I have been using Dr Harris for over 8 years. She is one of the best doctors Ive ever used. Shes smart, kind and so understanding. She doesnt take insurance but its worth to me.

Mixed feelings at this point. I love my Obgyn. Dr Shannon Hudson. She was very caring and through. However when it comes to breast health. I wouldn’t recommend it. it has been two months since my initial mammogram and ultrasound, to which I received a call that the doctor considered that there were certain findings that needed a third image, was told that a follow up call will be received to schedule a third image. To this day after and after emails calls and complains. I have not received their call to schedule the third image.Need to mention that I have received from them two letters indicating the urgency of the third image.. but where is my call for the appt? …Do not think that I have not followed up. I have called them , emailed and used the text app and no success I have asked to speak to supervisor, and the answer I received they are not available, and I will get a call back( still waiting )I do not recommend maiden lane medical for breast related issues. If your findings need immediate attention, you will not receive it

From my first phone call to make my appointment to walking out the door after my appointment, Dr. Barr and her staff (front desk, nurses, physician’s assistants) all made my experience a really positive one. Everything was quick and efficient, but also with the warmth of genuine human connection. I find that to be a difficult combination to find in most doctor’s offices and I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Maiden Lane!

Ive been going to Maiden Lane for ten years or so and Ive seen that there are many old complaints here. I never thought that it was very bad, but I have to say that it is notably improved from how it used to be. The front desk was quick, friendly, and professional. I had a new doctor this visit and she asked a lot of questions and had clearly reviewed my file and was attentive and professional. It was incredibly convenient to have my mammogram in the same office. Dr. Davison followed up with me via the portal and was very easy to communicate with. All in all, my last visits (I needed to follow up for an issue) have been very quick, timely, and professional. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Davison.

They charged my for several things that I didnt have done. When I brought it to their attention, they said they had documentation to back their claim, which is false. I now have to file fraud complaints with my insurance company and the State of New York. AVOID at all costs. ***UPDATE: You can see in the reply from the business that Dr. Levy told me to contact him personally for help. I did email him, and explained my case in great detail, and he NEVER REPLIED. Billing never replies either. I am still fighting them for charges that should be 100% free under the Affordable Care Act. I repeat - stay away from this business. They have fraudulent billing practices that violate federal law (ACA). Look at the review on Yelp, and the other negative ones here - there is a pattern of this behavior at this practice.

Everyone was nice. The mammogram wasnt painful as my last experience was in another facility. Tool her time to make sure youre comfortable! Maintenaned COVID rules, which is great.

Met w/Dr. Janette Davison who was very kind, patient & thorough. She came highly recommended by a family member who was also referred by another. I’ve been dealing with painful-fibroids for 2yrs and Dr. Davison made me feel good about the steps we agreed on to address my issues. If you want someone who cares, thorough, and listens to YOU then Dr. Davison should be your choice.

Doctor Kaufman is my doctor for over 15 years, he is extremely professional, addressed all my concerns, prescribed the right therapy and to me he is the best in this field

I am so glad I found Dr. Kaufman. When I went for a recent procedure, he explained everything in advance and again as he was doing it. His assistant, whose name I didnt get, also explained everything she was going to do to prepare me for the procedure.

Dr. Hudson and Maiden Lane Medical are truly the best. Wait time is minimal, if at all, the office is clean and everyone is kind. My annuals are quick and as comfortable as they can be. I cannot recommend Dr. Hudson and her team enough! She’s honestly been the steadiest person in my life since I moved to NYC 9 years ago. If you’re looking for a new OB/GYN, look no further.

Dr. Zocca is a kind, caring, and extremely diligent physician. I have never felt rushed, and she always takes the time to explain all of the options in detail. She also allows the time for me to ask questions to help with my decisions.

Dr. Zocca listens to my concerns and has really helped me figure out how to manage chronic pain. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the Maiden Lane offices is super helpful. Dr. Blanton is also very helpful and informative, which makes me feel good about my decisions. I’m very happy with this practice.

This is one the the best places in New York if you need a great doctor experience. Very friendly staff. Dr. Kaufman is the kindest person ever met. Most knowledgeable and experienced urologist. Someone I would recommend to family and friends.

