Great customer service very clean organized always have what you need also PPE

I needed help because I couldnt find the medicine for my body aches, but because of this drug store, they really helped me in finding it. I am so happy that I discovered this drugstore!

I have never experienced service this poor in this area of NYC before. I felt like I am in 3d world country. The prices are ridiculously high. The two cashiers were talking and playing on their phone for solid 2 min, while 3 costumers were standing in line ready to pay. When I made a comment that they should tend to us I was told to mind my own business.

Tribeca pharmacy is great! Large variety, friendly service, snacks, lottery, large selection of beverages, cosmetics, travel size items. Overall Tribeca pharmacy is in a perfect location with lots to offer!

They give your meds in non-child safe bottles which have caused my meds to spill open multiple times. Additionally the pharmacy hours are sporadic at best. I’ve got false information on when the pharmacist will be in and some times does not show at all.I tried to have my prescription filled on a Friday but the pharmacist left for the day and was told to call back tomorrow (Saturday). When I called on Saturday, I was told there was no pharmacist. I now have no medication to take. No hours posted anywhere.I strongly discourage you from using this place. Totally in dependable.

Was shopping for 10 minutes and get to the register when someone tells me the store is closed, at 6pm. Why not just tell me as I enter, or better yet, lock the door, so that I don’t waste my time.

Always an easy quick pleasant experience here. The staff is really helpful and friendly , I always find what I need , it’s extremely organized.

Store opens at 8:30, pharmacy opens at 9 am. Showed up to the store at 8:45am and everything was locked up and closed on a normal Tuesday morning. Not a holiday, so they should have been open. I walked all the way over here in the freezing cold only to find a locked store. Youve lost my business.
