I was a little hesitant about having my procedure done here. But I had nothing but a pleasant experience the minute I walked in the door. The front desk staff was pleasant and polite. The facility is beautiful and clean. The nurses and assistants were so kind. Dr Lucas was great. Everything ran so smoothly. Ty again to all the staff

I want to sing the praises of the Endoscopy Center of New York. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I was well taken care of. The teamwork was excellent. Staff members were caring, attentive, skilled, friendly. Thank you Endoscopy Center.

Avoid this center unless you want to pay a fortune for a routine procedure. I have had colonoscopies before, this is the only time I have been billed thousands of dollars for it, and requesting an adjustment in billing in accordance with the law has gotten me only push back and verbal abuse by their billing department.

Yesterday I went to the Endoscopy Center to get an upper endoscopy done. And when you enter the building they were some nurses they would take your temperature your blood pressure they were very friendly. Then when you went to the front desk the ladies were again very friendly they assisted me with feeling out some papers. Now when I was getting ready to prepare myself for the surgery the nurses were super friendly, they genuinely show that they cared about me. They gave me warm blankets theyre very gentle when they put the IV. I love that my doctor and the anesthesiologist came in and were speaking about the procedure with me. Then when it was actually the time to do the surgery it just went very smoothly I didnt feel any discomfort and it felt very quick. Then when I woke up the nurses already had some snacks opened up for me and they waited for me to be more awake from the anesthesia so they can go over the results with me. The doctor also came and spoke with me about the results so I always felt like I was aware of what was happening and that I was a part of this process. Afterwards there was a nurse that escorted you outside. Overall I felt very comfortable I felt like missed Ive cared about me and my house and I would definitely recommend for people to go and get their surgeries done in this center.

This place is SO overpriced its actually scary how comfortable they feel to over charge - i found a much cheaper Centre in Queen. when i asked about how much its all gonna come down to more or less they totally gave me the wrong number - what they said the price should come down to was $2500! less than what i was billed for. save your time and money and find a cheaper more honest centre.

This is my second visit to this center for an upper endoscopy. Dr Lambroza and his staff were excellent and extremely professional. My only complaint is trying to get a detailed note for work from the front desk .

No amount of professionalism makes up for the fact that they gave me one estimate price that was only a couple hundred dollars and then getting charged thousands of dollars. Go anywhere else.

I cant say enough about the Endoscopy Center and the staff. I recently had to get a procedure and everyone --staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and my Dr. Arnon Lambroza were warm, friendly and comforting that they made the experience much more palatable. I highly recommend this center .

This was the third time I have had procedures at this Center. they have been exceptional in every respect. The doctors are kind, responsive and make the procedures as easy as possible. The staff and nurses are friendly, take their time as they walk you through the necessary steps and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Although I drive three hours to have procedures done there, it is worth it, as I have never had a problem and know I was well taken care of.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I absolutely love Dr. Kavalar. He was very friendly and reassuring. He made me feel comfortable with the procedure I was about to have. I will recommend him and his partner. They are very caring doctors.

Location was easy to find, we went on a Monday at 3pm and found parking right outside. Staff is very friendly, office looks great and is very appealing. Doctor Kavaler and his wife and also amazing to deal with there.

I am a patient of Dr Adler and was very happy with this facility for my endo. It is very pleasant and everyone was very professional and attentive, My stepfather went here the following week and they were great with him, very caring because he is elderly. He was very pleased too. Highly recommend.

Everyone at The Endoscopy Center makes you feel comfortable in what could be a not so comfortable situation. The environment is pleasant and the staff answers all your questions, they protect your privacy, and they want to make sure you know what to expect. Dr. Lambroza is extremely knowledgeable, and has an amazing bedside manner. He works with his heart and his head.

The doctors, nurses and support staff are all exceptionally well trained, professional, competent, communicative and personable. I have used this facility for three procedures over the past 3 years, and have consistently had excellent care and a great experience. The people make me feel safe and well cared for, and the facility is comfortable and spotless.

This was the third endoscopy center I had been to in the last 20 some years and I was very pleased to be there. With the new Q extension, I got there easily and had no trouble getting an Uber home afterward. My intake gal was easy to talk to and made the process a pleasure. Dr Lambrosa was on time, friendly and helped me relax. The the procedure went very quickly. My recovery nurse Vera was super and very efficient. I was comfortable throughout. I thank the Endoscopy Center for my good care.

What a horrible place. They under quote fees for patients - or - overcharge... you decide. Their staff, specifically the billing is completely inaccessible and unresponsive once they over charge you. Patients are not provided either information in a consistent manner. No one will respond to me about a mysterious bill from 6+ months ago.The worst practice I have ever been to.

Had a horrific colonoscopy here. Woke up during procedure, enduring the demeaning torment of having a prong up my butt. A facility rep told me this was acceptable care.

