for an appointment. I am a Registered Nurse and never heard of such a thing. Basically your refusing to see my sick child. So my options are to either wait or take my child to an urgent care or ER? This is totally unacceptable. The point of having a primary care physician is to care for your medical needs and when your sick, otherwise we can just fill the ER up with things your primary care physician should be handling. I will be taking this issue up with the office manager ASAP! And will be looking for a Primary physician and office that are will to provide service above and beyond for their patients.

Our kids have gone to Dr. Gordon since they were born(currently 8yr old and 5 yr old). Dr. Gordon is a great doctor, he always has time for questions and each child, even when we know he is super busy. He is a wonderful doctor that the kids can always relate to as well! They never get upset about going to the doctor if I say we are getting to see Dr. Gordon that day!

We love Dr. Gordon. He is funny and friendly, and I am so happy we changed doctors when a friend recommended him. He has 8 kids of his own, so he speaks from experience when he gives advice! We have also seen Dr. Britton, and he is very nice too. We saw Dr. Didea only once but really liked him a lot. They are open on weekends and holidays, and we have utilized that many times. Ive never had a problem with the staff or scheduling. I definitely recommend them!

Ive always had a great experience at this office and have taken my daughter here since she was a newborn. They have always been very accommodating to us, even during sick visits and have always gotten us in the same day. We typically see Dr. DiDea, who always takes time to talk with us about our daughters development, explains screening, etc. Weve also seen Dr. Yaeger, another great doctor, and a few of the nurse practitioners. We will continue bringing our daughter here and have referred several others already!

Yes, they are part of the physician associate network. My childs doctor is Dr.DiDea, I like him a a lot: funny, caring and most importantly comforting (especially to nervous parents like myself). If you have having a child Call them and attend one of their seminars.

I’ve seen many of the Doctors at this practice, my favorites are Dr Britton and Dr Gordon. They are both fantastic. I have a very sick child and today we saw Dr Gans for the first time. She was fantastic. Not only did she take a lot of time with us to really figure out the issue, she then called a specialist and got us a same day appt. these three doctors go above and beyond and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been going to the mills office for several years now with my two boys , And i would NEVER recommend anybody I know go there. The good part-- most of the doctors are smart and knowledgeable ..and nurse Darlene who answers your medical questions over the phone is very sweet... The bad part is ...EVERYTHING ELSE SUCKS. The wait times are long , the office manager and staff are VERY rude, most of the nurses are not friendly...and the overall costumer service is HORRIBLE.. The final straw for me (and What made me decide to not ever go back)is when a dear friend and fellow patient of this practice who spoke up and voiced her concerns about some customer service issues with this location was promptly sent a letter kicking her child (who has been going there her entire life) out of the practice. Was told she is no longer welcome to come back. Signed by Dr Coward...i mean Coffman himself. ( So disappointed in him). Apparently hearing negative feedback is not permitted at this office. As a general rule for doctors ( I know because Im married to one) patients are discharged (kicked out) from practices for serious/ continued offenses ie: not paying your bills/not following medical advice/violent behavior/abusing prescription drugs etc...This little girl was essentially fired as a patient because her mother made the dreadful error of giving feedback that they didnt wanna hear. Good Businesses that are truly interested in improving customer service welcome ALL feedback (Good and bad) . DR coffman made it painfully clear to this mom that this is not the case with him....Im disgusted with the treatment my friend received, and I will be finding a new pediatrician right along side her. I highly recommend staying away from this place. And if you do go here, dont ever speak up ,or voice a concern about issues you are unhappy about, because they will NOT respond very well..... so Absolutely absurd. Shame on you Dr Coffman.

We called the office yesterday regarding our daughter’s reaction to a prescription medication. We tried to set up an appointment for her to be seen. Dr. Coffman assured us we did not need to come in and he would write her a new prescription for a different antibiotic. After two hours the pharmacy still had not received the prescription. We received zero follow up from the staff and Dr. Coffman (we did all the follow up calls). We were told by the nurse she would speak to Dr. Coffman to submit for a new prescription, but never did. Even after we called multiple times throughout the day the prescription was never written. When we called the next day there was no concern or remorse shown. It’s very disheartening that a pediatric office would not have more compassion or concern for their patients.

My 2 children have been patients at Orlando Pediatric Associates for over a year. Yesterday my son fell and hit his eyebrow area on a terra-cotta pot. The gash looked bad enough to require a doctors visit. I called and was I hold for 10 minutes before I could talk to someone. I was told that the only office that take him was the university office. So I drove him 40 minutes out there. Waited another 30 minutes until we saw Dr. Yeager. He said he needed stitches and they would prep the medical supplies needed. He came back 10 minutes later and said that they did not have the medical supplies to stitch up my sons wound. Yes, our pediatricians office did not have the tools needed to do 3 little stitches. We were given directions to a different medical center, they didnt even give my son a bandaid or gauze for the gash in his eyebrow. This office is unprofessional, has long wait times, and doesnt check their medical supply regularly. Doctors are nice but all of this issues negate that.

