Julia is a wonderful pharmacist, I highly recommend going to her to receive any and all medications. She is very compassionate and always treats me with the most respect. I have been going to this pharmacy for a while now and she is the only one I trust to handle my prescriptions due to my medical conditions. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and that you can receive your medications on time. If you have any questions she helps to answer them to her best ability. Unfortunately I am unable to give this pharmacy five stars because one of the other pharmacist on staff is not willing to help, and has a nasty attitude towards the clients. Never seems to have any compassion or willingness to help. Anytime you call to ask a question or try to receive assistance in making sure your able to get your medications on time etc... she snaps at you and has even hung up the phone on me in mid conversation. Immediately you can feel the judgement whether in person or over the phone. It’s very frustrating and makes you feel like a horrible human being for having to be on certain medications due to medical conditions. If you do go here I highly recommend asking for Julia, you will not be let down!

Tisane pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy Ive been to and Ive had my share after 4 spinal surgeries. Julia & Veronica are very nice and helpful my experience there was flawless and positive. They also have great coffee and specialty drinks would definitely recommend.

I just had a beyond horrible experience with one of the pharmacists at Tisane, so Id like to warn current and future customers of this behavior. I had a prescription that needed to be filled early because of a work trip, which they happily took care of. The cost of the prescription seemed high, so I later used a price your medication tool offered by my insurance to see what their estimate was for my medication and the quote I received, without insurance, was much lower than what Tisane had charged me. So, I called the pharmacy to simply ask why this was the case and instead of attempting to help me understand the discrepancy in cost the pharmacist proceeded to yell at me for questioning what I paid. As a customer I should NEVER feel uncomfortable in speaking with a pharmacist about the cost of medications. She then ended the conversation by telling me if I didnt like what they charged I could have my prescriptions filled elsewhere, which YES, after an experience like that I will never bring my business to Tisane again.

I stumbled onto this gem cafe by mistake. When I looked inside, I was like, WHAT THE F88K!!! this weirdly situated tea and cafe shop with its super clean coffee and expresso machine, its aroma mist, its Italian style machiato and italian sodas; has the warmth of hugs and kisses from grandmom.I made it my second home. .

When I realized my doctor hadnt sent over my prescription, the pharmacist called my doctor for me. She filled it the same day and it was $12 cheaper than what I was charged at another pharmacy. Then I enjoyed a great cup of italian soda! Cant beat that. I highly recommend going here.

I love their coffee here! They even offer CBD oil coffee!

I want to let everyone know that my experience @Tisane Pharmacy was so easy, the staff is really great and helpful and I will definitely continue to be their customer. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Better chocolate egg creams than I had in Brooklyn and pharmacist willing to answer general health inquiry and provide advice re things to try to remedy problem.
