Im usually a very nervous patient, and get anxious anytime I have to go see a doctor. From the moment I walked into this office I felt at ease, between the welcoming staff and the cleanliness and serenity in there, I was starting to relax. I didnt have to wait too long to see my doctor, but during the little time I did, I loved seeing that there were crayons and coloring pages! It made me feel like a kid again and took my mind off of everything! Now more importantly, like I said before the staff here is great, the doctors are Excellent. Very patient, very understanding, and made me feel like they really care. Just like the waiting room, the exam rooms are super clean and cozy, which definitely helps put you at ease. I would definitely recommend this doctors office! Clean, fast, fantastic doctors and staff!!

Dr. Misra is an extremely thorough and attentive physician. She takes the time to dive into your medical history, explains what shes seeing, and makes recommendations to ensure that youre effectively managing your health. After only seeing her twice, I already really trust her. Additionally, her office administration is very friendly and helpful. They seamlessly managed the transfer of my past medical records from several sources. Overall, I highly recommend Integrative Medicine of NYC.

Dr. Sabaee is great, and she ever makes you wait. She was very attentive, and I would recommend her to anyone in the area. I also went for a consultation with Dr. Connolly, and my experience with her was great. She is very smart, and really got me feeling better. I appreciated the whole staff.

Dr. Misra and her staff are great! Im so glad I found her. She always sees me very quickly, and yet I never feel rushed. She always explains what she is doing and takes the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciate. Shes also one of the nicest doctors Ive ever seen - even the pharmacist at Duane Reade commented about how nice she was on the phone.

My visit with Dr. Misra was great. She makes you feel very comfortable, you dont even feel like you are in a doctors office. She is very understanding takes her time with you and really wants to help her patients. Wait time was great, since there is no wait time. Once you check in the doctor is ready for you right away. My experience was great and Dr. Misra now has become my internal medicine doctor and I will keep coming to her. Also the office is amazing its huge, nice, quiet, and clean. Great place and I will highly recommend.

Dr. Misra and her staff are awesome! I have had several visits there and each time its always been a great experience! Everyone is very friendly and caring and the offices and exam rooms are really nice, clean and relaxing! Dr. Misra has a great bedside manner, is very attentive and takes her time with you. She genuinely cares about your well being and will work diligently to get to the root of any issue you have. After my first visit, I made her my primary care physician because I was that impressed with her!

This used to be a great office, now every time I come the wait times are outrageous and the staff has no consideration for the inconvenience. They are rude and inconsistent. Ive waited more than 30 minutes just to be seen for my appointment and told that not having a long lunch is on me. No, being off schedule, is on the office.

I have seen Dr. Misra quite a few times now and I have to say, she is the best doctor I have ever seen. She makes me feel comfortable, shes not cold and stiff or judgmental like other doctors I have had in the past. I have tried to get all of my friends to go there because I love it so much. Never have to wait long at any point during my visit. Super convenient location (although a tad confusing to get to at first) and the staff is WONDERFUL. I cant say enough good things about this office except you should go if youre considering it! If you were waiting for a sign, this is it.

Though Integrative Medicine of NYC reports that they are in-network with Aetna PPO on ZocDoc, which I used to book my appointment, and I paid the normal in-network co-pay before my visit, they charged an EXORBITANT amount for the procedure and my insurance is refusing to pay most of it. Aetna says that Integrative Medicine of NYC is charging an amount that is over the recognized charge for this service. I have never had to pay more than a co-pay for a podiatrist visit, and now I am saddled with a four figure bill. I would never recommend or go back to Integrative Medicine of NYC!

I have called the office 10+ times this morning to get an appointment. Their website says they open at 9am so I’m not sure why at 9:30am i still can’t get through to anyone on the phone. Learn some customer service this is ridiculous
