Was told that I have too much to work on in therapy to utilize their services. Which isnt a nice thing to hear after a doctor makes you hash up all your trauma. If you have *serious* trauma go find a real therapist that can off you 45-60 minutes instead of 30.I also have a horrible experience with their reception & getting notified of my appointments.

Don’t go here. Useless service. Doctors just hang around chatting to reception. It’s like The Office but a medical centre. Lost my appointments two days in a row. Better docs in the area

Great family practice. I definitely found my PCP. The front staff are nice and always trying to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Shirin is extremely knowledgeable and also takes the time to connect with you and discuss options. The staff is so friendly and billing and correspondence always goes smoothly. So thankful to have finally found a great doctor and office.

I had a bad experience at this clinic. Despite booking to see a doctor, I was only able to see a physicians assistant named Alyssa who refused to give me a referral to a specialist that I requested. I felt she didn’t listen to me and spoke over me.

Doctors are ok but their admin is terrible- booked an appt online through their website and when I showed up they said the doctor is fully booked. There is also no way to get in touch with someone, other than messaging on the Klara app which they dont respond to for days.

I will never go back to bethany medical clinic and I would never recommend this office to anyone. I was ignored on klara for days about a medical question. They finally wrote back 3 days later after I wrote several messages and called multiple times. After they finally responded I asked if the doctor recommends that I should come back for a follow up since the results from one of the my tests came back kinda funky. Again no one ever got back to me. They should be ashamed- this is regarding someone health and I will never step foot there again. Now I have to spend more time and money to see another doctor who can tell me if I am okay or if I need to take something for that. So just remember they will complelty ignore you on klara about a medical question for days on end and they never pick up your calls. Do not go here if you need a primary doctor who cares and will respond in a timely manner

WRONG!!!The receptionist said the doctor can’t see me now, but they can help me make an appointment at another time. I asked them why confirm my appointment if the doctor doesn’t have time, and they say they never confirm appointments.Save yourself some time! Don’t go to this place!!!

Unfortunately Ive had a terrible experience with this clinic. I became a patient back in 2020 and recently had an appointment in March of 2021 and they charged me as a new patient. They told me I had two days to pay $278.00 and automatically charged me as a new patient.Ive tried endlessly calling and emailing and they have not responded to me. Would highly recommend looking for an alternate clinic for anyone considering going here as the staff is non-responsive and they bill incorrect and inaccurate amounts.

I made a 9:30 appointment for a Covid test. They didnt send any indication that theyd moved 2 blocks up, sent me all the paperwork to fill out 5 minutes before my appointment time, and didnt bother to tell me ahead of time that they had changed my appointment to 11.These people are so unorganized Im surprised theyre still in business. I saw them turn two other people away before me, with appointments. Avoid at all costs.

Denied refilling medication that I need to take daily, and my contraceptives. Medication is not addictive at all. So apathetic towards clients.

I’d like to rate them -0- and here is why! I did my “annual physical” here and received a $1500 bill from a laboratory 2 months later! I had to call my insurance and realized that they charged for “Primary Care” with a wrong code!Again, I have received threatening email from someone at the clinic that claims I owe them $300 and if I don’t pay them, they will charge my credit card after 72hrs! I called them several times and asked why do I owe you this? And still no response from them!They don’t seem really busy, but the place is AWFUL! Who is looking for a headache after just doing an annual physical checkup?!?!?!?DO NOT GO THERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY RIDICULOUS, NONSENSE THINGS!

Worst annual physical. None of my questions were addressed. They took a blood sample and I scheduled a follow up for 2 weeks time. They rescheduled me the day before. On the day of the rescheduled appointment the called me reschedule again. On top of that the doctor I made an appointment with on zocdoc was not the provider that did my physical. And the provider I made made a follow up with was not the the provider they rescheduled me for. Save yourself the trouble and find another clinic.

