Was waiting outside for over a hour and nobody showed up to open the shop. First time going and it will be my last. So disappointing!!!!

Ms. Yocasta is amazing at what she does. Reminds me of the Dominican salons in New York. Everyone that works at the salon was very welcoming, my daughter and I felt right at home. I took my 8 year old daughter who has very dry course hair for any treatment that would work on her hair. Ms. Yocasta suggested a Keratin Treatment and a couple of weeks we will do the silk press. She is Very knowledgeable and confident in her work. It’s been 1 week after the treatment and my daughters hair still moves when the wind blows. Her hair is very silky and healthy. I am definitely returning for her silk press and now my mom will be going to see Ms. Yocasta. As for the price of the treatment, very very good. She has gained my trust and i will be returning for future hair treatments with my daughter.

Absolutely love this salon! My hair is very tangly and always very frizzy, but I left with my hair beyond beautiful! The staff is so very nice and I felt very comfortable! Will definitely keep coming here! 💜

I was looking for a salon who would know how to nourish, cut and style my hair and I found it with Yocasta. I’ve gone into many salons and when they look at me they get scared to touch my hair. She didn’t, she went to work on it and wow she did wonders so I became a regular customer. She is very knowledgeable and my hair is longer and healthier than it has ever been. My hair was ruined in Miami in March, I have spent the last 5 months trying to fix my hair and spent a lot of money doing it. I recently moved to Orlando and didnt know where to go. I read the review for Yocasta Beauty Salon and decided to try it out. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain. From the moment I walked in I felt like I had been going there for a while. Yocasta was very sweet and listened to my problem. She immediately gave me a suggestion and she took care of me. I havent felt this good about my hair in a really long time. She took very good care of me and it didnt cost me as much as all these other treatments I had received. I will never go any where else. Called to make an appointment for a keratin treatment. I inquired about their services and they kept quiet on the phone. After saying hello a few times, and getting no response from them, I hung up. Then I called back and she said she didn’t speak English. Knowing only a little Spanish I asked “quanto keratin?” the lady replied “no understand.”She made no attempt to try to help, yet she was able to answer my questions with some understanding of what I was talking about and in partial English. It seems her business is for Spanish speaking people.I regularly get keratin treatments every 3-4 months, but these guys lost my business. I hope other English speaking people get treated nicer going forward.

I asked for an inch off my hair (tips)and more layers in my hair at the top... ended up with very short hair overall. My hair was almost to my bottom and now I have hair that touches my shoulder NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL....

I know Yokasta 3 years she is the best in Orlando thats not expensive the prices, they speak English and Spanish I recommend people to come here the services are the best.

The staff was nice but they only spoke Spanish and very little English. Most of the time they did not acknowledge me or try speaking to me at all. It was a very awkward first salon time experience for me. They washed my hair deep conditioned and blow dried my hair. Basically a blow out. I feel like they over charged me with a bill that was $150 which is ridiculous for what very little they did. Called them later when I got home they completely charged me for something they said in the beginning that I couldnt have because of my hair type. Will probably never go to this salon again although they did a very good job, just an over priced very awkward place to be if youre a non Spanish speaker

Id give no stars if possible. Never going back to this so called salon.

I don’t know the owner, but that Katy doesn’t know how to treat people and their hair. I wouldn’t recommend her ever. And she even charged me more that the amount she told me first. Worst place I’ve ever been to.
