I’ve been going here since they opened and never had any issues but this last trip cost them a long term customer... mrs. Rafaela im really disappointed on how you treated me and my hair completely disgusting. I went for a routine wash and set and on my way to rinse the deep conditioning out the middle sink had problems with the hot water it basically was only running freezing ice cold water and i told her its too cold i’ll wait for another sink to free up she allowed me to know that my hair was no good and on hair like mine she’s even gone as far as putting ice on peoples hair so the cold water is good for me. After a few minutes going back and forth I eventually told her im done the poor girl doing my hair kept apologizing cause she knew it was wrong.. she kept speaking Spanish the entire time saying “ she has no good hair” i know cool water is good for damaged hair but that water was freezing cold and for that i will NEVER return or recommend anyone else go

The experience was great. My hair looks awesome .wash and set was more than 20.00. still great job done Every time.

I was not satisfied at all and the lady was careless about that. Before i started i told her i want my her my hair straight up and styled she said ok. I pay anyways but i won’t go there next time. They can straight your hair but they can’t style I’m sorry

If this app had a rating of -10 thats what this place deserves!! My sister in law took my mother in law here today to get her hair done. The stylist took a flat iron to it gave her a few curls didnt even wash or comb her hair. Wanted to charge $35. After my sister in law complained they said ok $30. WHAT???? NEVER going to patronize this place again!! Horrible!! My mother in laws hair is now pulled back into a pony tail.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The owner Rafaela does not know how to do The Balayage Style. I went back 2 days to ask for my money back as I left with my hair wet and could not see the actual results (colors) the day of the service. She said she could not return my money but that she could fix my hair. I just dont trust her professional experience to fix what she did.I did try to resolve the problem by asking her if she could not refund me for the whole amount then what was a fair price to pay for the materials, as $200 for a job that was not done correctly, on top of my hair being nothing like I asked for, is wrong in so many levels.Im writing this review for anyone who would like to get their hair colored by the actual owner, just be wary.

If you just want straight hair,you can go there. But if you want a nice style for an occasion,you will lose your money!I dont like to rate but when something is really good,I do. And vise versa,when it is really bad,I do rate.I went only once,(last week) bekoz I was going to a concert later on,I needed a place nearby to do my hair. I regret it so bad. But I paid them tho koz I felt like they needed the money and especially I did not want to start any drama. But they are really not good. As soon as I got home,I did my own style. I was so mad and I am still mad.
