I wish I could say positive things about this clinic because I have no complaints about my doctor but I can’t. I am 38 weeks pregnant and every single time I had an appointment I had to wait between 2 to 3 hours to be seen. The front desk staff always overbook the appointments without realizing how frustrating is for pregnant women to sit down for more than 2 hours for a visit that takes about than 30 mins. I would not recommend anyone coming to this clinic for prenatal care.

I’m curious as to what the front desk is being paid for? They don’t answer phones barely ever want to schedule an apt. Even when you call to schedule an apt. You’ll be waiting 30+ mins for them to just hang up on you. Is it so hard to do what you are being paid to do?! Oh and if you’re pregnant good luck with having the same DR at every apt. They had me see a different Dr at all of my visits, very hard when you’re trying to build some type of relationship with someone who’s suppose to help & guide you during your pregnancy. Hated this place along with pediatric downstairs.

Unkind and very obnoxious doctors and lack of empathy with patients. they need more attention and empathy.

These people NEVER answer the phone. I have been trying to schedule an appt for my son for about two weeks now and haven’t been able to do so.

It is frustrating and uncomfortable to have to be on the phone for more than two hours just to make some inquiries or make an appointment and then after 30 minutes of waiting in line they hang up the phone. It would be easier for them to say that it is better to go in person and not have that horrible service and if at some point they will answer the phone rude as if they were doing us a favor.👎👎

Doctors are great but nurses and front desk lazy crazy waiting time

It was my first time going to this clinic and I was pleased with the Housekeeping worker, I was able to get his name by looking at his ID, which was Ariel Baez who helped me this morning when entering the building with my wet umbrella, who even held the door for me. I even saw him helping more people and making sure that the floor was not wet. The floor I was in was super clean and neat which I liked. When I went to the area of Pediatrics everything was organize and clean, even the bathrooms which says a lot about the clinic. Thank You Ariel, for helping me this morning. I hope his supervisor can see my review. I will be returning to this clinic again. Very pleased with my visit today.

It’s incredible how unprofessional and disgusting someone who calls themselves a “nurse” can be, especially in these unprecedented times. You would think that they would have a little more compassion and have just a little bit of respect. “Nurse” Diana was rude and disrespectful. When you have a child that is sick, no matter what it is, the last thing you want as a worried parent is for someone who is supposed to be helping you to tell you that your child’s sickness is unimportant at the time. She kept cutting me off, not letting me speak and altering her voice and had a really nasty tone. My son was born in Presbyterian in 168 and this hospital has been giving him care ever since. His doctor is great but it’s disappointing that a good doctor has to be tarnished by its surrounding helpers. If Diana cannot change her attitude towards patients, she should not be allowed to work with them.

Review update: After having constant great contact with everyone here since the day I started coming here. I finally came across one of those that seemed like she truly hated her job and let it show. I can’t recall if her name was Potrice or Potricia but her last name is Chapelle and she barely even uttered good morning when I came in and greeted her. After giving me my wrist ban, she legit waved me away and just said “ok”. Girl, it’s Christmas Eve. If you don’t wanna work, don’t. There are way too many people who need a job and would love to take yours for you to be being nasty and annoying around the holidays.Original review: Not sure what these reviews are about or why they’re so negative but every single nurse, doctor, security, front desk person.. EVERYONE I came into contact with was absolutely pleasant to me. They were friendly, attentive and just straight up kind. Maybe I caught them on a good day but I really have zero complaints about my visit today!!

How are we supposed to make an appointment? my daughter is due for her 12 month check up and no one picks up the phone... if we show up without an appointment will they turn us down because of covid? RIDICULOUS!!!

I have to say that I have been attending this clinic for a while and now is that I see major change with how spotless and clean the place is. The last two times I attended the clinic I noticed how hardworking the new housekeeping worker was I could only see his first name which was Ariel. Since, I have been seeing him lately in my visits, he is very respectful and educated such as an Good Morning and will always have a smile in his face. This is very important in a clinic where everyone is friendly and respectful.

They dont have phone number.. also they can forget what old is ur baby... keep eyes open

Really fantastic doctors. Dr. Lewis is always very thorough and patient when examining my son. It does take months to get an appointment, but I’m always happy with the care we’re given.

My wife needed her transcripts to be sent to another hospital because she was in labor n the doc’s needed her blood work. We got on the line with one later who was condescending. We informed them that the hospital faxed over a form for they can fax over her bloodwork. But when we followed up, the woman persistently didn’t pick up the phone. If i had it my way she would and should get fired. The doctor are kind but the service sucks they deserve no stars

They take forever to answer the phone. Been going here since i was child & i know bring my kids here.. some of the front desk workers are rude in both ob & pediatrics but clinic is clean & doctors are very nice! Dr nalgonda(ob) & dr rouch(pediatrician) 👍

Every time I call I wait 45 min on hold for someone to pick up ask me what my issue is and then tell me to hold and hang up so unprofessional this isn’t the first time I call wait over an hour to get hung up on

I’m 31 weeks pregnant and have not had an appointment since July ... I’ve been trying to contact them over the phone and also the app they made me download and no one has gotten in contact with me .. there should be a complaint line patients could call ...

