Holy cow! I’m a flight attendant and was only in the area one night and desperate for a cut so I came here because it had great review! And they did not disappoint! Jessica cut my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good hair cut! I have a horrible track record of asking for layers (I have very long hair) and getting a mullet. I’m in awe of how pretty the layers turned out! And the prices are out of this world. Jessica did a better job than salons where I’ve paid $100 for a haircut and it was only $25!!!!!!! I am going to fly to have Jessica cut my hair from now on. Amazing 🤩 I feel so Beautiful ☺️

This was one of the best saloons I have ever visited. Luis was amazing giving me suggestions to find the best solutions for the color I had and the color I wanted. Jessica was the one working on my hair. She was spot on on the color and I am very pleased with the results. Very friendly environment with professionals who know their work. Definitely a place to visit again and again.

Best hair salon ever!! Teresa and her team are really professionals, they know their job, the advice you about styles and everything you need to look great!!! They make you feel as in home. I meant to post this review back in July after my first experience, but life happened and it slipped my mind. Theresa is the best! I had not seen a hairdresser in over a year so I desperately needed highlights and a trim. Theresa and I got along so well and it was non stop laughter and stories. My hair was brought back to life and the blonde color she created in my hair was something I had been looking to do for years but couldnt find the right person. The other staff seemed very friendly and every client of theirs looked happy with the results as well. This was my very first experience at a hairdresser in Florida and I was not disappointed. I cannot wait for my next appointment ❤

I got a haircut and didnt get what I wanted TWICE. The lady ruined my bangs and now I have to clip my hair until it grows out. Very disappointed and I regret not going elsewhere.

Came in looking for silver Grey highlights, booked an appointment with Teresa, she didnt just go for It but she evaluated my hair type and recommended something a bit different but kinda the same because she was looking out for my hair and possible damage since I have very thin hair and that was very respectful of her. I recommend this place and Ill be back. Clean, professional including everyone. And good music. Thanks guys.

I love this place! Theresa is amazing. A lot of times I’ll walk into a salon and they’ll immediately say it would be upward of $70 to straighten! But, Xpression stylists are used to handling thick, curly, long hair. They’re always super kind and make my hair look stunning!

I went in for a haircut and style only, it took 1 1/2 hours just for that. Then I brought in a picture of what my hair cut looked like before and wanted same cut in front but a bit different in back ( pics shown to her), plus asked for her to thin out. She said okay.Got a complete different style haircut, plus she outright tried to argue with me when I asked if she thinned out my hair and I was trying to explain to her it’s not really thinned out, she basically was trying to say that I was saying she lied, which never came out of my mouth. Was so disappointed with my service, besides her servicing other people on my time. Then, my total was $50, I gave a $10 tip and find out she somehow charged my card an extra $5. Very disappointed and will never go back, nor will I recommend. Your appointment will be shared with others, so be prepared to be there for a while!

Luis was great! I think I found my hair salon now that Im living here in Orlando. I look forward to coming back for actual styling and dying my hair. I just went for a simple cut and he knew what I needed. Thanks so much!!

Love this place. Luis does a phenomenal job and really pays attention to what you want plus provides his own suggestions. One time I just asked him to cut my hair the way he thought would work with my hair (I have a fine thin hair) and face and I absolutely loved the final result!!! Make sure to make an appointment as they get booked fast.

I was really disappointed with my hair. I left looking sooo copper. He told me in order for me to achieve my hair goal it would take 8 hours. Suggested that I come back in a month but in the mean time to use blue shampoo. I almost left without even getting a full haircut after he almost fried my hair. After I left and washed my hair again chunks were falling out. I was really disappointed bc he was building my trust through the process but ended up leaving like this.

Frankie cut my hair. The cut is good, but A LOT shorter than I asked for. Thankfully my hair grows quickly. Also, I was disappointed that apparently they do not include drying your hair afterwards. I haven’t been to a cheap salon like that for decades. And now I remember why. I wouldn’t have gone there if I’d known it was similar to Great Clips.

