Great pharmacy. Delivered my relatives supplies on time and the customer service representatives were responsive and empathetic. Whenever a problem arose, the staff were understanding and amicable. I would 100% recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Good service! The staff are patient and are quick to respond. There was also no language barrier while communicating.

I went to the pharmacy with my grandparents and Pharmacist assisted them well. They were able to communicate with us in our native language and called us to inform that the medicine is ready to pick up.

This place should have zero stars. Good luck getting someone on the phone. My grandmas doctor ordered a gel pad for a hospital bed mattress over 3 months ago and this pharmacy is not responsive. No one returns calls how does this place stay in business? Avoid at all costs

Caused anxiety and confusion for my 84 year old mother. They insisted they provided my mothers aid with her warfarin on Monday. I happened to call to check on my Mom on Friday and heard her voice, she was in distress and searching everywhere for the medication. I called the pharmacy to be told a medication was given to my mother on Monday, when asked what medication they could not answer after a 15 min hold with them searching they found the medication but could not explain what happened other than it fell out of the bag at their counter. Very disappointed with their service of late.

Terrible service. Since they have sufficient business from the seniors who cant speak English and abuse them the way they wanted, they couldnt care care less if you complained or threatened to stop shopping there.

Unbelievable service from staff.

My dad had been using them for years to fulfill Rxs for Diabetes testing supplies. This week, with prescriptions in hand from his doctor, Confucius (aka Mannings) refused to order the supplies because they indicated that he gets his other medication from a different pharmacy.Horrible place of business!!! They are on the list of network pharmacies of his medicare plan, and they refuse to fill the prescriptions?!?!We are upset because my dad didnt get the health service that they are supposed to provide.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Being in Chinatown, NYC, they (Confucius) feel that they can treat the non-English speaking patrons like this and get away with it?I will file complaints with the insurance carrier and NYS agencies, where possible.

I give 5 stars for other staff, but subtract 4 stars from counter clerk. This is the reason it is getting only 1star.