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!! AND RUDE STAFF! How could people work in hospitality and not know how to be kind!! The doctors are nice BUT receptionists are the very first impressions of the place and it’s absolutely awful! Being a concierge at a spa I know how to treat guests this STAFF DOES NOT!

This is the Most DISRESPECTFUL Clinic. My Sister who is a Cancer Survivor and has other Health Issues. She went to the Primary care Doctor to get a Home Health Form filled out for her upcoming Surgery. They Refused. They are not kind or Professional. My Sister and I are both in Tears. HORRIBLE Place!!

My daughter was seen the same day since she was super sick. They took great care of her but if you make a doctors appointment your child will not be seen for a couple months. I wish there were toys for kids to play with in the waiting room. Atleast at other pediatric offices Ive been they have secured wall puzzle games or games secured to a table.

First of all I get half hour early to my appointments and I still have long waiting times. The staff is playing around talking about personal stuff with each other, the facility is also not as clean as can be. It’s so sad that this organization has such high standards and the people working in it are ungrateful to be a part of it.

For this clinic to be linked to New York Presbyterian it has certainly been a disgrace. As well as the 21 Audobon Clinic. The wait was extremely long, and the staff at the front desk were very incompetent. I work for New York Presbyterian and I am very disappointed with the service I hate that I have to go back. I’ve currently been on the phone for over 10 minutes waiting to speak to someone because my appointments where scheduled for the wrong times after me giving the time and days i would like. I’m highly frustrated and 8months pregnant.

My wife is 2 months pregnant and been there about 3 times. The gyn receptionists are utterly disgusting. I’m white and I speak Spanish, what they say is extremely disturbing about patient demographics and symptoms. I will get there names and I will post it, so everybody has the right to know What kind of people they are.

Long wait times, no matter how early you get there. They need a whole new front desk staff or staff in general. You get there at 8:20am, front desk doesnt call you until 9:00am and they see you at 10:30am for a 8:45am appointment. They seem to be short staffed or they dont work according to schedule. Whatever the issue is, it is stressful to wait so long and unprofessional. Whats the point of an appointment?

Waiting time... People not in rush in ER... Went with my son... He having fever 104 + over 3 and half hours just to get in room , but still not seeing doctor... I dont know how they got 4 stars.... But maybe it is good hospital but I dont see doctors & people not in rush to help with one year old baby... Very disappointed with service...

Save Your Time And Dont Even Bother Going Here. Ive Been Waiting Over Two Months To Get In for A Prenatal Check Up And The Earliest Availability I Was Offered Is Still More Than A Month away. Their Priority Is Definetly Not The Well Being Of Their Patients. I Called And Was Told They Have Had No Cancellations And The Receptionist Then Procceded To Hang Up On me.

Unprofessional set of receptionist. Everytime you call the clinic youre either on hold for over 45 minutes or no one answers the phone. I would NEVER recommend this clinic for obgyn care just because of the front desk staff!!

Since Ive been going, Ive always had good experience but yes they should have more kid like things in the waiting room especially being that kids come there n have to wait. Oh and ad some candy or snacks for the kids and preggos! Lol.

Its my local clinic so I decided to switch from my other health care provider clinic. The wait time to make an appt when your calling is nearly waiting for hrs, and they tell you that the appt is available few months from now and then when you finally get seen is another long wait. My appt was at 9 am and didnt get out until 1 pm. I think the doctors are okay but dont bet on seeing the same Doctor twice because by your next appt theyll tell you they not available, so they give you an appt for another doctor.

People at the frontdesk are extremely rude and racist.

Appointment at 9:15 am its 12 pm and I still haven’t been seen. At 10am nurse said I was next they seen 5 patients 😡. I ask the doctor she said oh do you wanna come back in the afternoon like it is the afternoon now !!

The waiting time is amazing and pointless, if you try to call to get an appointment it is the same, the phone never answers and if you write an online message for help it is the same, nobody sends you an email back. This is a huge disaster.

They are very attentive, fast and the doctors are a love!

The wait is long if it is by appointment or without appointment it is much worse to wait for the doctors to the now of lunch they all go and it is necessary to continue waiting. More they put you in a room for more than 30 minutes waiting for the doctor. If you have an emergency go to the emergency room because at the clinic you get worse no matter if it is a child with disability or no disability otherwise the clinic is visited by children in wheelchairs and there is nothing in the bathrooms for the comfort of children with disabilities to change the pamper or something else. Fixing the clinic but did not think about the disabled.

Excellent service and very good gynecologists there I have been checked with my two pregnancy and it is the best I have no complaints
