My experience was wonderful. I was very impressed with Dr. Martin Soto. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and asked me questions I didn’t think of. The nurses were so professional and kind also. I’m so thankful for everyone.

I was on the phone with a young lady from the front desk, she unfortunately did not say her name. But rude and nasty attitude for customer service. She was extremely lazy and not helpful to making efforts to find me an appt time that worked my schedule.She then.. hung up the phone on me.Deciding to go to another doctor.

Been going here for 10+ years with nothing but good experiences. Dr Soto is straight forward and discusses options rather than over medicating. I love their PA as well and their new staff MD seems great as well. I’m sorry but I appreciate a doctor/office that does not over medicate patients. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for an appt, pretty common with a good drs office. This is a strong choice for a family MD if you want your health priority one.

Thorough evaluations and results reviewed and explained. Treatment plans are discussed and patients concerns are addressed. Excellent follow up with referrals for specialists(which are needed in my plan) and medication refills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Soto since June 2014. He is a very patient doctor, and he is very approachable and transparent. The staff is friendly, but sometimes they are short and not customer friendly. Overall, my experience with Dr. Soto and his PA has been mostly pleasant.

Dr. Martin Soto is an amazing Dr. and genuine person which is a rarity these days... He does whats in your best interest but also accommodates your needs. Wish I could say the same thing about the rest of the staff he definitely deserves better.

My husband has been a patient and there are countless times their office does not return our call and say that they did. Also made appointment to see Dr and the Dr isnt there we get the PA. This was after telling them we needed to consult with the doctor due to recent medication change and possibly needing change or adjustment. Last visit was 10 min with the doctor seems all about money and not patient care. Went in for joint pain and all he said was ice the hell out of it. The days later its still hurting went to ER and they gave me a steroid pack. We have now found a new doctor that actual cares and gets results and returns calls.

When I moved to Florida over 5 years, I had a Dr. in Orlando who wasnt up to my standards. I dont ask for much and I dont visit Doctors a lot, but, dont treat me like a drive thru from a fast food place. I changed to Dr. Soto and its been a great experience ever since. He is very detailed oriented, he recalls my last visits without looking back in his records. He looks for my best interest every time. Even now where I have been hospitalized a few times for heart issues, He has stand by and made sure he followed up with me even though I was seen by a Cardiologist or other specialist. Dr. Soto is very detailed and considerate. His staff reflects his way as well. Priscilla, Tiffany, Coral, P.A. Archana and everyone else are great. I never had a issue and anytime I need something, I never get turned down or ignored. More than 5 years and never a problem. Even my Wife is a patient.

Alk about the $. This guys not confident in his skills, poorly diagnoses your condition, you end up suffering and getting sicker and when you are at the verge of going to the hospital then he prescribes antibiotics. Family been going to him for 15 plus years and after trying him twice, I bailed out. Hell nooooo! 3 of us left yrs ago and our elderly parents still go to him when weve been telling them to leave Dr. Soto. One of them got very sick recently because of misdiagnosis. It took a nurse practitioner at a Walgreens clinic to get the right dose for infection to finally start getting better. Why? You dont assume or play with peoples lives, if you just treat patients like a number, then retire already if you no longer have or lost the passion for what you do for a living. 5 star reviews are from Hispanic patients who just like a Spanish speaking doctor. Fake reviews for sure.

I just came to this office because I have atsma I am from North Carolina and my medical plan is the Blue Cross of North Carolina and call my plan and give me a list of doctors and it is the closest. The secretary tells me we cannot attend to you. He is not receiving new patients. I explain that I am in an emergency and he says no and no. That there is another doctor I say is not in the Blue Cross of North Carolina network and tells me that is what it is. I walk to another provider thanks for nothing excellent professionals that are.