This doctors office is a hot mess. Their follow-up skills need improvement. Results take 4x the time than usual. They need major help in organizing their accounting aspects, I was billed for a gynecology visit meanwhile Im a male, this was NOT my insurances fault, my insurance had to contact them back to fix it and pointed out it was the doctors office mistake. This is just one aspect of billing they mishandled. Staff has no clue what theyre doing or talking about. Stay away from this place, avoid the headache. So many better options. Dont even care for a follow up, Ive spoken to enough of you. Your online review status speak for itself. Do better than just reacting to the issue. A good operation is ran by being PROACTIVE not REACTIVE.

Not sure if this office deserves a single star. My wife was referred to a doctor at this location. Her appointment was canceled and the office did not even bother to let her know until the day before. If you are going to schedule appointments three weeks in advance only to cancel them later, you might as well shut down your office! Now we have to search for another medical office. Thanks for no help.

Dr. Datta-Thomas and the nurses at Maiden Lane are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. Dr. Datta-Thomas has made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my visits and she is ready for all my questions.

Make sure they accept your insurance hundreds of times before you show up!!! I called to get an initial appointment, they verified my insurance and scheduled me for 3 weeks later. Mind I will be 9 weeks pregnant by then and this will be my first appointment (with a chronic disease). I called them on my appointment day to reschedule since I was not feeling good, and was told they no longer accept my insurance!!!! They didnt even bother letting me know and now I will have to look for another Dr, wait maybe for over a month to get another appointment. Very unconsiderate and irresponsible of them!!!Edit: I told their representative that I was pregnant and she still scheduled me for an appointment with a Dr . She also claimed they will run a pregnancy test and provide first prenatal care. I was not told at all that this facility doesnt rake pregnant women as claimed by the below reply. They definitely need better training for their representatives to avoid such situations.

I saw a doctor at the Midtown office. My consult was completed as expected; however, the doctor (or office) billed the consult incorrectly (>30 minutes in length). The consult itself was less than 5 minutes. I contacted the billing department and they redirected me to contact the doctor myself for changing the consult code. I have yet to hear anything from the portal. I have also not received a call/message from the doctor regarding my lab results. I understand errors happen occasionally, but this sounds as if fraudulent billing practices are in place to extract higher insurance reimbursement. Do not recommend.

Dr Data-Thomas was amazing. She spent a long amount of time with me listening to a re-occurring problem I’ve had for months. Went over possible reasons and solutions. Asked me several times if I had concerns or questions . You can tell she truly cares. Not to mention, the problem is solved! Would definitely recommend

Dr. Emily Blanton is the best, she is friendly explains everything to you and keeps you comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the assistants are sweet and helpful. The facility is clean and have proper Covid-19 precautions in place. I have not had to wait hours to be seen and the app they use is helpful and easy

Wonderful experience at this practice. Dr Barr and Dr Hailu are so kind and wonderful. I could not recommend them enough, they are truly amazing doctors. The staff were kind and informative. Also, I didnt have to wait long at all to be seen by the doctors. I also love this practice because of the health app they use to schedule appointments and share your lab results with you. The staff is friendly and the office is clean but this office is rather disorganized in my opinion. I’ve been here maybe 6 times in the last month and dealt with issue after issue. After 6 appointments, I do not feel better or have any more insight as to what’s going on with my body.The nurse was unable to draw blood after 2 tries and I had to come back to the office 2 days later to try again. I had a sonogram scheduled but there were technical issues so I was sent home and asked to reschedule to the following week. The office mislabeled the date on my urine sample so Dr. Bakal was unable to find my results. He blamed me for not leaving a urine sample and brought me to tears in his office.I had really high hopes for this place as I mentioned the staff was friendly and the office was clean. It started out ok but just got worse after every visit. I hope others have a better experience here.

Telemedicine visit. Staff were very helpful; Dr. Reisen was great. Took her time to get all relevant information and background; explained recommendations carefully -- gave right level of detail and more if I asked for it; worked hard to give referrals that worked with my constraints. Telemedicine set up worked quite well in spite of my end having intermittent network issues.

The office took me in right away the same day I called. I had a terrible UTI. They were professional wearing masks I felt that they were doing their due diligence when it comes to Covid. Dr. Hudson was amazing! Very thorough explained everything to me and a kind and caring doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. The girls at the front desk were also quite professional but very nice and friendly. They did take my credit card and I need to follow up on that. I don’t know why I had to do that? I was sick with an infection and really didn’t think it through. I’m not sure that they keep it on file but if they do I am not a fan of that. Other than that I would go back . they also sent me a email that it’s time for me to get a mammogram and asked me if I wanted a prescription for a mammogram. I would definitely go back.

