The office staff are pleasant. My neurologist is top notch. Those are important things.However…Trying to get someone to talk to you on the phone, when you call, is nearly impossible.Also…Trying to receive a call back is nearly impossible.So…Trying to do important things like scheduling an appointment OR getting follow-up info about medical issues is nearly impossible.They take my insurance and I like the office staff and my neurologist. Thus, it’s a trade-off.

4pm appointment, not brought back until 4:40pm. Seen by nurse (I think) who asks for reason for appointment and details, which is normal, but I had given reception a document from my doctor explaining all details of my condition & the test requested. They didnt print it and he wouldnt pull up the email or ask them to print it so I had to re-explain everything. Then I get in with the actual doctor who asks me to again re-explain everything. Huge waste of time. The doctor then prescribes the test that I booked to begin with, along with another test. Why did I have to do all of this when thats the whole reason I booked the appointment? Then he sends me back to reception to get the tests, but says he doesnt know if they can even be completed today (again - why am I there if the specific test I booked potentially cant be completed on the day I booked it???) Reception says I need a rapid covid test (b/c its a breathing test), which is totally fine, but they can only do 1 of 2 breathing tests today - frustrating, but okay whatever. Knowing a patient is scheduled to see a pulmonologist and get a breathing test why wouldnt you do the rapid covid test as soon as they arrive so the results will be available before they start the process? I was waiting for the rapid test and realized it would be another 20 minutes for that result before they would even do the actual breathing test so I had to leave. Complete waste of time (nearly 2 hours), absolutely nothing accomplished. Infuriating. Everyone was very nice, but the office is not efficient and there was no explanation as to why things were happening how they were, why taking so long, bad communication.

Columbus Medical Arts is the modern day family doctors office. It is now a pleasure going to my doctor appointments. It is a family practice feel when you go there. The reception stall is very welcoming and accommodating, always with a smile. The physical therapy staff is helpful and skilled. They helped me while I was there and once I was done they gave me awesome exercises to continue my healing. I would to say thank you Columbus Medical Arts! and Ill see you on my next visit!

From check in to check out, from Dr. Eliza, to the allergy nurse, to the nurse who did a heart sono on me and the breathing test nurse. Everyone was very kind and attentive I cannot complain. The wait is quick compared to the wait in my old clinic I’m very happy with my change to be seen here. And they schedule u quick visits with any specialist u need.

Service is is good when theyre not busy... Front desk and whoever answers the phones always has an attitude and act like they hate working there. Can be very unorganized. You can be pleasant as possible and still get the same negative energy depending on who answers the phone.

The people working to provide you medical care at Columbus Medical Arts are fantastic. They were all personable, attentive, and so welcoming. They communicated everything efficiently and I never felt lost or behind the ball as some doctors/medical staff have made me feel before. The facilities were spacious and clean!

Terrible service. Staff is polite enough but their policies are really not set up to serve the patient. I was running late for an appointment. Called them to alert the staff. Went to Voicemail so I left a message. When I got there, they said the doctor wont be able to see me because she was running behind and I arrived late. When I informed them that I had called beforehand but couldnt speak to someone to reschedule and had to leave a VM, the front desk staff said: Oh, thats because our call centers are in Princeton, New Jersey.Well enough, but how is that my issue? So I rescheduled my appointment and they had me wait a good hour before seeing the doctor at my rescheduled appointment. No respect for their customers time.I was also referred by one of their doctors for a heart monitor and ECG. I asked the front desk staff if Id be charged and they told me no and a month later I got a bill for these services. Definitely changing my healthcare provider ASAP.

14 street Medical PC has a variety of doctors and a great staff members. Extended office hours and the location is close by. My first visit was a great one.

