The woman (Dilenia) at the front desk is very unprofessional and unfriendly. It’s told to make an appointment but it’s really first come, first serve. My grandmother had an appointment at 9am and it hit 2pm and we were still waiting there. Almost every other elder was waiting there for literally more than 4-5 hours.... The doctor didn’t come in till 11am. The doctor nor the ladies that works at this clinic never informed us she was running late. Not only was she late, but also backed up on clients.. If you’re so backed up with clients, don’t take any more appointments... If you are miserable about your job, get a better one or work on providing better customer service.Definitely won’t be returning back.Waiting time is ridiculous.
