I’m sorry to see so many negative reviews on this location- I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Doctors and staff are educated, professional, and consistent. I have not had experience with the emergency room, but their typical appointments have been nothing short of excellent.

The worst billing department staff. Hope to never deal with them ever again. Nasty, disorganized, inaccurate, poor listening skills, unwilling to understand the customer’s right to explain. Horrible!

This is for the Spine Center on the 4th floor. Dr. Chaudhary and Dr. Bulkin along with all of the receptionists & nurses are always very friendly, accomodating and compassionate. Both doctors take the time to listen to your problems, care about how you feel and want the best for your health. Very blessed to have found them.

Their billing process is flawed. I was charged for services despite a health insurance that I was told was accepted

I waited from 8:50 am until 5:21 pm to have my nephew admitted and he’s a regular patient! The excuse was waiting for transport the entire holdup was moving him to the room they designated hours prior. Slow is an extreme overstatement and I will forever be traumatized by this visit

Although neurologist, Dr.Ciardullo is great, the staff is horrible. I work in the medical field and I am very aware of how insurance and radiology scans work. I called this office numerous times requesting for an approval number to get this MRI done. Every time i called I was told “we will have the assistant give you a call”. So when I decided to go to next person in charge, supervisor Ms.Randall.. That was even a bigger mistake. The one time we did speak, she gave me this whole run around story and promised she’d call me back. I tried following up with her several times, but she is never in the office and fails to return your calls. It took for me to call the insurance myself, pretending to be their office to find out there was an approval on file the whole time. This office has terrible communication and I would not recommend going there.

Terrible service from their billing department. Their payments system is flawed and sent my account to the debt collector company by mistake twice. I had to waste so much time on the phone to resolve their issues.

I was billed incorrectly for an annual physical. The receptionists never picked up the phone. With the recoding of my billing it took a little over 9 months to decrease my astronomical bill. Unfortunately, as nice asDr. Tony (Chenguang) Tao is, I cannot recommend anybody to this doctors office based on my billing ordeal. I wish the billing office and managers couldve handled it in a more timely fashion. I, obviously, was not a priority. I was deeply disappointed.

🏥🏨Mount Sinai School of Medicine located at 5 East 98th Street on the upper east side of Manhattan have many many names. To me it will always be Mount Sinai School of Medicine.My Primary Caes Physician (PCP) operates out of this loocation, but from time to time, he will operate out of other Mt. Sinai locations in the city.My PCP and I have been doctor and patient for several decades, and on several occasions he was my medical savior. Aside from my PCP, there were other physicians and departments of Mt Sinai involved.Then my nother nursed me back to good health.Mount Sinai School of Medicine is where most of my physicians are based out of. I have nothing but good things to say about Mount Sinai for all they have done for me.Mount Sinai have finally removed the scaffold that was attached to the front of 5 East 98th Street for what seemed forever. Much better without scaffold.Thank you Mount Sinai.

My wife had an appointment but the doctor on vacation 🛫🏊‍♀️🏖and nobody advised, so we call to reschedule and they told us to wait 2 month for the appointment. Beware this hospital

THIS DOCTOR IS THE WORST DOCTOR I’VE EVER MET!This doctor is the worst doctor Ive ever met. Doctor Francesco Callipari does not have professionalism when he asked me about personal things of my life that have no relation to my pregnancy. Dr. Callipari made me feel very uncomfortable asking my nationality, day, month and year of my husbands birthday and the age of my husband. Also Dr. Callapari compared himself to my husbands age and said that my husband was older than him. I found Dr. Calliparis comments out of context very offensive and discriminatory. Dr. Callipari asked me about my background and my husbands backgroung, he was trying to investigate our origin and nationality. His body languages, facial gestures, comments out of context made me feel very uncomfortable and feel that this doctor has no professional ethics. His assistant was very rude and unprofessional. His assistant told me that one of the requirements for seeing the doctor was that I had to clean myself four times with some wipes she gave me. In addition, to take the urine test I had to follow other procedures to clean myself with the wipes she gave me. Those wipes made me bleed around my vajina. When I saw the doctor I told him that the wipes that his assistant had given me caused bleeding around my vajina, Dr. Callipari ignored my question and did not examine me to see if everything was fine. Doctor Callipari introduced a camera inside my vajina to see my baby, he introduced this camera so strong that it hurt me even though I told him it hurt, doctor callipari ignore my request and he replied that he had to do it. Dr. Callipari did not explain why he had to introduce me that camera so hard and make me hurt. I have had this same test in the past with other doctors and they have never hurt me. Before I saw the doctor I filled out a form where they asked me a series of questions and one of them was if I had taken the pap smear. I replied that I had already taken it and I wrote down the date. Doctor Callipari took the pap smear again without necessity. Also doctor callipari never asked me if I wanted to take this test again.
