Not quite friendly

My wife had our four girls hair did and our son hair cut. They did a wonderful job and work well with kids. Very clean friendly environment. All in one shop cosmetology, barber, and nails

The hairstylist did a great job on my hair and the price was right...I came in for a silk press and a trim and it is day 4 and my hair is still silky. There are areas for improvement but I took my chances coming to final touch for the first time to get my natural hair flat ironed and im happy with the results

Been getting my hair done for years there always a pleasant employees are always nice to their customers very family oriented so people shouldnt talk when they only been to a place for only a minute or 2

Came in for hair appointment 05/11/2019. This was my bday celebration. I had scheduled this appointment weeks out. Very unprofessional. Not once did anyone ask me if I needed help. Two staff members mad eye contact with me and still got ignored. Very unorganized and dirty establishment. Thanks for wasting my time and ruining my bday celebration.

Salon is great. The barber on duty named Dean, is unprofessional. My son called to schedule a cut and I listen to this man be down right rude to him. The first time I let it slide but this time I could not.CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS KEY. I called back and asked him the same question my 17 yr old asked him, and got a courteous reply. So why wasnt my teen given the same common curteousy? I told him that if he doesnt want someones business to say so, but do not treat the young folks disrespectfully they are still paying customers. I TRY TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES BUT this seems to be a trend with black babers/barbershops. Little to no customer service.
