I’ve been a patient of Dr Chatoo for a few years now excellent Dr very sympathetic to patients needs .Always a pleasant experience when I visit & the ladies in the office are really nice.

My visit was very pleasant. The registration process was smooth and efficient. The wait time was very minimal especially for a first time patient. The support staff was very friendly, competent, and efficient. I will absolutely recommend friends and family to this office. Very knowledgeable, one stop shop for all your tests, friendly staff and silk hands, following my procedure I was ready for my day as if nothing had been done. Excellent doctor!

Worst doctors experience ever. 3rd World Countries see better service. Seriously. The receptionists are incompetent and rude. They cant take a message, let alone forward one. And dont expect a call back from the doctor, you wont get one, even if he is supposed to be delivering results. This quack shack repeatedly failed to refill prescriptions and then had the nerve to yell at me for their mistakes. They also overbook at least 4-deep so expect a routine 15 minute appointment to take upwards of 3 hours. In short, when both CVS and your insurance company intervene to say you need to find a new doctor because they dont trust your current one, you know the place sucks.

The worst doctor I have ever been to. I should have known by the TV appearances on a loop in the waiting room. He is only about fame and money. Did not provide any medical care. Racked up my bills by running EVERY test and then provided no diagnosis. Spent thousands of dollars and all I was told was that my tests looked normal. The most untrustworthy person I have ever met.

This is a GI Dr. that truly cares for his patients. I highly recommend him to all but, bring your patience because he is very busy and has lots of patients. He is worth the wait.

So disappointing I don’t know where to start. Went there feeling horrible, had a 5min examination which left me feeling fustrated and rushed. Took some blood and other tests. Waited a full week before I called in as no one had bothered to reach out to me and was told by the reception that the doctor wasn’t in but would call me back. I explained I was anxious and shocked that he hadn’t followed up with me and she apologized and assured me that he would call me to talk through everything. Now on week 3 and still nothing....I called again today and she told me the results were in and he hadn’t even reached out to me. I’m so appalled that he just either forgot or didn’t care about his patient especially considering how unwell I felt. Also as friendly as the reception staff is they don’t stop calling you “honey” “love” or “sweetie” it’s really unprofessional

The front office staff are so welcoming from the minute you walk in . They all were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about patients. Dr Chattoo always makes sure to connect with his patients On a professional manner.

Avoid at all costs! This doctor made me wait for an hour and a half on the first visit, almost fainted as I’m almost 80, even allowed others much younger to come before me yet these people came into the office after me but worked the front desk and the front office stated” they stepped outside and came back”, and even stated the doctor was an hour late tell him why you have to wait so long, the doctor didn’t seem to care about being late or was patient about describing my condition and wanted to rush everything, even wasrude at times, very cold and then when the colonoscopy occurred, he was running into the surgery room as he was late again per my daughter, and after the procedure had to have him chased for an hour by the staff there just to speak to me while other doctors timely came out to speak to their patients and didn’t need chasing, once he came out to me, he was cold again and rushed through everything and had a bad attitude and stated for us to make an appt to get the results about the polip or just call in to get the results -we call in and weeks later still no results and the office won’t share the info over the phone, not in line with what the doctor says. The doctor has videos about himself on tv etc and nothing else when you come into the Fulton office yet has no care for patients, be a tv star and not a doctor if all you care about being is on tv!

I love this practice i was diagnosed with something i dint have wheni went to see dr chattoo because my friend recommended him he dint just prescribed meds he got to the bottom of it through different test i dint have what the other gastroenterologist told me i had dr chattoo gave me meds and iam 100 percent plus the staff is amazing love this practice i recommend this to anyone with severe stomach issue.

This doctor told me that probiotics are constipating and should be avoided, as they are used for diarrhea. He told me he knows nothing about what foods to avoid with gerd. He was very happy to prescribe loads of drugs, though. I can get my mind around the dietary thing, but not his lack of basic knowledge about how probiotics work. Even my pcps over the years have had that basic knowledge. Also, every time I went in my appointment was at least an hour late.

Heres my yelp review (and I repeat, STAY AWAY):This man and his business are awful. Firstly, I was scheduled to come in on a Tuesday. I put things in my calendar the minute I schedule them because I forget appointments easily so I KNOW I was correct. As I was about to walk out of my office on this Tuesday I get a voicemail from Dr. Chattoos office confirming my appointment for Wednesday. I call and they dont answer, so I leave a voicemail. An hour goes by and I get no phone call back, so I call again. Finally they pick up and I explain that my appointment was surely today to which they disagree. Okay SURE.So I go in the next day and am getting blood work, etc., etc., and the nurse/receptionist (somehow doing both jobs?) is ON HER CELL PHONE the entire time chatting it up with her friend. Then they leave me in a room that looks like an abandoned office to do a breath test for H. Pylori and I have to turn off the machine myself because it was about to void my results since it had been so long since anyone had come to check on me.After my probably fake breath test (it honestly looked like a fax machine with a breathing tube attached) I go back to the dirty waiting room where the receptionists are giving attitude to everyone who calls and book my endoscopy for what Dr. Chattoo says is probably an ulcer.We schedule my appointment for 5/20. They call me on 5/18 and leave a voicemail -- the voicemail begins with the receptionist answering the phone as if I called her. Then she realizes her mistake, goes to start over and entirely forgets what shes called about. She finally stutters out that theyve cancelled my appointment and that they need to reschedule. I call back and am told by an angry receptionist that her colleague called me and will call me back in 10-15 minutes. No one ever calls. I call two hours later and get the voicemail. I call back the next day and finally get a hold of someone who says my insurance wouldnt cover the entire procedure for that location but that I can get full coverage in their other location which makes no sense to me, but I agree anyway. The receptionist says shell call me back shortly after setting up the appointment with the receptionist at the other office. I never got a call back.Im calling in the morning to cancel the endoscopy all together. Im also going to email my ENT and tell him I am incredibly INCREDIBLY disappointed with who he referred me to and that I wont be coming back to him again either (Dr. Shawl was my ENT who also did nothing for me but prescribe a medicine that made me feel worse than I ever have).Dr. Chattoo himself seemed tired, detached and annoyed. I highly advise anyone considering going to him to find a doctor who doesnt seem like he wants to kill himself and who doesnt work in an office that looks near collapsing. The receptionists are beyond awful. Id sooner use a camera to look down my own throat than allow this person any access to my body in a sedated state.STAY AWAY.