You don’t see this very often nowadays … patient, respectful, professional, taking his time to examine me physically (most don’t do, just talk), explaining everything, being sympathetic and nice… actually treating me as a human being, not as a dollar’s sign…..old school, excellent 👌🏼Very pleased 👌🏼

I’m a 73 year-old man who’s lived and or worked in and around Manhattan Valley since 1973, but have had to travel all over the borough for health services. No longer. I first happened upon Columbus Medical Arts when a Physiatry specialist wrote me a prescription for physical therapy for a chronic lower back problem and a Google search identified it as a full service medical service provider near me. They are terrific, both the health providers and the administrative staff, truly professional. I’ve recommended them to friends who agree.

My appointment was fast and efficient. I was taken in after only waiting a few minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Muzylo has a terrific bedside manner and listened to all my concerns and referred me out to other physicians for other concerns.Not a huge fan of needles but getting my blood drawn was super easy and painless. The technician was super gentle. I got a seasonal allergy test done which only took 15 minutes.All in all, great experience. Every technician was super patient and all had lovely demeanors.

I did have to wait about an hour for the doctor to see me, but that was okay. Dr. Sekhon was great. Listened attentively, was efficient and thorough in evaluating my main injury and two other issues, and prescribed a thorough and balanced treatment, including anti-inflammatories, physical therapy, and follow-up. He seemed really smart and was happy to explain the anatomy of my knee joint, even making a little drawing for me. At the same time, he didnt waste a second.

Nurses and receptionists are great. However, Dr Jalaj will request a laundry list of tests to rack up the bill for you and your insurance, and then over a month later still won’t take the time to review them or provide results in the portal to help you get properly diagnosed. It’s all about raking in cash for any test they can think of. I’m also seeing I’m other reviews that they’ve made patients pay to receive their test results. Oh, but they will keep emailing you to write a positive review on Google! That’s why you’ll see so many reviews here. I wish I had known all of this beforehand and gone to a different doctor.

The wait time is very minimal, everyone is very polite. The doctor I saw was great at explaining everything I needed to know.

The office at 500 East 14th Street went very well. It was fast, the entire staff was very courteous. It was a very nice experience.

The Columbus location looks very nice upon first visit however I have had miscommunication issues with everyone from the doctors yelling at me telling me what they believe I should be doing because I don’t have a co-pay to the front desk telling me the doctor can’t see me for my scheduled appointment I was on time for. They seem careless and unprofessional.

I have been trying to call the office when I left a good amount of voice messages leaving my phone number to contact me back and its been days since Ive heard anything.The gave me the wrong amount of pills that I needed so I needed to wait a day to pick up my medication.A week later, I start to develop terrible side effects to the medication, not their fault, BUT when I called them about it, I got zero response back.I highly suggest, anyone who is looking to see a doctor, look somewhere else.Zero customer service, zero help.

Honestly could not be happier with my overall experience with Columbus Medical Arts. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The facilites are clean, the doctors were extremely accommodating, and the front desk made the entire process with my insurance a breeze. I recommend Dr. Neeharika as your PCP, the entire Physical Therapy staff and the wonderful ladies at the front desk.

The front office staff is excellent. The physical therapy department staff is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The patients are treated with care, concern and smiles. The other support personnel are to be commended. The physicians I have met are more than capable of providing top notch care and best of all, the group is within walking distance of my home. The group services the community quite well.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this medical office.After I was seen by a doctor I had to do some tests/labs. After a week of doing the tests I started calling to ask if the results were back and if they showed anything, but they would not tell me. They said the results were there in front of them but if I wanted to know about them I would have to set up another visit with the doctor for the following week. I was in pain and worried about what was causing the pain and it is not acceptable for them to keep the results from me or to refuse to have someone discuss them with me briefly over the phone or write me a message to let me know what the results showed. I had to go into the office after repeatedly calling and demand my results be prinTed for me and refused to leave until they would. Eventually they did.They then referred me to do another test, but never sent the referral, which meant I had to wait almost 2 hours when I went to do the test as they scrambled to try and get the referral.Unprofessional, waste of your time, don’t feel cared for, incompetence are just a few things that come to mind. Your health is not a joke, go somewhere where you feel cared for and where you feel they know what they are doing. I already scheduled a follow up at Langone, no desire to be back here.