Kind, knowledgeable, and efficient staff. I was seen on time and everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. This is how all medical offices should run.

This office is horrible! My experience here included an hour long wait to see the doctor for about 5 minutes. None of my questions were answered, she sent me into a panic, and worst of all-- My test results were faulty! After all of that I finally went to see a proper doctor who looked at the results and laughed. He said that if anyone saw these numbers theyd know that the test was incorrect. But my doctor didnt know...And then there is the office/billing department. EVERYONE IS RUDE! They give incorrect information regularly and just pass you along from department to department. I was unsatisfied with my horrible visit and no one was able to remedy it! They refuse to give me a refund for the out-of-pocket expenses that I paid.... And the woman in the billing department even had the audacity to tell me that as someone much older she wanted give me some advice-- I needed to Not get so upset and learn to let things go. Easy for this woman to say when its not her health or money on the line. Thanks Maiden Lane for your lack of medical expertise and professionalism.... Youve made it easy for me to say that I will never set foot in this office again.IN RESPONSE TO THE BELOW: Wow. I wrote a review of your practice to warn futures customers about how you treat patients and conduct business, and your response just proved my point.Your practice doesnt care about the patients and would rather bash them than help them fix a problem.I wrote my review to do just that, review your business. And as a result youve accused me of extortion. Everything I experienced at your office was anything but professional. All Ive tried to do is get in touch with your routinely unavailable and rude office staff... Dr. Kaufman and his staff are really caring. I did not have to wait more than five minutes to see him, and it felt at ease during the visit. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this practice.

Doctor is great at doctoring, but I have waited almost two weeks for the office to send a simple prior authorization request to my insurance for the medicine they prescribed. I called multiple times after a week, which was already way too long to wait, and was told they were doing it and basically to get lost. The call center is experiencing heavy call volume literally no matter the time of day, and sometimes I never even get through to a person. The pharmacy faxed Maiden Lane a request on day one which they claim they didnt get. And as of today, nearly two weeks later, I confirmed that ML hadnt even made ANY contact with the prior authorization people in the insurance office - apparently didnt even try. They also keep suggesting I get Capsule or assuming it is my pharmacy which I explicitly refused multiple times - wonder how much money or perks theyre getting for that. This system is inefficient and demoralizing. I cant wait to get my medicine and for #MedicareForAll which should cut out the absurdity of prior authorization. Doc says you need it, you get it. No dependence on overworked admins. End of story.

If you need a urologist, I enthusiastically recommend Dr. David Kaufman! In 2008 he diagnosed a cancer in my body. He told me in a kind but direct way. Since then he has helped me monitor my urological health and I continue to be grateful to him for his care. You wont be sorry if you make an appointment with Dr. Kaufman!

Dr. Heilu is kind, empathic and professional. She put my worries at ease and was proactive in planning the treatment right for me.

Dr. David Kaufman is just about my favorite physician ever, despite being a urologist. He has a good sense of humor and put me at ease immediately. His medical acuity was was evident. Now, all you middle-aged guys who can read “War and Peace” while standing at the urinal know why I was there. You also know precisely what’s gonna happen the instant you step into the exam room - the digit of doom. But the guy is an artist! It wasn’t exactly a “happy ending”, but unlike with some doctors, where it feels like they’re shoving a bazooka up there, it was no more than a minor inconvenience. After he diagnosed the problem he prescribed the appropriate medication. It worked. Now I could join the volunteer fire department- without a hose. Highly recommended.

I would NOT recommend visiting this place for any GYN needs. The doctor did NOT wear any gloves during my exam (I was not aware until after it was done). They sent me a bill for a missed appointment after I called to cancel it. Then when you try to call the office, you get transferred to a million people and sent to voicemail. All in all very unprofessional and unorganized.

The appointment and check in process was easy, the staff friendly and helpful. Dr Kaufman was professional and knowledgeable. I did much research since my issue has been life long and am very happy with my decision to come here. Highly recommend

I always have good experiences with the doctors here but was very upset with the wait time and lack of communication during my last visit. I was told i was next (had already been seen by the medical assistant) and an hour later was not seen by the doctor. I had to leave before being seen. Would have at least appreciated an honest update so i could plan for the rest of my day.