Do not go to this place if you need a covid test with timely results. Despite advertising that indicates a quick turnaround time, you’ll be waiting days for a test result. While they may ask when you need the results by, this means nothing. I tested a week in advance of a flight I was taking and did not receive my results by the time of my flight. At my initial appointment I was told I would receive results by Tuesday (test was Friday), then Thursday morning I was told at least 3-5 business days. Get a test at a location that has a lab that processes tests 7 days a week- which is basically every hospital, urgent care center or walk in location besides this place. Luckily I tested at a walk in clinic days after my appointment at Bethany and and got results the next day, more than enough time for my flight- if I had relied solely on Bethany Clinic I would have missed my flight.

Do not book with this clinic. They change appointment times without informing patients, leave you waiting on hold, and do not tell you about requirements for treatment.

This place is the worst place ever. The receptionist and other people working there, they are unprofessional and rude. I will never go there again. from 0-10 I will give them below zero because of all those receptionist.

This place is horrible, you are better off going ANYWHERE else. They are cheap, inconsiderate, and unorganized as a practice. Terrible bedside manner. I did not feel comfortable or properly cared for as a patient. They billed my insurance incorrectly in Feb and I was told the amount would be written off (after I called the office NUMEROUS times, literally impossible to get a hold of these people). Now, I’m suddenly getting an email that I need to pay the amount within 7 days. Please find a different place to go because this place is awful.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst office I have ever been to. Came for a derm appointment the first time and not all of my issues were addressed because I was rushed. The PA (Alyssa Gropman) who saw me told me to schedule a follow up appointment. When I got there for my follow up they made me wait 20 mins then refused to see me because I didnt need another appointment. Receptionist was speaking to me with her mask off and mumbling. If they needed to cancel my appointment they should have called so it is obviously their fault but no one there even apologized. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I would give this place 0 stars. This facility is atrocious. They constantly give you the runaround. You can never get your doctor on the phone. Its impossible to have prescriptions filled. They never return calls or voicemails. The woman in the billing department (Azza Barakat) is the worst, most frustrating person Ive ever worked with. She will send an invoice with no breakdown of charges. Theres no doctor name listed, no breakdown of what insurance covered, and nothing makes sense. Twice now shes billed me and cant tell me what the service is I received. She doesnt return calls or emails. She just lets you know if you dont pay you will be sent to collections. On top of being unorganized, shes rude, hateful, and dismissive. This facility does not care about their patients at all. I would run and avoid at all costs. Please safe yourself the time, trouble, money, and headache. I assure you, its not worth it. NIGHTMARE.Edit: They have coded my service incorrectly to the insurance company. Now insurance is trying to get to the bottom of this. This place should be shut down.

Truly terrible. While the NP (Suzanne Oddo) I had met with at the Columbus Circle location was very nice, the rest of my experience with this practice/clinic has been awful. The receptionists, particularly at Murray Hill, were ridiculously rude, unhelpful and honestly incompetent. In addition, I had went to Murray Hill for imaging and they did not even do the correct exam. I have been following up for over TWO WEEKS to understand what happened and what my next steps are - as I have an upcoming appointment within their practice that is dependent upon the results of the correct imaging procedure - and I have not been able to get anyone to answer or return my numerous phone calls, and the responses on their patient portal have been far and few between with little to no information or assistance. Needless to say, I will be cancelling my appointments and never returning to this practice and I strongly urge anyone to do the same. Clearly this is far from an isolated issue with the sheer volume of negative reviews echoing similar experiences and sentiments. I can only hope I am not slapped with a ridiculous bill for all this mess like some of the other reviews have indicated - Im going to try to be proactive and contact their billing dept sooner rather than later so I can be officially done with this practice although unfortunately, if my experience thus far and all of the other reviews are any indication, I have little hope this will go smoothly.

I have been coming to this clinic for years. All of the providers are great and it is close to where I live but the desk staff is consistently terrible. Today November 3rd was the worst I have experienced thus far.I booked my annual physical and pap over a week ago. Upon arrival I was told insurance would not allow me to have 2 preventative care visits on the same day. Why this was not seen and communicated when I booked or in the full week+ between booking and the appts is beyond me.I decided to take care of the physical since I had been fasting. My vitals were taken and I was given the supplies for the urine test. I then sat for over an hour waiting to see the provider (my physical was originally scheduled for after the pap).15 mins after my original physical appt time, I was called up to the desk only to be told I wasn’t due for my physical for another couple of weeks so I would receive bills if we did anything more. Again how this was not caught when I booked the appointments, the week+ after booking, or at the very least when I arrived and was told I couldn’t have both that day is completely beyond me. In total I spent over 75 mins in the office to not get anything done so all in all wasted a couple hours of my morning.The incompetence of the desk staff is ludicrous. How the management has not addressed the issue is also ridiculous. I guess there’s enough people like me that have not wanted to deal with the hassle of changing. This was definitely the last straw and I will be finding a new primary care office.