My overall experience was fantastic. From the moment I came in to the office till the moment I left the staff was so nice and very professional. They handled everything in a timely manner and made sure I had all my appointments and any documentation I needed. The physician I saw Dr. Kasuganti was very professional, helpful, caring, compassionate and stern in a good way to make me understand and know she cares about my health and is really willing to help me in any way she can. She is upfront and lets you know that she is truly willing to take the proper steps to get me where I want to be health wise. I appreciated that and it made me feel comfortable and at ease. The front desk staff was AMAZING!!!!!! I have not had this great of an experience in a very long time. I am happy to have found this gem of an office. I truly recommend their services as they are very well worth it.

The Columbus Medical Arts Center was very clean and the staff was very professional. I did not have to wait that long to see the doctor.

They need to work on how to properly schedule multiple appointments on the same day.Several of my appointments were cancelled in the same week.The people who come to these clinics are PATIENTS! not people who have all the TIME and FINANCES in the world to travel back and forth everyday.

A great experience! The entire staff in the office on Columbus Ave. was helpful, friendly, and thorough. I felt that I had an initial meeting that was in depth, with the doctor taking time to learn my medical history. TANGIRALA was getting everything I needed done, because she works in such a quiet, no-fuss, no-drama way.DR. The office staff, medical technicians, and physicians assistants at the 912 Columbus facility are great. Friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Scheduling was always fast and easy. I would love to give it five stars, but I had a terrible experience with one of their doctors, Dr. Abubakr. He was rude, condescending, and made sexist comments. I recommend the office, but steer clear of this doctor, especially if you are female.

Went for neurology. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very nice and informative. The hours are convenient and they are open on Sundays.The doctor that I eventually saw after waiting about 40-45 min after arriving and being triaged, seemed frustrated or annoyed maybe possibly tired, it was almost 7pm. She seemed bothered when my response to when is the pain worse? was all day because it was the same all day long. After answering questions, brief touch of my back and asking me to bend over and touch my toes I got referrals to other doctors. Toward the end she seemed nicer...The staff member at the side where I was to pick up my referrals was nice but a little loud so hipaa went out the door. Though in her defense most doctors offices dont allow for much privacy between patients and front desk staff. But in knowing that, a simple your prescription was sent to the pharmacy would suffice over your prescription for______ was sent to____...Overall, nice place, nice staff,, great hours and availability. good variety of specialist.

The doctors were great, but the front desk and scheduling staff make it a terrible experience. Its really unfortunate. (Im writing this on behalf of a family member who was a patient.)Its incredibly difficult to get someone on the phone, and if they eventually pick up they say they cant help you, and then either push you off the call or transfer you to another department who doesnt answer either.This is true both with scheduling, and even when trying to get a message to your doctor!!! ** My partner called multiple times over the course of a week and used the online messaging portal to try to schedule an urgent follow-up appointment. Of the few times the front desk answered, they were dismissive and wouldnt take my partner seriously. **Its honestly not worth the effort to go here, even if some of the doctors are good.

Ive visited Columbus Med Arts on a few separate occasions this summer (twice for an EMG, and most recently with Dr. Regis for a broken foot) and have had very positive experiences. Friendly and professional front desk staff, very short wait time, and knowledgable doctors - very happy to recommend this facility.

If you are looking for a doctor, go elsewhere. This is a corporation-like facility where the health and well-being of the patient is of least concern. They will give you a battery of tests, without t they explaining clearly why and what they are for. They will spend any dr/patient time typing, typing, typing into the computer and barely look at you. The pulmonologist I saw actually put a stethoscope to my lungs and it was the first time any of the numerous doctors I saw there ever touched me. NO ONE will contact you with the RESULTs of all the tests. You will receive the results in your PATIENT PORTAL online - but unless you have a medical degree, you will not know whether you are living or dying. One of my tests came back filled with ABNORMAL results and I COULD NOT REACH A DR. for some explanation of the results I was told Doctors do not discuss anything over the phone and that another appointment should be made to see the doctor/s for the explanation of how Im doing. Of course, the next appointment available was 3 WEEKS AWAY. Im not kidding. I went in complaining of difficulty breathing, wheezing, and dizzy spells - and NOTHING. This has been the most frustrating, infuriating, and counterproductive experience with our health care system Ive ever encountered. And I am 70 years old. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of one star is because of one of the staff at the front desk (Her name is OZ, I believe) who was an absolute breath of fresh air - helpful, understanding, caring and Smiling. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable without even being asked. WARNING - DO NOT SEEK MEDICAL HELP here.

