First time getting my hair done at Rizzieri Aveda salon with Desiree and I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the salon love that! It was my first time ever coloring my hair and I was a little nervous but I was welcomed with a warm greeting and the staff was great and friendly. Desi made the experience one to remember, she is super down to earth, personable, and so so so talented. I showed her my reference picture and she knew exactly how to execute it!! She is a literal artist and angel in one, I left with the hair of my dreams but also with an experience with what felt like a friend, that makes me excited for the next time I get to come in for a touch-up. I recently moved to Orlando, and admits all of the change and unpredictability of these past few months- and Desi has been a constant. I first visited her in June for a full balayage/color correction, and then again for a hair cut a couple of months later. This week, I saw Desi again for more color, and she did not disappoint. Cannot recommend Desi and Rizzieri highly enough!! From the second you walk in to the salon, you can tell every precaution has been taken for the safety of the guests and stylists. Even with all of the new safety measures being taken, you still get a first class salon experience! My appointment began right on time. Desi and I went over exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my booked services and I was given a price breakdown before she got started - a practice I very much appreciated! As for the services itself (full balayage) to say my expectations were exceeded doesn’t give enough credit to Desi. LET ME JUST START OFF BY SAYING THAT JAMILLA WAS AMAZING AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST SALON IF EVER BEEN TO!!!! She was so kind and so easy to talk to. She walked me step by step and she would tell me what she was going to do before she started. Another plus was the room where they wash your hair. It was amazing!!!!! You enter the room and the lights are dim and there’s relaxing music and she takes her time to actually wash and condition your hair and even massage your head and you can even recline your seat and have your feet up. It was beyond relaxing. The salon was clean and it was so beautiful. I would recommend this salon and jamilla to anyone.

I have platinum blonde hair and she’s always made sure to keep my hair look great, healthy, shiny and NO YELLOW. I have naturally dark brown hair, and it’s taken some time to get my color but it looks so good and I always get so many compliments! I had a great experience here! I suggest calling to set up your appointment, as they do not have an online tool to do this as of right now. My hair dresser Alexandra did a wonderful job. I asked for a full foil, and I have long hair, so it took a long time. But I was happy with the results and really like my new summer do.

Horrible front desk service.HORRIBLE !!!!!!I went with my husband and witnessed how the person responsible for making appointments was super rude to him. It seems to be a good salon but that woman must make many others give up too before extending the salon their time and money. Instead of putting up with it further, I urged my husband to leave - he was very much happy to!

Irecently moved to Orlando so I looked for an aveda saloon closer to me (Rizzieri Orlando). I asked to please get a Master level to do my hair since I trusted the lady that used to do my hair so much, she always did it right and before she moved she even gave me the formula she used on my hair so I can go to another stylist and get the colors right. The experience I had at this saloon was the worst I ever had.. I’m so upset, I’m depress, can’t stop looking at how bad my hair looks and I feel like I paid too much for how cheap my hair looks.. she ruin my hair. I have dark hair and I always do two tones of brown in highlights so it looks natural. Now my hair looks ORANGE. When I told her that the color on the roots was too bright she told me that she knows how to do her job and I was wrong.. (What kind of customer service is that!!) then the girl from the counter came by to say “oh that looks beautiful! And that just made me more upset.. they know how to do color, what she did on my hair looks terrible!!!!.. she tried to fix it but it didn’t worked, I just wanted to leave.

My niece, who is a minor, was quoted an amount before services were rendered and the final price was more than double what was originally quoted! She was misled and taken advantage of. When the hair dresser (Desiree) was approached by my eldest niece- whom she thought she could trust with her younger sister because she went there herself; she took a defensive stance rather than try to resolve the conflict. It became an unpleasant exchange with the hair dresser justifying why she would charge such an outrageous amount- $440!!!!!!! Consequently, when the manager was approached she immediately defended the hair dresser, rather than try to be impartial. She has lost both of my nieces as customers.

Ive been going here since March 2019. LOVE the experience and professionalism of the staff. DESI is a master stylist and cuts my hair with perfection. Ive never had so many compliments on my hair!!

My daughter and I went in for an up do and I left crying because it did not look good at all. My daughter went in twice and it still is not right, so paid a lot of money for us to go to hotel and do it ourselves, I am guessing up do’s are not their thing. Would not recommend for an up do. Karen called me from corporate office and is refunding our money. Thank you Karen!

This is a really nice shop. They have plenty of product available for sale, the receptionists are very pleasant and knowledgeable and their salon is like stepping into the lap of luxury. Great products, styling, shampoo chairs are beyond great. You get what you pay for and its really worth every penny!I highly recommend them the next time you want more than just quick salon visit.

This place is amazing! They have a closed off spa like room for your shampoo thats quiet and dark and the head massage is phenomenal. I came in for a cut and went from long to a short Bob angled down in the front and stacked in the back. I love my hair and get compliments on the daily. I recommend this salon to everyone.