Really inexperienced and bad.Had 7-8 vials of blood pulled and came in for my results and was told my blood was left out and couldn’t be used for testing. They wasted everyone’s time with an appointment to tell me that. Like - just call next time?Had another instance where I needed a Hep B shot and the shot was put into my shoulder joint rather than deltoid causing deep deep pain and inflammation lasting over a month.Not recommended.

I won’t be coming back to this practice. They never answer the phone, patients instead use a messaging system for delayed responses that often dont address your full issue/question because the staff isnt reading closely; you can almost never get in touch with an actual doctor without an appointment.They have shady billing practices; my annual physical was double billed as two separate visits incurring a co-pay. I had to fight and contact my insurance, the doctors office, and office billing just to get it written off - it shouldnt have been billed in the first place as two visits. They also charged me again after I paid for a specialist visit in person.For prescriptions, CVS called them four times in one day and spent a week trying to get my prescription for mail order. I had to be in the middle calling my pharmacy, CVS mail order, and messaging Bethany Medical for several days. Dr. Cantero said she only heard about it for the first time after several messages from me. There is definite communication breakdown between office staff and the doctors.Wait times can be very long. I usually have to wait 30min - 1hr beyond my appointment time to be seen. Its a busy office and overbooked.Dr. Shirin Peters (primary care), Dr. Joan Cantero (endocrinologist), and Dr. Alyssa Gopman (dermatologist) were all friendly enough and informative (though my annual physical with Dr. Peters was very quick), but they are obviously complicit in a shameful practice that has no organization nor professionalism whatsoever.

Couldnt have had a worse experience with a doctor and a office. First visit, made me wait 2 hours to see a doctor. Took all of these tests, which I didnt mind. Told me to come back in 2 weeks to review results, which I scheduled with front desk as I was leaving for my first appointment. Never got a call or was notified my results were in. I come back two weeks later, wait about 30 minutes for them to tell me the doctor can not see you and that she will call you. Waited for a call all day which I never got. Doctor calls me on the next day at 9PM, Saturday night, claiming I have a disease and I needed to start treatment right away. Went to an actual doctor that told me this doctor was completely wrong. DR. Chang, your license needs to be questioned and this office needs to be more organized. Please do not come here if your insurance provider covers anything but this clinic.

Mixed feelings for Bethany. The doctor visits are typically pretty decent but the administrative side is an utter mess. If you do blood work, you wait WEEKS for results. Last year I had run some blood work following an annual and some complaints. I heard nothing back for weeks. It wasn’t until about a month later that I rolled into their office feeling like death, that the PA noticed last minute there was lab results in the system and I had 2 different issues on there that was causing and triggering my sickness which I had gone in for. Two days later, I get a message on Klara basically saying that my results have come in, I have blah blah blah but, “there is no cause for alarm or concern” (their words). Fast forward now to a year later, I still have some of the similar complaints from last year’s diagnosis, so a new doctor ran blood work saying that I also was given the wrong medication (a month long of antibiotics apparently for no reason). I did blood work 17 days ago and I still haven’t received my blood work or a response. I called in 2 days ago and the front desk told me they had actually received the lab results and would pass it along the doctor and I would be gotten in touch with. I called again today, and the front desk told me she’s there until 6pm and she would check in with the doctor and get back to me before then. I also asked if she could please forward me the results on Klara and she said she would. I called again at 5:40 after not hearing from them, only to receive their answering system saying they closed at 4pm. I just don’t get why it feels like pulling teeth when it comes to blood work. I’ve never had to wait this long for lab results at other doctors nor did I experience such a lack of professionalism and carelessness towards patients. I have been on a tough diet which I’m not used to since my doctors appointment 18 days ago, and I’m literally waiting on these results to be able to go back to eating regularly. I’m totally freaked out about her reactions and speculations and have been holding my breath since almost 3 weeks ago to find out if I still have what I had last year. It’s just not cool to play with your patients’ feelings, Bethany. Your doctors are cool, and scheduling convenient appointments are pretty decent as well, but your administrative team, blood work wait time, and communication is horrendous.