Friendly staff but in my short time being there I noticed many people complain this place likes to bill/charge them for every minor thing including just getting results from a test. They are clearly looking to get as much money as they can.

I would never go back here again! When I scheduled my appointment for pulmonary function test, the lady over the phone confirmed I would get results the same day, I get there and was told that was not true no apology or anything, and once I’m there they couldn’t do the test, no reason why I just had to schedule another appointment then when I came back had to get another appointment to get my results, 3 appointment for one test! I asked the receptionist I didn’t want to come back a third time, she just hands me my results, she had no ideas what the results where, just kept reiterating you have to speak to Dr at another appointment to explain the results! I would never come or recommend Columbus medical arts to anyone! Worst place ever!!

I had an appointment but I waited 1hr and 20min and then found out that the doctor was behind schedule. No one had informed me earlier. Eventually, I had to leave due to another engagement. I would assume this was a one-off event, but I would have appreciated someone informing me of this delay, or if another doctor would have seen me.

After making an appointment sight unseen on Zocdoc, was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the friendly, professional, kind, efficient, helpful, thorough staff.

Didnt listen to what I came in for and referred me to the wrong place for the wrong procedure. I wasted my time here.

The practice is clean, the nurse I had (Cara? don’t recall her name, sorry!) and Dr. Muzylo were super pleasant and answered all my questions.The front staff are helpful and friendly, however, they need to close their front office door and speak in a lower voice because if you’ll literally hear everyone’s medical business! Yikes.

Dr. Armine Michael made me wait 2 hours, and then proceeded to tell me that I was “aggravating” and “frustrating her” because I was hoping to get a refill for a prescription. She told me that I would be better off just going to the Emergency Room. This is the absolutely worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Completely unprofessional and downright cruel.

This really is one of the best doctors office Ive ever been too. Found this place on zocdoc because I needed to see a neurologist and every single staff there was very friendly and caring 😊. That really care about my well-being they ran multiple tests on me I think everything fine and I hope it is 🙏🏾. Bottom line these people are great so give them a try if you need a neurologist they wont disappoint.

Receptionists are very nice and sweet. The staff in general was pleasant and quick. I only waited to be seen for about 10 mins. I went back for some studies, and everything was quick. Im looking forward to continue to be seen at this practice and switching for primary care doctor here.

My mom recently started visiting this office. While shes had a really wonderful experience with some of the staff. She recently expressed the last two visits she went, the were short staffed & overbooked. The attending therapist barely paid attention to her and rushed her out after. Were paying customers and require time and attention to heal. Please be patient and respectful to your clients. She also said the attending therapist was only concerned about speaking with colleagues and having her meal.

Very satisfied with Dr. KOZIORYNSKA EWAs care. She listens carefully to her patients symptoms, and sets up the necessary treatment, [in my case physical therapy, MRI, Sonogram, Medications] to give patients the best care possible. She is a seasoned doctor who is personable and very professional.

Everybody was wonderful, from the receptionist to the intake nurse to the doctor. Wait time was a bit long, I finally saw the doctor about 45 minutes after my actual appointment, but other than that everything went very smoothly.

Awful. Had a visit regarding sleep issues. Saw a GP for about 15 minutes and told me to wear a sleep monitor that night. I now owe them over $500 (even with in-network insurance). I was never told what the potential cost would be. Not once. If they had disclosed, I would have not proceeded. They sent me a bill today and it is due in six days. They were nice enough to tell me that it would be sent to collections if I didn’t pay. I am at a complete loss for how this is even legal.Also, they are “highly” rated but look closely at the actual reviews. It’s odd to see so many first time reviewers writing such long winded and strangely glowing statements about a medical office.

