This company is the worst I’ve been to several locations the lack of client care is incompetent the employees here Lack professionalism and customer service. The management is a joke. Your concerns and care for your love ones will go unnoticed so please fine elsewhere to get quality medical service with a little bit of humanity because this place is not it

I am very disappointed that the company has someone at the reception area that is inconsiderate towards sick people.I was there for an emergency visit and the Doctor as always was very helpful and kind but I wanted my prescription location changed. After calling and requesting it to be changed the young lady kept telling me it was sent and I waited at the pharmacy for over three hours after calling her. She said she canceled it but did not change the location as yet. At this point I was very tired so I asked her to just reactivate the old prescription and I would pick it up at the previous location.Two hours after I called her again, after the pharmacy said no one called in anything,she told me she did it and the pharmacy said it would be ready in one hour, because she was so dishonest, before I took the bus all the way there, I decided to call first after over an hour only to hear that no one called in anything as yet.By that time the Doctor office was closed.This was a viscous and inconsiderate act for someone that truly should not be working at a Medical Company..(I called later only to find out it was set to be delivered 3pm the next day, even though every other time I usually can get my prescribed medicine within an hour of meeting with a doctor. ) Now I am home without the medicine perscribed to me from my emergency visit, and still in the same pain that I have been in for the last 3 days.

Sent me to collections for a bill that was not even 30 days late. They waited a year to send me an invoice for a service done the prior year and than when I did not pay the day I received the bill they charged an old credit card on file that was denied because it was no longer valid without my prior knowledge. Instead of calling me to discuss they bill they sent me directly to collections within 2 weeks.Absolutely disgusting place. Will never recommend them again. Thank god the doctor I use to see is no longer with the practice as she was wonderful.

Sent me to collections for a $25 copay without ever sending me a bill or even calling to notify me. Apparently they aren’t required to notify me under NY law but have some decency!PS there are a lot of similar complaints on google and yelp as well.

Very good experience. Efficient staff. Caring, very knowledgeable doctor.

The doctor gave me referral of a doctor who was not in my insurance plan causing me to pay a lot money out of pocket. Wouldnt recommend this group.