Absolutely love this place. The salon is high-end but the moment you enter youre greeted with friendly faces. They make you feel super comfy & offer coffee/water right away. Luis is a color-guru. He turned my hair from black to red hair, which is a huge task. He was full of information and his priority was my hairs health, not rushing. Teresa, the owner, is amazing and full of knowledge. Absolutely love this place, worth every penny!!!

Just got my hair done today for the first time and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was clean and friendly. I was automatically greeted upon arriving and was treated SO well by the staff. Luis and Teresa are both extremely professional and talented people that make customer satisfaction a priority. Besides the amazing hospitality, the hair service was also phenomenal! It seems almost impossible for people to really straighten my super curly, Latina hair but Teresa conquered it in the most delicate way and gave me model-looking hair. I’m only visiting Orlando but now I know where to go and who to see when I come down! Not to mention, they’re also very affordable as well!

I moved to Orlando from out of state in January and had to find a new place to get my hair cut. I was very fortunate to find Teresa at Xpressions. She is very professional and a perfectionist. Excellent stylist and a pleasure to speak with. The prices are also quite reasonable. I will be going here for a long time. I highly recommend Xpressions.

Expectation customer service!!!! Both the stylists and the owner made me feel so welcome! I have very curly hair and the majority of my experience at salons have not been all the good, so when it was time to look for a place I didnt know where to begin . I found Xpression online, saw that they had good reviews and made an appointment. When I get there, I told the stylist exactly what I wanted, and what I was going for, and she took the broom that was my hair and turned it into a masterpiece!!!!! They were 100% honest ! Not once did I feel pressured to do something I didnt want to do to my hair ! I will be definitely going back, as well as I will be recommening to other !

They are excellent. Theresa does a wonderful job for me and my wife. It is important to make an appointment with her ahead of time.

Mens cut with highlights then blown dry and flat ironed. The service was the deffinition of what customer service should be. Along with very courteous and friendly staff. Lastly the price was right.

The owner has 30 years of experience and is well rounded with all hair types. I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment before walking in, especially if its on the weekend. Beautiful and clean shop! Teresa listens to what you want and is up to giving you recommendations if youre not sure. Ive gone to her for everything from a simple cut and blow dry (and she actually cuts off what you want her to. Not scissor happy!!) to a balayage and she has been great at it all! if youre in the area I would exhort you to visit Xpressions.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Stay away! They will treat you like theyre doing you a favor by doing your hair while dropping a $200 bill on your lap! I went in because I wanted to go a little darker from my blonde hair and I had a consultation before where they told me they could do it. On the appoitment date, they said they couldnt do it. I either had to get ombré or go dark brown because she wasnt going to mix colors. Why would she tell me that she could do it at the consultation and then not do it? Horrible is all I can say about the experience. Luckily I was able to leave before making the huge mistake or letting them get close to my hair!

My daughter called around to salons to find a maroon hair color. She called this place and they knew what she was talking about and had her set an appointment up. I myself needed my hair done and so did my son but we came just for my daughter. We were toldI on the phone shoulder length hair would be around $50. My daughters hair was longer then that by about 3 or more inches so I figured in my mind id double the price and say $100 would be about right. After talking with the lady ( I went to school for hair myself its not my thing but I am educated on this topic) and explaining to my daughter how her hair wouldnt come out to the bright maroon color she expected because her hair was dark she was ok with it. The stylist then said before she dyed it shed just throw in some bleach to lighten it up since she wanted it brighter... I said oh ok She said she could do my hair too she had time and my son only needed a trim to his sides and a nice line up. I explain I want a nice dark color. I had dark brown in my hair. But with a nice pop of burgundy when it hit the light outside. She acted like she knew exactly what I wanted I picked my swatches and she went to town. Long story short. My daughter came out with red hair.... My hair is pure pitch black, fake looking ,nasty with my hazelI eyes and skin tone! This is Not at allllllllll what we asked for and she hacked my sons hair soooo bad! It was a shame I had to pay! Some how my hair and sons hAck job came to $120 and my daughters hair came out to $160! With all her added extras she never told me would cost extra. I didnt even want to tip her. I was so pissed I wasted my time, money and hair in this salon!DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR HAIR!NEVER AGAIN and im showing everyone this mess and warning them!
