CityMD NY does not protect patient information.I received an email containing Covid test results for another person with the same surname.This is an obvious HIPPA violation.

Covid Testing was simple and straight forward. Got in line at 830am. Opened at 9am and took the first 20 people to test (left side) and signed everyone else up for the virtual line (right side) so they wouldnt have to wait in the cold.I was #10 and was in by 9:30 to do my Rapid Test. Took 15 minutes and the staff was very kind. Got results back via email in 30 minutes.THANK YOU ESSENTIAL WORKERS!

CityMD facilities were fine. However, Dr Joshua Haratz was easily the most insensitive and inadequate doctor I have experienced in my lifetime. He gave me multiple possible diagnoses and then said he’d just treat for most severe despite no factual evidence or testing. He left the room saying he’d come back, and then never did. I had to request the doctor to come back so I could ask questions like - what is this diagnoses, what treatment did you prescribe, what do I need to do, etc. All of these details had to come from me proactively asking rather than the doctor actively explaining to me like a doctor normally would. Additionally, when I was asking these questions the doctor didn’t seem like he wanted to give me the time of day. I walked out in tears because this experience was so awful.

Great staff here, friendly, helpful, and kind even after being slammed for months. They’re just doing their jobs but I think they’re going above and beyond by being kind and upbeat even when deluged with people. Thank you!

I cannot believe this place does not separate COVID testing and other medical issues. if it’s not life threatening, you must wait in the 2 block line with all the COVID people. i have my entire right leg swollen, can barely stand in immense arthritic pain from a bad gout flare up, and being told to wait in the line still. compassionless people whose priorities and agenda seem to slanted in one direction. shame.