I took my 92 year old Mom for a haircut and it was amazing! People are very friendly and Lauren knew exactly what to do. She showed some good products but wasnt pushy. My Mom is very particular about her hair and was afraid to change her hairdresser but we didnt regret. We will definitely go back. And I will try a haircut myself next time. Excellent service and fair price.

I was at the salon on 8/18/18 for the first time. Ally was my stylist. She was amazing!! Ive watched her work for awhile now and after seeing a beautiful high light on another client she did, I knew immediately that I had to get an appointment. She knew exactly what I wanted and my hair is amazing. My experience at the salon was welcoming and relaxing. They have the BEST shampoo room in a salon Ive ever experienced. I pre-booked my next appointment, I cant wait to return.

I had a very complicated short haircut and, after looking all over Orlando for someone who can actually give a good cut, I finally found someone here and it was great! (Her name was Amy, but all the ladies were SUPER friendly and helpful)The experience overall was great! I was pampered and catered to, which was exactly what I needed. Definitely going to keep coming back. Loved it!

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING!! Last week I did the keratin treatment at Salon Aveda. I spent 250$ + 44$ for the shampoo and conditioner. I guarantee the treatment is not working: as soon as I washed my hair (after 5 days) they became exactly as they were before. The girl at the salon told me the treatment would usually last 4/5 months and before starting she made me sign a paper where there was written that they were not responsible for the final look and so they would not give the money back . I am sure you can find a way better hair dresser for half the price that Salon Aveda is charging their clients. This salon is overpriced, do not believe what they tell you because their treatments arent working! Sadly I lost 300$, I hope people will read this comment and will not do the same mistake as I did!

I ask for long layers that start 3 below my chin. My shortest layer is at my check bone. At the end of my visit my designer stylist said Im glad you are willing to try something shorter. I wasnt. And I didnt appreciate a stylist that did a $60+ hair cut treating me like no one has ever cut my hair to short.

I highly recommend Ally. Not only did i get a last minute appointment for the following day, they also serve wine! I was apprehensive about going as I had had a bad experience last week and needed some corrective colour work to be done. She put me at ease and couldnt have been any nicer! she was friendly, positive and outgoing, and knew exactly what i wanted without me having to explain loads. I had highlights and lowlights, a cut and got a fantastic result. The salon was very relaxing with a hand massage, head massage and the massage chair. It was quite expensive but I am very happy with the results. Thanks Ally!!

I was a walk in on Saturday morning and they took me right in. The stylist that worked with me was Sarah, I believe. Found out that we live in the same area and hard a great conversation. The price is a little higher then I normally pay to for a hair cut but I would return to Rizzieri the next time Im Orlando as they made me feel welcome even though I did not have an appointment and they were rather busy.

Went in for a blow out which was a wonderful experience all around and looked great. After, I was having my eyebrows done which totally went downhill. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for years and I’ve never had a wax that hurt like that before. The skin under my right eye/eyelid were BURNT from the wax. When i got home, I has to spend about ten minutes trying to get wax off my eyelid. It still looks like I have a long cut just above my eyelid which hasn’t stopped burning.Edit: I have one missed call from an 855 number with no voicemails, would that be the multiple attempts the manager has made to contact me?

I hate finding a new stylist. When I moved to this side of town, I searched online and narrowed down the options, ending up with Salon Salon. I have really short hair (which not everyone can cut). I was booked with Megan, and she is fantastic! She listens first, assesses, and then works her magic! I entered with tired, gray looks and left refreshed and brightened up! The entire experience was 100% positive - including the massage chairs at the shampoo basin, nature video and spa tunes, not to mention a hand massage. Highly recommend this place!!!

By far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon.I went in for a men’s haircut and foiled highlights on just the crown, but after FOUR failed attempts to highlight my hair correctly over the course of FOUR hours..... they ended up just dying my hair back to my natural color. Then proceeded to tell me they were t going to charge me for the color as if that was a favor to me.One would reasonably think that after wasting four hours of a clients time and not giving them the results that they came in for you would comp the whole bill. Not in this case, they still gladly charged me $30 for the haircut and then had the Cruelty to ask if I wanted to leave a tip! Are you kidding me do I want to leave a tip?After four hours and going home with a decent haircut and tons of disappointment.

Awful customer service at front desk. I Went 3 times and saw 3 different stylist because they kept leaving the salon. Every time I called to book I would get told they dont work there any longer. The haircuts were just okay and way overpriced.

I am from out of town and called to book an appointment. i was happy they were able to get me in for a highlight and cut in just a few days. when i arrived they didnt have my appointment in their system. i had to wait for about 30 minutes and they were able to find a stylist to do my services. Their colorbar seems like a great convenience for them, although it made me feel uncomfortable during my consultation. I felt like the set up got in the way of me talking to my stylist Amy about what i wanted. She didnt take the time to ask what i wanted my color to look like, i had to keep stopping her from walking away to fully tell her. My color did come out great, although i did not have time for a hair cut after that. The service seemed rushed and a little confused.