My recent visit to Maiden Lane Medical can only be described using superlative degrees and terminologies. Everyone that I have encountered were friendly and helpful. The process is well thought through and of such is quick and seemless to the patients like myself. I would recommend Maiden Lane Medical to any see a doctor and medical treatment...I did recommended Maiden Lane Medical to one of my brothers and he did visited the facility.

Dr. Hobbs has cared for my sister and I for the last three years. She kept us informed, and sane through very traumatic times. Her knowledge and expertise is only surpassed by the way she cares for her patients. The office staff provides great customer service and respectful of our privacy! The aesthetic quality of the waiting area is pleasant and modern. I am very thankful for their services!

No stars. My PCP recently closed his private practice and joined this group. All the facilities are served by one phone number -- I felt I was calling an Amazon call center. I was hesitant to book an appointment since the reviews I read were mostly negative, but I recently fell and although I am ok, I wanted my doctor to check me out. I was unable to get an appointment for three days -- the doctor was off one day and fully booked another. When he was in private practice his office would have found a way to fit me in immediately. I started to make an appointment and was told there would be a $75 cancellation fee if I failed to cancel 24 hours prior so I said forget about it and hung up. I had very bad vibes from this place. My PCP is also a specialist so I am sure they would have charged the higher co-pay and god only knows what else. And checking the appointment availability online, it appears that appointments are booked every 15 minutes.I had been going to this doctor for 25+ years. He is a very good doctor. But due to Medicare changes effective next month, a doctor cannot be both a PCP and specialist so I will find another PCP.

I have only had pleasant experiences at this practice! The entire staff, from the front desk, to the technicians/nurses and doctors, are all warm, welcoming and most of all, able to inform me on the most sensitive of questions. More than that, I feel like my reproductive rights are taken seriously and with ZERO judgements. I also never have issues getting appointments and they are typically very quick, so no worries about missing work. Plus they are becoming more inclusive of overall womens health which is great, as it is convenient to have a one-stop shop for everything from annual appointments, to dermatology, to nutrition.

My experience there with Dr. Kaufman and the nursing and other staff is always the best. I am very grateful to have Dr. Kaufman as my Urologist.With best wishes.John Lundquist

I really trust and respect Dr. Hudson. She always gets to the bottom of the problem, makes sure that all the necessary testing is done before making her diagnoses. And she always explains in detail how our bodies work and why this particular treatment is the right one. Also, her staff is always helpful and efficient.

Wow I almost have no words! I just received a letter from a collections agency saying that I have been sent to collections over a $100 balance that has gone unpaid. I was not even aware that I owed the practice anything? Shouldnt I have received bills in the mail notifying me that I owe them money!? Apparently Im told this balance is from an appointment I had many years ago yet I have no record of this appointment in my calendar (yes I do keep my calendars form years passed). Not to mention the fact that it was never brought to my attention all of these years that I have any unpaid balances! Ive been going to this office still since with no mention of this issue! Huhhh??!! How does any of this make any sense? You cant send a patient into collections and never make them aware that they have an unpaid balance! If I was aware I would have paid the balance right away. Something about this practice is very off, very unprofessional and skeevy!

I work with this company, and I am proud to say we have a list of very smart and talented Gynecologist with amazing bedside manor....In addition we have wonderful Primary care Physicians, Urologist and an amazing team of Medical Assistants just waiting to be of service to you.

I absolutely adore the doctor I see here...Dr. Nikole Ostrov. Shes smart, friendly, and very interested in what is being relayed to her. I feel like there is a real, caring human being available to me.The medical assistant was friendly with a sweet and gentle disposition. Getting my blood taken never felt so good!The front desk staff was helpful and friendly, although my address didnt get changed properly. Maybe next time.All in all, Im very happy when I come here. Its a good experience.

