This was my first time visiting Dr. Fuzayloffs office. I walked in and gave my name and let the receptionist know that I had a 10:30 a.m. appointment. She asked the necessary questions, gave me a form to fill out. Shortly after that I was called into the back for other things that needed to be done prior to seeing the doctor. Once the doctor called me into his office, he was very pleasant. I felt at ease with him, and did not once feel as if he was trying to get me out of his office. He ask questions, and as I responded, that information was keyed into the system. He asked me if I had any questions, etc. It was one of the best office visits Ive had with a primary doctor in quite a while. I was very pleased.

Worst experience. I called advanced on behalf of my husband to see if they could accommodate and was told they accept most insurance. My husband developed acute blood shots in his eyes and could not see clearly. I went to the clinic early and filled out most form for him and waited for my husband to bring his insurance. Then they said they dont take my husbands insurance. The front desk clearly doesnt know what they are doing. I waited 30 mins for nothing. It is such a waste of time. Dont go to this place!!!! There are many urgent care clinics nearby on the group floor with easy access (this office is on 7th floor of a commercial building).

Recieved a head injury while playing soccer and was able to walk in here in a matter of minutes! Dr.Fuzayloff was very calm and straight to the point. He made me feel much more comfortable and informed about my injury. Highly recommend. The appointment was very quick, about 10 minutes. Lovely office!

Woke up feeling terrible and needed to get checked out by a doc. This office was open from 10 am and accepted walk ins. I came in, gave them my insurance information and was seen by the doctor within 20 minutes. Easy appointment and great doctor.

Co-worker came in with the flu and pretty soon almost every one in the office was getting sick. Found this office nearby and walked in during my lunch break. I was on my way home after being there for 30 minutes with everything I needed.

Very quick! Came in for an annual physical, Dr.Fusayloff was very informative. He clarified my misconceptions of STDs. I would gladly recommend this office to people who are germ freaks like me. Front desk ladies, were very friendly

Doctor Fuzayloff is a very caring and expert doctor. His staff are equally excellent with very little waiting time.

Ive been here several times and have had a generally pleasant experience (nice staff, clean office) however, my most recent experience was extremely poor. I felt as though my issues were not being properly listened to/addressed.

The receptionist were very nice and talkative which i dont mind since Im a bit chatty myself. The office is very nice & quiet. Dr. Fuzayloff was nice and pleasant.Im always nervous when I visit a new doctor, but his smile eased my nerves. All and all I would be very happy to go back if i ever had a problem. Ill recommend anyone to check him out if they need too.

Never experienced a walkin clinic like it and an amazing doctor like Dr. Fuzayloff certainly the best care I have ever had from a medical doctor. I have been going to this place for years and solely only deal with Dr. Fuzayloff for care and he has helped.and healed me from all health obstacles I have faced over the years from colds to upper respiratory infections and has always been trustworthy, knowledgeable and on point everytime. I couldnt ask for better service and a doctor so reliable and dependable and just the entire environment and staff so professional and welcoming whether your a walkin or book an appointment. Dr. Fuzayloff is the best and I highly recommend him as your first choice if you havent already and to make this place your first stop as I do everytime!

I have had a rash for a few days but did not think significantly of it. One of my coworkers insisted on me seeing a doctor to get this rash checked out. I decided to see Dr. Fuzayloff for this reason. He diagnosed me with Coxsackie virus which is very contagious. I was so surprised because this is not what I expected to have. Dr. Fuzayloff has a lot of experience and reassured me. This made me realize that a doctor’s experience matters. I am so glad I decided to go see him because it saved my kids from contracting it from me! I highly recommend Dr. Fuzayloff!

Positive experience overall. I was there with what turned out to be a textbook case, but new for me and I was a bit anxious. I got quick diagnosis, some background info and prescription.Had a follow up call with the doc and it was positive as well. Doctor called back on the same day we had a brief informative chat. I hung up with clear understanding what my prognosis is and treatment options are.

As always the staff was friendly and attentive. Although I scheduled my appointment on the same day due to being ill, I did not have to wait when I arrived. I highly recommend.

Everyone in the office is very helpful and patient, and Dr. Fuzayloff himself is easy to be comfortable with and answered all my questions. The wait was long but that seemed to be partially because we thought something was wrong with my insurance (it was my first visit.)

Was in and out in less than 10 mins w/o an appointment for Yellow Fever and Thyphoid Fever vaccinations! Pretty cheap too, $320 cash. Definitely will go back for any other travel related needs in the future.

Do not go here it is AWFUL. Long waits up to 1h even after booking appointment in advance. Rushed through by the doctor like cattle. And after all of that they messed up my insurance.Worst healthcare experience in NYC.

Ive gone on and off for almost 3 years. I first went when iw as going to take a trip and needed vaccines. Since then he has become my de-facto primary care doctor. Why de-facto? Well, im the stereotypical guy with Drs. i dont go unless something is really wrong.That said when i go always professional, understanding, patient, and detailed with his explanations. Only reason not 5 stars is the delay sometimes in getting scheduled. that often is a result of my schedule or his not coinciding.

I was trying to schedule a Yellow Fever Vaccination for a upcoming trip to Uganda and Kenya. I called the office to confirm that the shot was available and the cost. I also considering receiving a typhoid shot but found out my insurance & job would cover that at a later date. Long story short- I receive a call from the office asking me what other shots- I was going to get it- I informed Anna that I was looking at a Yellow Fever shot and maybe a typhoid but not getting it there since my insurance and job will cover the cost- she informs since- Im not getting that shot there- that I wouldnt be able to get my Yellow Fever shot at this location due to a shortage. Then I ask her- if I decide to get both shots and come out of pocket would I be able to still get the YF shot- she said Yes then quickly said no- letting me know there is now a wait a list- which to be honest I dont believe. I previously mentioned the conversation I had earlier and she tells me she doesnt know who I speak to. I didnt know- that doctors were allowed to decline medical treatment because I choose not to get all my shots issued by one doctor. I also asked- if I could speak to the doctor about this- because that sounds super weird- but she told me the doctor will not speak to me because- Im not a patient and in my head- Im thinking Im trying to be a patient but you are denying me services- because I don’t want to come out of pocket- when I don’t need to.

Dr. Fuzalof is the best doctor I have ever seen all around the world.

Came for the yellow fever ($260) and typhoid ($80) vaccine, it was fast and easy with appointment. Price is for payment by cash.