Don’t go here!They’re highly incompetent and do not review anything before posting charges to your card, not even the insurance. They will send you no information and discontinue your access to portal as soon as they charge you. Too fraud like for my taste.I even mailed them a week back and still no responses on what my charges are for and what insurance already paid.Please save yourself the hassle like me of disputing and reporting them to my insurance.Just go 2 blocks over to a more competent team of doctors. Subpar doctors and my prescriptions did nothing to help.All in all services, doctors all not worth it.

I booked an appointment with a doctor and was seen by another doctor, and they billed the insurance using another doctor’s name???? I tried calling their billing office and left them a msg, emailed them but no response. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome place, very very friendly. One thing I would suggest is if you have some paperwork that needs to be filled out by the Dr. and they reschedule your appointment for a later time, you should be able to bring in the paperwork so that it may be reviewed by the Dr. before hand, that way you can have any tests needed done before your new appointment. That way if the paperwork was for surgery it does not prolong it or comes too close for the time of surgery that may cause a rescheduling in your surgery.

Friendly and efficient staff and an outstanding experience with all the medical personnel and an amazing doctor. An excellent experience. I would warmly recommend them for this alone, but also for the comprehensive range of services, all under one roof. Very convenient.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, Ive never felt so comfortable in a doctors office ever in my life so this was a big plus for me. They are open Sundays which works great for my schedule and my visit moved Swifty, hardly any wait time. The nurse and doctor were very caring and informative and it felt like they truly cared about my health and I wasnt just a number on their roster.

I love this practice, they cover multiple disciplines. My PCP, gynaecologist and neurologist are all at the same practice. Everyone I have seen has been professional and down to earth, and I havent waited long for appointments. I am so glad I found this place!

Wismelda (&the entire front staff), Dr. Tangirala, and the phlebotomist Olena are all extremely helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and couldn’t be more pleasant to deal with. It was a pleasure to receive patient centered care from the entire team at Columbus MedicalArts. Highly recommended.

Dr Harden was very attentive. Unlike my experiences with some of the other docs w/14th St Medical, she introduced herself, took her time to explain things and expressed genuine interest in getting detailed info. I went to the office on a Sunday afternoon and it was not crowded. The exam rooms did not have paper for the Dr to write on, no air filter, no air circulating at all - very stuffy. There was a person wiping everything in the general vicinity down with disinfectant though...but not the exam room in between appts.

Doctor Eliza Muzylo is great, very professional, and knowledgeable. The office is great and all the people working there are very friendly and caring. I did all my LAB tests the same day of my visit and got the result in less than 48 hours. Highly recommended

I have taken my parents there from Queens for several appointments with Dr. Fitzpatrick in the east and west side. The appointments have been on time. I am so impressed with the staff in both places. They are nice and courteous. Dealing with older parents is not easy, but the pleasant attitude of the staff makes the experience a very good one.

I have to say everyone was so helpful quick and My doctor. Dr. Warner was amazing, acted quick and is very thorough. I love this place and absolutely recommend it.

Everything has been so great here. Little to no wait at the office! I have communicated via portal as well as on the phone and my messages are answered very quickly. The multi-specialty make this a great one stop shop to get things taken care of.

The staff here are so friendly. The doctor listens and truly wants to help. I had a great experience and would recommend it to others.

Honestly, very inclined to give 3 stars for getting spammed to review the business. But they’ve just got a too down of earth operation that I can’t bring myself to do it, it wouldn’t be fair.Love the front desk ladies. My specific Doc is straight to the point, young, and well versed about as much as you could want from a GP. Great operation, wishing them continued growth and success.

I totally loved this place! From the physical space to all the staff. They were supper attentive, they took the time to explain everything. My Dr. was also the best! He took a good amount of time to thoroughly evaluate me and listen to every concern that I had. I absolutely recommend this place.