They should be shut down and definitely should not be allowed to give Covid tests...the receptionist in the morning is incompetent giving the wrong results over the phone. Scary when lack of education handles medical information

Dr. Shirin is the best dentist in New York! I have been going to her for a while now and I have grown to feel so comfortable in her doctors office. The staff just like Dr make you feel so welcome, they are always willing to help and make sure you are happy. They always take care of all the paperwork for me, and if I need same day appointments they always go out of there way in order to fit me into the schedule. Overall Dr. Shirin you are wonderful!

Terrible billing practice. They failed to sort out an issue where they weren’t billing to my insurance accurately, even after spending 25 mins on the phone with them. 6 months later, they’re continuing to hound me with the unpaid amount which should have been charged to my insurance

I went to Bethany Medical for travel vaccines. I was told by my insurance that they cover all travel vaccines and that I would not have to pay out of pocket. Bethany Medical, after administering the vaccines, told me it was their policy not to go through insurance for travel vaccines and as a result I had to pay $250 out of pocket. The staff is sometimes friendly but it depends on the day and the Doctor has zero bedside manner. They also double as some sort of skin clinic and are constantly trying to get you to do skin screenings which has the distinct feeling of being up-sold at a retail food chain. I canceled all future appointments and will not be going back.

Dr. Shirin is my primary care doctor and I love her!! I am very weary of doctors offices, but she makes me feel really comfortable. She listens to all of my concerns and really gives me really helpful feedback.

I went to this clinic a few years ago, judging by the current reviews, it seems to be the same. I went in for a check up, a flu shot, then also had some blood drawn for generic testing. During the check up, they said Id have make a separate appoint me to get a flu shot... which must be because they want more money from my insurance. Whatever. So I got my blood drawn and leave without a shot. A few days later, I get a call that I need to come back in because they want to speak with me about the results of my blood test. So I feel a bit panicky. I ask when the next available time slot is. Then when Im scheduled, I asked if they can tell me up front over the phone. They said theyd rather I come in. I told them, that I would rather hear it now, then come in to discuss treatments. The nurse goes on to tell me I have A VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY. So I canceled my appointment. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Very clean clinic. Ive seen Dr. Shirin. She is very well knowledgeable within their field of work. She is very friendly and comfortable to talk with. Best physicians I have ever had. Great staff, great environment. Would totally recommend her!

My experiences with Bethany Medical had been fine up until recently. Nothing special, but fine. That was until I moved from NY to TX and they refused to transfer my records to my new doctor for free. I can understand charging me for my own personal copy of my records, but its unheard of to charge for a transfer of records between two doctors offices. Theyre competent enough as primary care physicians, but they definitely arent anything special and my experience with them regarding the transfer of records makes me regret having gone to them in the first place.

Dr Shirin Peters is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She is compassionate and patient centered. She is emotionally intelligent, in that she doesnt provide opinions for specialties she is not trained for. You can feel a genuine interest in your well being. In every area that is within her skill set, I have seen an improvement. I highly recommend her!

I am so happy I checked this place out. The team is friendly and Dr.Shirin is professional. I have lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks amazingly. I drink 1 gallon of water daily and eat healthy snacks every 2 hours.I just want to say I am so thankful for Dr. Shirin for teaching me good eating habits and helping me to lose weight.I have struggled my whole life and finally found a breakthrough thanks to you.

I get a variety of medical treatments for no money upfront with my insurance. As a young entrepreneur I love bethany medical clinic, I dont know anywhere else in NYC that offers this. Loved Dr. Peters, shes great and very informative.