This was my first visit since moving to NY and I was so looking forward to it after being referred here by a coworker. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Everything about the whole visit was terrible. When I got there, I tried to explain to the front desk about my insurance (since I dont have a traditional one) and told them they could give the billing number on the back of my card a call for more info. They simply said they dont take the insurance and moved on to the next item of business. When I finally got into the room with Dr. Hudson, she spent a total of 7 min with me. I kept getting interrupted when I would bring up a questions/concern and she kept telling me things about my body I already know about. There was no personal interaction at all. Nobody asked about my past medical history and I feel like they did not put my healthcare needs first. I am in the healthcare profession myself and know you cant treat a patient without the ENTIRE clinical picture. She also rushed through the exam and stuck her fingers in me without any warning. And finished curtly with see you next year. I sat there in utter disbelief for 5 min feeling violated and unheard after she left the room. Nobody told me I was finished so I eventually walked to the front desk. They gave me this bill that included things I didnt even get tested and when I asked about it, they said they didnt know. Overall, the competency of the front desk was extremely low. They should know more about billing - thats part of the front desk job! Will not be returning to this clinic in the future.

This place is THE WORST. Moved here because my doctor is, and I am finally giving up and looking for a new doctor. Never answer their phones, never call in prescriptions. I cant get a hold of my doctor to answer the simplest questions. Force you to use a terrible online platform that is clunky and doesnt work a majority of the time. Seriously, do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere.

THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS HORRENDOUS! This place will literally scam you out of money over and over again!The only good experience I have had here is with Dr. Ostrov, and I have gone back and forth with staying solely because of how great she is. After being wrongly billed twice totaling over $300 and my boyfriend having the same experience being billed over $1000, we cannot rationalize going back here. If you look at their yelp there are a ton of reviews about being scammed worth reading!UPDATED: In response to MLM, it has been almost a year since I have been here and am still receiving bills for hundreds of dollars. If you are not scamming people for money you are just incompetent.

Ive been seeing Dr. Hudson for maybe 8 or 9 years and I wouldnt change her for any other doctor. She is very thorough and knows what shes doing. Thanks to her I found out I had Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome and was able to treat it properly.

The office staff is much better in midtown than downtown. Downtown cancels appointments with zero notice and the office is hard to find.The Healow app is very annoying- you can’t change your appointment from the app and it’s very difficult to figure out how to email you doctor. Calling the office you must listen to repeated robo messages about how you can change your appointment time online. What then is the point of the app? Also wasn’t able to change appointment online. Was on hold for a long time.

Dr Hudson is exceptional! I feel so fortunate to have yhis gifted, experienced, wise physician as my doctor. And the staff is kind and gracious.

Went in for a second opinion. Met with the Dr. on the first visit (and not a PA). He sat me down in his office and we were able to talk and address all my concerns. I did not feel like I was rushed for time.

Dr Ostrov & Dr Hailu are truly amazing. Smart, thorough, honest and kind. Hard to find gems! I know I am in very good hands!

Doc was fine, but not good enough to deal with the call center. Horrible, aggressive, and dismissive receptionists who answer calls, long waits on the phone and once you get to the office.EDIT: Dr. Levey reached out and took swift action to correct the situation.

Easy to make appointments, fast to check in, and caring doctors. So glad I found this practice! The only downside is its hard to get the front-desk on the phone because everything is automated.

The doctors & most staff at this office are lovely but Maiden Lane Medical as a business is horrific. Any person that Ive spoken to on the phone has been rude, combative, unhelpful & disrespectful. Every time Ive called my experience has been awful & really disheartening. I would not recommend this company; their patients are not their first priority!!

Pleasant front desk staff. Dr. Blanton is very caring and listens. She offers options and does not only suggest medication which is a refreshing change from other doctors.

While Im not a fan of the tedious check-in process (most doctors offices, the admin personnel are seemingly annoyed with any and everyone as it is - no exception here) - but Dr. Hobbs is THE BEST. She takes TIME to talk with you and she cares about her patients. Shes genuine and completely approachable with a wealth of knowledge about current practices in her field.

I started seeing Dr. Podolsky a little over two years ago and love her. I’m now seeing Dr. Hailu and Dr. Zocca as well. All are fantastic, personable and professional. All of my appointments are always on time, which is important since I’m usually coming in on my lunch break. The online portal system is great as well. Would absolutely recommend.

This is the worst medical practice I’ve ever been. They were supposed to send my pre op clearance to my surgeon’s office, they never received it and It’s impossible to get a hold of someone at the front desk for help, definitely they need to fix their customer service because it’s the worst! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Appointment was on time with no waiting. Was not rushed by doctor for next appointment and answered all questions that I had.