I have been to the Endoscopy Center of NY three times so far. Each visit was 100 % stress free. What an exemplary medical staff! I was greeted with a friendly hello in the reception area and checked in ten minutes later. It even got better from there. My nurse, who took my vitals, etc. was warm and friendly, which kept me at ease. When it was time for my endoscopy, I met with the the anesthesiologist who went over my medical history and then I was ready to go. The procedure room was immaculate. My physician, Dr. Arnon Lambroza and his staff were extremely professional but also so gentle and reassuring. Next thing I knew, I was in recovery and didnt even feel like I had the procedure yet! I highly recommend the Endoscopy Center of New York to anyone that needs these types of procedures.

The Center itselfs Pretty Good, the Staff are Amazing!Beware however, youll be charged upfront for the whole procedure for a random amount. Then youll be doing the usual waiting around for your healthcare provider to decide how much theyre going to cover and how much youre getting screwed by the usual U.S. Healthcare System. Youll probably still get hit up for yet another bill for Anesthetist etc.

I have been to The Endoscopy Center many times for my endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures. The treatment from as soon as you walk through the doors is welcoming and personal. The staff is warm and kind. My doctors are outstanding and extremely knowledgeable; all while making an unpleasant procedure, as pleasant as possible. I am very pleased with the center and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs an endoscopy/colonoscopy.

Worst center in nyc my appointment was 10 am i reached there 9.20 amthey register me 9.30 am then i was waiting 11.50 am no body took me in when i go to counter they told me fifteen minute i am diabetic my suger level was going low so i left 11.55 am they book lot of appointments but they dont have doctors only they are hungry for money they dont care patients

By far, the best experience Ive had at an endoscopy center and much easier than an outpatient hospital experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors was patient and pleasant to deal with.

On Thursday, November 9, 2017 I had the good fortune to have a much needed endoscopy at The Endoscopy Center of New York. It was a wonderful experience. From the personnel at the front desk to the nurses and aides...all were kind and compassionate. All paperwork was handled in a most professional manner and I was quickly escorted to my procedure room. Dr. Arnon Lambroza was my doctor and what a exemplary expert he is. All assisting personnel from my anesthesiologist to the attending nurses were there during the entire experience. Many thanks to Dr. Lambroza and his staff at The Endoscopy Center of New York for my incredible care.

We just left because we waited over an hour on a work day. Turns out they took the appointment after us and ‘accidentally’ marked us as “in procedure” we ended so far down that we were told the doctor probably wouldn’t be able to see us for another hour. We got there at 7:30am for an 8am appointment, how can it be that they would do a first come first serve when they are clearly making “appointments”? No efficient doctors office these days should run this way- especially in NYC. We can’t just have a doctors note excusing our lateness to work- we re adults not in school. Notes don’t make up for not actually working. We are looking for alternatives.

From the initial interview area to the recovery room, the service and care were first class. Dr. Kavaler is caring, compassionate and highly skilled, and Dr. Jill Kavaler administered the anesthesia seamlessly.Makes getting a colonoscopy (except for the bowel prep...) a pleasurable experience. I strongly recommend others to come here for care.

My experience with The Endoscopy Center of NY was positive in every way. The location was easy to get to and the staff very friendly. I was a bit nervous and the staff said just the right things to say to alleviate my fears. I knew if Dr. Lambroza did his endoscopies here it had to be top notch. I will be getting a colonoscopy soon and will be using this facility and of course Dr. Lambroza!

This was my third time at The Endoscopy Center of NY for GI tests being performed by my doctor and despite having the expected pre-test jitters, I’ve always been taken with how relaxing and actually pleasant the entire experience is. Check in is quick and efficient, the facility is clean and well appointed (yes - this does make a difference :) and the medical support staff are especially kind, supportive and watchful both before and after the procedure. The anesthesiologist took his time explaining in detail his role in the process, and answering questions. And last, but not least, is Dr. Lambroza, my GI who was performing the tests. Same as when I’m at his office for a check up, his demeanor during pre-op is highly knowledgeable and professional, yet equally relaxed, confident, warm and caring, immediately putting one at ease and feeling reassured, safe and secure in his hands. Being of an age where my roster of specialty doctors is now growing ☺, Dr. Lambroza is a gem of a find and a standout amongst his peers who I would highly recommend to anyone who is especially particular about the quality and credentials of the medical professionals who care for them.

I had a combined upper endoscopy and colonoscopy last week. Upon entering the center, the staff greeted me and registered me promptly. Next the nurses made me comfortable, warm and relaxed as they went through their preoperative workup, inserted the iv, etc. The anesthesiologist was very knowledgeable and a good conversationalist.Dr. Arnon Lambroza was very thorough and also very correct about my diagnosis during the initial consult in his office. He nailed it! After I awoke, he was right there to explain the procedure, show me the pictures, and discuss the follow up plan. Before I knew it, I was in a car heading home.I have spent more time waiting in some doctors offices than I did during my visit at the endoscopy center.Sincerely,Joyce Falini

The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. The physical facility is immaculate and inviting. The medical staff including anesthesiologists are thorough, highly skilled, sensitive and make you feel safe and at ease. Dr Lambroza is a wonderful doctor who is patient, informative, communicative, highly professional and you always get the feeling that he listens and answers all your questions. He always gets back to you in a timely manner regarding test results and any concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Lambroza and this medical facility.