Starting from the receptionist, to the nurse, and to every physician in the office. Everyone is extremely friendly, caring, and compassionate. The entire staff is professional and helpful. Everyone really takes the time to introduce themselves, explain, and really listen to your concerns. The office is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. If anyone wants a primary care team, Dr Shirin Peters is the best I would recommend.

My wife and I are happy we decided to go here for our new baby. The environment is cozy and the staff are friendly. Its not a cold environment like most doctors offices. We are happy with our service and glad this is where we will be taking our child and future children! Dr Shirin Peters MD is really highly admirable doctor.

This is the first time I have gone to Dr. Shirin to lose weight. She has put me on a reasonable diet where I dont find myself starving right after I just ate a meal. The nutritionist in office is really knowledgeable and gives great advice on healthy foods. It has been about 2 months and I am seeing results not just in weight but inches as well. Thank you Dr.Shirin your strategies and advice are really helping me change my life.

Its not always easy seeing a practice and not a specific doctor, but the staff at Bethany and all of the doctors there are always friendly and knowledgeable. I truly feel like a patient and not a customer.

They used to be good, but not on my last visit. They said something was wrong with my blood results and needed to go to a specialist. They told me who to see, and when I see this person, she told me she doesnt handle that. So time and money wasted on absolutely nothing. Had to go to another clinic to get proper results made. Also the reception crew seem a bit too laid back, how about some professional demeanor.

Im giving 1 star because I was seeing a nutritionist who was great and I asked the administrators every time I had a visit how much the visits were and they always said it was covered by my insurance. Two months later I get a bill for $400 for the visits. The staff is really nice but extremely unorganized.

I couldnt agree more. Dr Shirin Peters has the best bedside manner, is patient, caring and takes the time to listen. She doesnt just dose and dash like some in the medical field. She answers messages, she asks for you to check in and calls prescriptions in quickly. Shes very down to earth, encouraging and doesnt make me feel like a crazy person. I try not to bug her too much, but she never makes me feel like Im wasting either of our times.

For the past 3 months i have been breaking out with hives or a rash type reaction on my arms. I had gone to the urgent cares and hospitals and the result was never real results. My mother started researching and came across Dr. Shirins website and made me an app. I was called back quickly and she examined me right away. She sent me out for an allergy test and had a biopsy done . Within a week I received a phone call from the receptionist saying they had my results in office. I went in to have them read to me and it was an allergic reaction to a material I come in contact with at work. Sure enough i stopped touching that material and i have no signs of any type of rash now. Dr. Shirin def knows her stuff !!!

This place is horrible, I’d stay away if I were you. The administrative side is a huge mess. I’ve so far been charged 3 times for services I never had and for appointments I never made.

This was overall one of the worst experiences Ive had with a doctors office. I met with Alyssa Gopman right after work, who gave me a diagnosis and said she would prescribe me medication. I checked in with my pharmacy that evening since I had not received an update from them and they said that they did not receive any prescription from the office. After following up with the office, they informed me that she would send it in after the phone call. The next morning, I still did not receive anything and when I called the pharmacy, they said they still did not receive a prescription from Ms. Gopman yet. I tried calling the office that morning, but was placed on hold for 20 minutes before I had to hang up and begin work. I called the office during my lunch break since my pharmacy said they still had not received a prescription from her as of that noon. After hanging up on me twice, they began to ignore my calls. My coworker made the call for me, which they picked up, and finally said that she would send it in right after the call. I finally received my prescription almost 24 hours after my initial visit and many back and forth phone calls. I would not recommend this office or a visit with Ms. Gopman to anybody.

My experiences with Dr. Shirin have always been great. Shes very thorough; she has found solutions to health issues that other doctors have missed. Ive never felt rushed during an appointment. Im actually hesitant to recommend her here, because its difficult enough to get in to see her now!

I have not had many experiences in family medicine but there is nothing I would change about my encounters with Dr. Peters. She is all around a great Doctor who I recommend friends and family to.

They literally never ever pick up the phone. the only way to get a hold of them was to press 6 for Zocdoc new patients. Once I got someone on the line, and they found out my request was not Zocdoc-related, she hung up on me immediately. When I tried to call back by pressing 6, I went straight to voicemail.

