My mom had gone there for root touch up instead she came back with patch work done there is still lots of white hair. now she has to spend more money to redo it at another salon. Lady works there did not give her proper attention and would not listen to her, instead she kept running around to other customer. finished my mother shampoo and coloring too fast so she can start on someone else med and pedi. its not like my mom had not taken appointment, even after taking appointment lack of service and patch job. Never going to recommend anyone to that place. Worst place ever.

First the people in the front of the shop are so sweet and helpful. Secondly, everyone in the back of the salon were just as wonderful and kind. I was taken care of by Ellie and Jr. They make a great team if your looking to get highlights done here!!! Jr. cut my hair and did an amazing job!!! Thanks guys for giving me a hairstyle that I love and cant wait to show off. They did it with me just walking in with a photo of something I saw online. Plus if you need people who speak Spanish to work on your hair there whole staff speaks it... Thats a huge plus. Great job guys thanks again for making me feel so welcome in your store. Ill be back.

Listen guys, this is place is great I’ve been coming here now for about 2 years and let me tell you the price is great about the same price as a strip mall, where they give you a real CUT job! The employees here are real friendly and me and my boys and even my wife gets here hair done here and she gets a great deal too.

They destroyed my daughters hair and the pedicure was disgusting and cut her fingers while giving a gross manicure. I would NEVER go back and encourage everyone to never go. I have never written a review but after spending $200 and having to have my daughters hair recut while she cries.

I walked into blooming beauty a bit skeptical because of my experience with other places prior. I walked out MORE THAN HAPPY with my whole experience. My hair is absolutely gorgeous!!! The cut and the color took 10 yrs off my face. Marcia and Andre will NOT leave you disappointed!!! I live in Boston and will be back to see her regularly.

This place is awesome. Marcia the lead stylist has amazing skills. If you are looking for a cut or color, she is about as good as Ive ever seen. I highly recommend.

The absolute worst haircut I’ve ever gotten, went in for a particular haircut and the old lady there did whatever she thought “was right for my hair” instead, when I voiced my dissatisfaction with the haircut the lady kept fighting back saying that my haircut was right for what I needed.

Visiting their salon is a nightmare. Even the guy next to me was upset because they are clueless on what they do. The store is nice but the salon is horrible. Especially the old lady there. Has no clue what she is doing.

Dirty, disorganized you can’t tell they don’t have enough business to keep the location clean on top of that, they offer me to use blue shampoo for an extra $15 when every salon in Oralndo offer that for free.Poor quality products and services, they give me a price and later overcharge me for a blow dryer.No professional technique performance with the blow dry.I left the place with my back wet and with a really bad experience overall.Please avoid this place and save your money.It’s obviously that this place will be out of business soon, so they don’t care how to performance a good job.Very unprofessional and the manager that it’s Brazilian was really rude and unprofessional put it down the Brazilian culture.She truly believed that intimidation works in this country.Over all the worst experience in my life specially at the mall of Millenia.

The WORST place to get eyebrows done, i literally got bit by something on my face while getting them done. at the end my eyebrows look the EXACT same as when i walked in and it was 25 dollars for this b.s.

They offer the same products as larger beauty stores but at higher prices. The associates were kind and helpful unlike their manager who was extremely rude and needs to learn how to talk to and treat customers.

Honestly my worst salon experience of my entire life and I am 63 years old. Super small, disorganized and dirty place.The people who work there arguing and talking harshly. Nothing professional.I said that I only wanted a cut because I would paint my hair the next day and the man took the dryer as he wanted. As much as I told him, he continued and in the end he began to dry it like crazy.He charged me $ 55 and with the tip $ 64 which is honestly an armed robbery.They are very aggressive for money. They look like scammers. Oops nooooo horrible experience.Im not going crazy.

I confess that it was the worst room Ive been in 6 years in Florida, the lady who did my hydration, when it was time to wash I got wet because I did not put a towel, when it was time to hydrate I pulled my hair very hard. And every time parts of her blouse came into my eye, there was not a minimum of care. When she went to dry my hair she put a hot dryer that burned my head, she finished leaving it all creepy and wet, when I complained that it was still wet, she said it was not, it was the air conditioner. Being a store that sells products, she has not given me any product or applied anything special so that I had an interest in buying. I tried to buy some products on my own, because the saleswoman just sat on her cell phone and had a very ugly face, no sympathy or kindness. I left very unsatisfied and had to dry my hair at home and spend repair of tips. I will not be back to her again!
