I have had a video visit with Dr Kastrinos in July and been told that her assistant Shawn will call to schedule the procedure. I have waited 3 week and started to call Shawn every day for 10 days in a row. Finally !!!! he contacted me after all these days and we schedule my procedure. I have been checking my appointment info on MyChart every day to make sure nothing has been changed.I Did a long preparation day before. And in the evening around 8 pm checked again to see that They rescheduled me with the unknown to me doctor ( NO ONE CALLED TO NOTIFY ABOUT A CHANGE AND ASK IF I AGREE TO IT!!!) . In the morning I have been told by a clerk : “what do you want? You are not Dr Castrinos patient.” UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT experience, considering I am a health care worker too. I don’t recommend Kastrinos visit - no respect to patients.