I highly recommend this practice!! Ive been coming here for the last few years for my annual physicals as well as womens health check-ups. All the doctors are caring, diligent, and professional. Additionally, they have a super friendly staff, convenient hours, and a cleanly office.

Atrocious service. I had labs run in June and received invoices for them, didnt hear from them until I called and chased them multiple times for results. I had to call back multiple times until a medical assistant finally replied to me and walked me through the results. Then when I asked for a copy of the lab reports, I only received one of two. Now I am calling and chasing for the other lab report. Its been over four months and the circus continues.

Terrible!!!My fiance and I booked our annual physical exams here in April 19. We specifically requested that we wanted an exam that would be fully covered by our insurance and made sure there would be no payment due for the services. We both received in the mail weeks later a hefty bloodwork bill. After not understanding any of the lab tests on the form and what they were for, we called our insurance company. They told us that we had received tests that are typically for adults in their 40s-70s and older age range. Why were we given tests that were not part of preventative care? These were not tests that we asked for, and they were abnormal for our age range.Not to mention, this place doesnt even have a phone number. They use a text messaging system. You cant even talk with a live person to figure out whats going on with your bill. To this date (weeks later), we are still going back and forth in a chat with a member at the office who just told us to call our insurance company to get a better understanding of our benefits. I dont think he read our prior messages at all.Lastly, I want to add that we both waited over an hour to be seen by the provider. We both had appointments. Given this was after a full work day and we had been fasting, my fiance passed out from the bloodwork. I also had a rough time. I went home and could not move either of my arms (was sore) for days, because the lab technician could not find my vein. I thought Id need to go to the ER because I was so sore and my limbs were throbbing. It appeared that many other patients were waiting a long time as well.Weve sent more than 5 messages following up on our bloodwork bill and have not received a satisfactory response yet.

The healthcare professionals should be better vetted. I saw Jennifer Sperber, and Im not sure of her exact title but she couldnt have been an MD. I went in for a follow up for acne treatment and after guessing through a couple of possible causes and treatments and learning that the previous 60 day antibiotic pills she prescribed had no effect, she then prescribed Spirondactone.... which is blood pressure medication! I stopped her in the middle of her fast-talking medical term filled spiel to ask why she would suggest a healthy 27 year old with no blood pressure complications begin taking medication for an issue she doesnt have?? The answer: oh because research shows it may help clear up your acne, but the side effects are dizziness, nausea, and diarrhea. What kind of health care professional is willing to create an issue in a healthy body hoping that the UNINTENDED SIDE EFFECT will actually be the source of healing? I politely declined her professional suggestions, and left the office with nothing more than when I entered. Luckily for me, I come from a family of healthcare professionals so I recognize these discrepancies but, Im worry for those who do not and will not and whose health may therefore be jeopardized. I will not be returning to Bethany Medical Center or to see Jennifer Sperber, and I dont recommend that anyone else does either.

Save your life, do not go to this place.I am filing a complaint against Bethny Clinic.More details:1, I was told they accept my insurance, but it was billed out of network. And most of the costs were denied by the insurance company, the bill says the clinic is not eligible to run some tests.2, They helped me run blood tests. I asked to include a specific one, 10 days later, it turned out that they did not run that one. And they drawn my blood again, believe it or not, I waited for 3 weeks plus 10 days for the blood tests.3, I did ultrousound and X-ray there. I called many times and finally got the results back in week 3. Bethny Clinic wanted me to schedule a follow-up to discuss the result. I simply do not trust them anymore. So I went to NYU Langone. The doctor there doubted the result from Bethny Clinic, because it was not written in a professional fashion and did not even have an image on it.At NYU Langone, I did another ultrasound on Saturday, the result came back on Sunday. It turned out to be a benign lymph node. Was told that I would get COVID test results back within 48 hours. However, it has been over 6 days and have not received any type of update. Tried to call their front desk but there is no response.

