I found this office on google and came in the same exact day. The receptionist was super sweet and the Dr was very easy going and informative. I really enjoyed how comfortable they make you feel as soon as you sit down. I suffer from osteoarthritis so I came in for some cortisone shots. To be honest I was a bit scared but the Dr got through the procedure quickly and it was honestly painless. I recommend this clinic to anyone in the nyc area. They’re super friendly and professional!

I highly recommend Dr. Melepura if your having any pain issues. I saw him a few weeks ago to get a second opinion. After discussing my issue, he suggested a less invasive procedure, which I was glad to hear and set up an appointment. Yesterday was my second appt and procedure. He explained everything step by step. My only regret is that I did not go to him months ago when my back pain first started. It’s now one day after my procedure and I have no back pain at all and I am able to bend without any hesitation. Dr. Melepura is a miracle worker. My Dad was suffering from shoulder pain for over 9 months now and was having trouble sleeping. Dr. M literally saved his shoulder as he is now able to sleep and have full use of his arm. Not only is this the most professional office I have seen in a while but scheduling was super easy and there are no hidden costs anywhere. Dr. Melepura was forth coming with so much great information and even provided my dad with follow up communication to see how he is doing. My only regret is not having my Dad come here sooner!!

I came into Dr. Melepura’s office with pain so bad I hadn’t been able to sleep at all the previous few nights. He was patient with me and made me feel comfortable speaking about my concerns! I would definitely recommend him to anyone experiencing pain.

I was referred to Dr. Melepura for a sudden and painful upper back/neck spasm. Dr. Melepura squeezed me in that day, assessed what was going on and treated me with injections directly into the muscle spasm. I felt some immediate relief and the next morning was about 50% better. He is a fantastic doctor and would recommend him to anyone. His office reached out the next morning to see how I was feeling. It is evident that he cares about his patients and their health and recovery.

Dr. Melepura was able to see me on very short notice and provided sound advice and treatment. Following the treatment, Dr. Melepura followed up via text, provided additional guidance, and quick analysis of my MRI results. I would absolutely recommend to those struggling with back pain.

Suffered a supraspinatus injury and was properly diagnosed by Dr. Melepura .Aswell as a recommendation for treatment and provided anti inflammatory medicine.I have a very time sensitive case and I feel confident in the Doctors ability to get me where I need to be in my road to recovery. After hearing that I was in a lot of pain, he offered to squeeze me into his schedule for a same day Televisit. Dr. Melepura is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating. Really kind doctor who knows what he is doing. Listened to me carefully and checked everything thoroughly so that we can proceed with best next steps to treat my herniated disc. Referred me to multiple ways I can get an MRI and conducted injections very well. Would 100% recommend for any pains.

I saw Dr. Melepura due to severe pain and burning as well as weakness on my left leg. I had spoken to two neurologists and felt that they were speaking at me, not to me and not fully listening. Dr. Melepura was the complete opposite, he was kind, compassionate and empathetic. He was also willing to go through extra mile. He performed a sympathetic nerve block on me, and so far successful and promising results. During the procedure he kept me aware of what was going on. After the procedure his office followed up more than once to see how I was doing. I will definitely be going back and am very pleased with my experience.

I had pain and lost range of motion in my right shoulder. I had a very convenient virtual appointment with Dr Melepura. He asked me move my arms and made a couple of observations. He did not suspect a tear in the tendon and referred me to PT with couple of follow ups in between sessions. I am happy to report that in 2 months i have seen almost 90% relief in pain, regained strength and motion . I also subscribed to capsule which makes it easier to get the prescriptions delivered home

UPDATE: I woke up with extreme pain in another part of my body that Dr. Melepura had not initially treated me for and I called his office and they had me come right in and to top it off after my exam he offered a treatment without getting approval from my carrier knowing how much pain I was in. He explained he would fight with the carrier and win or eat the cost of treatment. That is the type of doctor you want and need in your corner.Very nice office and staff. I started to experience severe back pain a few day ago. I came across Dr. Melepura’s office via a google search. His associate Erica greeted me with a warm welcome and made the sign in process for a first time patient like myself feel seamless. I also did not wait very long to see Dr. Melepura. He was able to correctly diagnose my condition almost instantly and gave me a sense of comfort you do see from most doctors. Although my insurance was not covered, I did not have an issue paying out of pocket for a doctor who had availability for me in an urgent situation which kept me out of work almost a week. I received a cortisone injection for my first time and didn’t know what to expect. Although I am not scared of needles, not knowing what to expect can leave anyone feeling slightly uncomfortable. Dr. Melepura kept everything very light hearted and showed me he was an expert in his field of work. Overall I was in and out in under 2 hours and could not have asked for a better person to treat my back pain. The finale of the visit, I could not complain as well. In my opinion, leaving me with no questions unanswered and very comfortable on my next steps, via email and immediately signed me up for capsule prescriptions (which I have never used before and is beyond convenient). Erica finished scheduling my follow up appointment as well as sending the final documents to my email for quick review. overall I could not be happier after meeting with Dr. Melepura and his team. I highly recommended a visit if you have discomfort and pain.Dr. Melepura and Erica, thank you both again for everything!!!!!!

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Dr. Febin Melepura. For many months, I had been suffering with an injury to my shoulder and elbow. Dr. Melepura listened carefully and patiently to my complaints. He took down my whole background so that he could better diagnose what was occurring. Dr. Melepura was able to send me out for the correct tests, and then tell me what was wrong. Once that was determined, I was able to begin some physical therapy that has already made a difference in my recovery.
