I was seen after people who came in after me. (Hispanic). I was told I was late and I wasnt by the front desk after I ask why is everyone getting seen before me who came in after me. I will be looking for a different place that is more inclusive.

Update: Patricia Lopez, ARNP, as well as the physicians assistant and the girl at the front desk, (both of whom I wish I had the names of), were all wonderful and went above and beyond to show me exceptional customer care! Patricia took her time, was very warm, understanding, asked lots of questions, and listened. I am very grateful, thank you! I HIGHLY recommend her!The lovely girls at the front desk really went out of their way and took the extra time to help me. Very appreciative so far. Thank you! Marisa

Horrible doctors office! If you’re lucky enough to get someone on the phone after 15 minutes, you then have to deal with the people not being helpful at all. The PA I did see ONE time decided to question everything my previous doctor (who I’ve seen for over a year) did or suggested for me. She told me to stop one of the medications I was on and decided to switch it completely to something else on the first visit.

Kiran was one of the worst pcp i dealt with. She is rude and sarcastic. She doesn’t answer back any of my calls and told me to take my covid shot if i want to see my family. She kept dropping rude comments and when i told her what problems i had, she laughed and said ‘well if you were a doctor or went to school’, after every sentence. I’m here to get help with my pain and I’m paying you guys to disrespect me and take my money? Don’t come this location. They don’t care and show NO compassion what so ever to your concerns. I’ll be calling corporate on this location. Unacceptable, no wonder people don’t go to the doctors.

Dr Luisa Nieves and her staff are excellent. I recommend her especially women to go see her!

My wife needed to see her primary doctor, every time you call them, they tell you go to the urgent care. Like how many times do you want my wife to go to the urgent care.What is the purpose of having a provider if you cannot see them for medical issues. All they want to do is refer you to a urgent care.Please avoid this establishment by the time you get to see you your provider and they determine if you need to see a specialist. You will be dead!!!!!!

Yamirah Iglesias is the medical director at this facility.She was absolutely instrumental and amazing helping me navigate through the system with my difficult to solve problems. Five stars.... Thank you for everything Yamirah...

This is the absolute worst place ever, I’ve been waiting over a month for a medical clearance paper so that I can have my knee surgery, and they keep giving me the run around. Their is no communication among the workers there, you have one person telling you one thing and Sombody else telling you something different. These people need to be retrained, and not just sitting at the desk trying to look cute. I was told that I have to call Quest and Simon imaging to get there fax number so that they can send over a order for lab work and testing, that’s not my Job hunny !! I’m going to call corporate and report this place. Please don’t believe the reviews here, the people that left the reviews work for the company.... all lies

I was today ,it was my first day.I told them I have covid they send me to home to die.They didn’t treat me.Worst place

I set up a television set for my wife 20 days before the date, but 90 minutes before the appointment I realized that the appointment had been made face-to-face. I called Sanitas to reverse this and was very poorly attended by an unprepared person who said that the virtual visit was confirmed. However, 20 minutes before the appointment, I noticed that the system did not give us access, I called again and was again poorly attended by a guy who ended up hanging up on me. I immediately requested a rescheduling of the appointment, as there was no more time to arrive at the location of the appointment. This request was simply ignored by Sanitas, which marked my wifes no-show. This type of treatment is not expected for a simple medical consultation.

I had probably one of the best doctor’s appointments today. It was my first visit at this location. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse Julia was sweet and respectful. And Dr. Nieves is so up to date on medical research and information- I was blown away. I am so grateful I found them. Thank you Sandra, Milagros, Tamara, Julia and Dr. Nieves for expert care. I highly recommend this group!

I have being a patient for about 1/12 years. Very nice staff, caring, helpful. Try their best to help you with your medical problems. I enjoy my visits to Sanitas.

It is the worst center to attend to patients, my experience was terrible for almost a year I have had a problem with my hip and I had to go to two specialists to give me an opinion about my problem and at the time I have requested to the Doctors referred or orders to perform tests that have been only cited by the places where I had to perform the tests always denied me been with this problem for months .. the Doctors do not care about health at all of patients and refuse to give you help !!! It is the worst center. also you put the complaint and nobody does anything ... My recommendation that women look for other doctors where their priority and vocation is to serve the patient with kindness and importance.

On my very first visit, not only did this doctor keep thinking i was a diabetic when i wasnt, he also was so cold and difficult to talk to. I was never diagnosed and had no symptoms, but because i was a little overweight he jumped to the conclusion.This place is closed Saturdays yet I received an after hours phone call by my doctor saying he refused to refill a medication that i was on since I was 16 because I didnt do the blood test. Yet i had scheduled a blood test but it was delayed due to this whole pandemic and he said he wouldnt refill it regardless. Needless to say Im looking for a better doctor, one with more patience and better bedside manner.

Location is awesome! My mom had her first appointment yesterday with Patricia Lopez. The staff was very friendly and professional. I have been looking for an office like this for her and i finally found it! Definetly will bring her back.

First time patient here and I LOVE the doctor Patricia Lopez! She’s super friendly, easy to relate to, and very attentive. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a doctor until today. There’s a location closer to where I live and I came here because it was the only center available today but now I don’t even want to look anywhere else because Patricia is so great.

I was nervous going in but the staff was very professional and welcoming. Patricia Lopez was very down to earth, easy to talk to and was quickly able to answer all my questions.

Im very pleased and satisfy with attention given by Dr. Nieves and Adolfo. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The lady in the front counter Cristina was also kind and friendly.

We had a appointment in this afternoon but unfortunately for traffic we reached 15 minutes late and before come call them and explain the situation and they said you guys can come.Once we reached the front desk lady said you have to wait 20 minutes and then you can see doctor.Then 35 minutes Later other lady said Only one people can see today doctor either you or your husband and we was totally disappointed because my husband wasn’t well. Please take care patients first then look for money.

The staff are very nice but with a Very slow service!!! I have been having a problem with my left ear for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks that I have been taking antibiotics they decided to give me a referral to a specialist. To receive a authorization cod referral to the specialist they need 5 days!!! After to make an appointment with a specialist also take time... at least 1 week! Is faster to die than reach a doctor! 🙄

Staff is a bit unfriendly the office is very small if you chose this doctor they have no appointment available keep in mind you will have to wait a while to see the doctor at this location the staff is not very nice and the office is very packed people are waiting at the door just to come in

Called my GF on a Saturday at 4 PM to not only tell her they wont be filling her high blood pressure medication, but also told her it was her fault after they made her an appointment two months later. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately at this location be ready to WAIT. After getting my first appointment i was called the DAY OF to be told that the doctor was not going to be in that day so I would have to reschedule which was fine, the next week on the same day I come to my appointment that was set for 10 am. I arrived right on time and was told to wait. After waiting for an hour and 45 minutes :))))))))) and watching everyone after me go before me I asked when I would be seen, to which I was answered 11:30 even though my appointment was for 10 and on the sign in sheet it was for 10 nope it was 11:30. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNORGANIZED LOCATION.