Stay away. These people will charge you as much money as possible for doing as little as possible. The doctor Shrin Peters is basically asleep at the wheel and their staff doesn’t know what is going on. I’ve been forgotten about in the waiting room many times and they often switch you with a different practitioner at the time of the appointment and pretend its all the same. They charged me $75 for an appointment to simply renew a birthcontrol prescription which I paid in cash because I had no health insurance at the time. The next year I came back to renew it and because I had health insurance they charged $275 for doing absolutely nothing but sending the prescription to the pharmacy. I even had to tell the doctor what brand it was as she was either too lazy or too incompetent to look it up herself. They have sent out my samples for unecessary testing twice and had me billed for it. As well as trying to charge a $45 dollar fee when I had the stomach flu and called ahead of time to let them know I needed to reschedule. I repeat, STAY AWAY unless you want sub par service and to be ripped off. These people should be fined and have their practice closed.

I was a patient and they were HORRIBLEE!!! The owner talked to me like I didn’t understand what she was saying because I’m Spanish! I felt very uncomfortable!!! Do not recommend for any patient to come here!!

Everyone is nice and professional at Bethany Medical Clinic. Sometimes you wait a little while. But I really dont mind because they actually have hours outside of the typical 9-5, so Im not in a rush to get back to work.

Absolute worst experience with a physician I have ever had. This doctor was not helpful and shared my private information WITHOUT MY CONSENT.I booked an appointment of ZocDoc with her as her availability seemed to work with my schedule. However, I waited for my appointment for over an hour in their tiny and stuffy waiting room.Then when I do get to see the physician it felt like I was being rushed through. She hardly looked me in the eye while speaking to me, instead was staring at her clipboard, probably for the next patient to rush. After about 5 minutes she said she would not be able to help me with my issue and that I would need to see a specialist.Then at the end the receptionist said that my insurance had covered everything. But 3 weeks later I get a $200 bill from them threatening to go to collections if unpaid. At this point I wanted to forget about the whole experience so didnt even fight the bill.They didnt accept payment online and instead had to take my credit card info on the phone. After I pay them I then get an e-mail receipt from what I thought was their office. The next few days I start getting more e-mail receipts from other vendors I used my credit card at, which never happened before.It turns out they shared my credit card info, name, address, medical receipt info, and e-mail address with an online payment service, squareup, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This doctor violated my privacy and in the end did not help me with my issue.Please avoid for your own sake.

Overall a very bad customer experience, will never go to that clinic in the future. I just went once for the free annual check, but I kept receive bill again and again for different items. I just tried to contact them about the reasons and refund of some items not reasonable, but they never replied the email, or answer the call.

Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Booked a routine physical on ZozDoc. Waited almost 2 hours, staff was very junior and didn’t seem to know how to operate all of the medical equipment. They processed my insurance incorrectly and I received an exhorbitant bill for bloodwork. When I called to complain they told me the only person who could fix it has no phone number or schedule and does not answer emails. This place is a scam and I filed a complaint to the NY State medical board.

Unprofessional providers and staff that treat patients poorly. I asked for my lab results in a timely manner, and was eventually told that there was an error in processing my lab results. No apology was given and I was treated terribly by staff in response to my complaints. They did not care to follow up with their care and were negligent. I was basically told by Dr. Peters that this was not their fault and they would do nothing to fix it.

It is insane how this facility is still functional. Completely irresponsible and incompetent support staff. Stay away

Booked an appointment with the doctor regarding dermatology concerns. Ended up seeing a physician assistant instead. She spent all but 5 minutes with me. Incorrectly diagnosed rashes on my face. Prescribed me clyndamycin (which is for acne, not rashes), sent me on my way- never touching my face. Then billed me $200. Very disturbed and disgusted . Also had to pay for prescription out of pocket.

It was such a nice environment. The staff and doctors made me feel very comfortable.

Disorganized, disaster of an office. half the time you call their office, and no one is there. leave a message? no one will call you back. been over a month and i still havent received my blood test results. worst customer service ever, and theyre impossible to get a hold of.

The worst clinic I have ever been to. Was left waiting for over an hour when there was no one here. Asked me medically irrelevant questions for a derm visit and they wanted to give me a full check up (all I needed was a steroid shot for acne) and the staff seemed unprofessional. Do not go here!!!!

This place is terrible. The individuals who work here are rude and cannot care less about the patients. Avoid it.