My 6 month old daughter was having urinary symptoms so we took her to the Maguire office. It was late in the day so we were grateful to be seen. The Dr said the only way to check for a UTI was through a catheter that the nurses would put in. She then went back to her desk. The nurse was fumbling and having a lot of trouble getting the catheter in. Meanwhile my baby was crying and tears were streaming down her face. It looked to me (I work as a surgical PA) that she was pushing too low, and I said to her isnt the urethra above the vagina? and she said no, its below. ARE YOU KIDDING??? It most certainly is above. She then told the Dr that my daughter was dry. No, this nurse just couldnt place the catheter correctly. I just pray she didnt damage anything. We were told we couldnt get a sample and would have to try again the next day (for another $20 copay). This nurse should be sued for malpractice. I pulled the Dr aside and explained what happened, and she talked to the nurse and said the nurse misspoke. Bull. I am disappointed with the lack of training of the nurses, but also that the Dr did not at least observe the procedure. She was apologetic, for which I am grateful, but I will never let anyone besides a doctor (or PA) come near my sweet baby again. -Amy Diehl, PA-C

DO NOT take your child to this practice!!!Weve been seeing Dr. Maria Dumalaog....I am beside myself at how terrible this doctor is. The first bad experience... this doctor did not notice a VISIBLE spine deviation on my 7 month old son. After I noticed the issue and brought it to her attention, she said she didnt notice that and referred us to a specialist at the Arnold Palmer who told us our 7 month old needed SURGERY!! After 4 different opinions, we found an amazing doctor at Shriners Hospital who did a non-invasive mehta casting procedure, that is most effective the earlier the deviation is treated. UNACCEPTABLE. People make mistakes so we moved past it. The second bad experience was when my son CLEARLY had a flat head... this doctor kept saying oh hes fine and I kept pressing for a prescription to see a specialist, after BEGGING her to give us a prescription, we went to see a cranial specialist and it turns out my son had PLAGIOCEPHALY!! Had it been treated sooner, he wouldnt of had to wear a helmet for 5 months! Not only that, it was related to the spinal issue!!! At this point, I knew this doctor/practice was not that great, but stayed because its the only practice our insurance covers. My third and LAST terrible experience was during my visit YESTERDAY.. My son was coughing and had a 99.1 temperature... almost a fever! And I expressed to this doctor that I was concerned because I just had pneumonia a week ago... AGAIN with her little bs, she said hes fine, his lungs sound fine.. My son has a cast!!! from the first problem she didnt detect, HOW COULD SHE HEAR HIS LUNGS THAT GREAT??? She couldnt ... then she proceeded to tell me If we waited for every child to have no symptoms, they would never get vaccinated. This is ridiculous, my son has been 100% healthy before and this was not one of those times. I proceeded to get him vaccinated, which was a DUMB choice, because I figured the doctor knows what shes doing.. although we should have already known SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING!!... all day and night my son has had a 103 fever, coughing, chills.. I didnt get one minute of sleep...Needless to say we are switching insurance because Ive had it with this doctor and this practice. Also posting this review in every website possible, so that nobody makes the mistake of taking their child here. UNBELIEVABLE!

Do not go to see Mark DiDea, I would not even consider this guy a DR. He saw my daughter for a year and just insulted us for her crying and being moody. MY children are actually excited when I say they are going to the doctors. Even feeling at their worst they are comforted by 2 of their favorite doctors.Dr Britton and Dr Schlekeway have been extremely helpful in determining the best course of treatment for my children and take the time to help me, as a mother to have all the resources I need to worry less and enjoy raising two children. They go above and beyond, return calls when I just need confirmation or reassurances, listen to my concerns and show great interest in their choosen profession and the care of their patients. Its difficult to find doctors that you can trust with the care of your children but at Pediatric Associates you can not go wrong. When my son was in the ER, Dr Ryan not only called me directly to check on my son but called the ER to make sure that his course of treatment was the best.We have tried other doctors and my children can tell when they are being treated by someone who cares.Thank you all for treating me and my children like people and not a number. We look forward to our visits and know that when we leave we will have confidance that everything will be okay.

We are very happy with Pediatric Associates. I love that they have a triage nurse that you can talk to during the operating hours. You get someone right away - no leaving a message and then wondering if you will receive a call back!We have seen Drs Lim, Ryan, DiDea, Britton and Gordon. We finally settled on Gordon but I really liked all of them DiDea was especially great in the beginning when our son was jaundiced. He eased my fears as a first time mom.The Ocoee office is really nice but the Mills office is really convenient.

My 2 girls USED to come to this office, my daughters have marfans syndrome a genetic disorder that i ended up teaching the doctor about, dr.britton I believe. I could never get to see their doctor, i was always seen by someone else, never really felt like they cared for my children, basically just felt like this was a pediatric mill where they just want your money and then the follow up service is terrible, i have decided to change pediatric offices, because, last time there, the nurse assistant advised us we needed to get shots for my 6YO, who had her shots before the school year started, How do you explain to me, the practice being wrong about not knowing that they gave her shots in July this year...Id be carefull just walk into the office and see for yourself...
