This practice deserves zero stars, as stated below. They are crass, unprofessional and even mean (quite the opposite of what youd like your doctors office to be). Rather than communicate with their patients, they prefer passive aggressive methods, like suddenly canceling your prescription. When I called to find out why and to schedule a new check up (to renew said prescriptions), I was screamed at, mocked and hung up on twice. Furthermore, the doctor has an indignant bedside manner and both she and her receptionist seem quite angry, as well as bothered and annoyed anytime you might have a question or medical need. Stay away if you value being treated respectfully and like a human being.

I was seen here in July of 2018. I received the breast cancer gene test and it was submitted to my insurance indicating it was medically necessary. About a week later, I received approval directly from my insurance for the test, and expected the results from the office about six weeks later, as indicated by the doctor. I didn’t receive the test results (even after checking their online portal) and ultimately forgot about the test until late 2018. I’ve been trying to call the office since November of 2018 and each time I call (about 8 times during business hours), the phone rings out to voicemail and I get a message stating that the voicemail box to this office is full. It’s frustrating that my medical information is totally in limbo because I can’t reach anyone at the office for information on how to obtain these test results. I was further dissatisfied with this doctor’s (lack of) treatment of my knee. I indicated concern over a crackling sensation in my knee that caused me significant pain and was told by Dr. Lefevre that I didn’t need the referral to an orthopedic that I requested and “should just wait and see if it got better. Eight months later, it’s so much worse and, shocker, I needed the referral I asked for back then for a surgical procedure. Please save your time and money and seek care that will take your concerns and medical information seriously.

After my first appointment I did a follow up the following week only to find out that the doctor was not going to be there after waiting more than 20 minutes. I took the day off for that follow up because the appointment was important to me. All I experienced was lack of professionalism because the doctor is there on specific days of the week and Friday is one of those days, but he was not going to be in that day. This should have been mentioned to me as soon as I checked in, but the woman at the front desk failed to do so.

I would give no stars to this clinic. If you expect professionalism, sufficiency and proper care find another clinic.

Both doctors I have seen here have been great but the MAs are very unprofessional to the point of irritation. They take no care to ensure that you have a good experience as a patient, have personal conversations during triage (even if inappropriate) and have their backs toward you during the entire questionnaire. I find it notable to mention as well, the MA that triaged me made no attempt to take an accurate BP reading by failing to have me roll up my sleeves or take into account the position of my arm.The three stars are for the doctors and the front desk staff but the rest of the professional staff are less than impressive and poorly reflect the practice.
