Dr Wolfe is a very caring, doctor with a great bedside manner. He listens to your issues and explains whatthe next steps are in your course of treatment. . He’s very calming and nice. The front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. There was very minimal wait time.

Dr. Wolff is the best doctor I have had during my whole experience with silent reflux. He was sympathetic to my situation and made me feel like I was important and he listened to me, the whole long story! I wish I was still able to see him, but he no longer takes my insurance. I absolutely love this office. Both locations midtown and downtown are so easy to get to. Front desk is always friendly, and Dr. Wolff couldnt be more caring. I had an urgent issue last week and I was able to be seen the next day. Dr. Wolff addressed all of my worries and made me feel at ease. Dr. Wolff called me that evening to see if I had any other questions that I may have forgotten to ask. (Which I did:) I know I am getting the best possible treatment because of his knowledge and approach to medicine. Ive never had better or more personal care from a doctor. Luckily for me my gastroenterologist is the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve been going to him for 5 years now and he checks in regularly, handles all insurance approvals, and more. It is very apparent that Dr. Wolff genuinely cares about getting and keeping his patients healthy to the best of his ability. Cannot say enough great things about him and the practice as a whole. I had been to a number of GI doctors before him and wouldn’t ever consider going to another.

I went into his office on Martin Luther King Day, ordinarily a quiet day in midtown manhattan, I assumed I would be in and out quickly.The office was empty except for one patient. I still waited for 35 minutes to see the Dr. After the unpleasant experience in the waiting room I was surprised by his knowledge as well as his bedside manner. His admin staff completely dropped the ball, yet again. Before leaving the office I scheduled a follow up procedure for over a month in advance. They had all my insurance information prior to me arriving for my first appointment and I signed the necessary consent forms for them to verify benefits. At 9:30am, the day before my procedure, I missed a call from the nursing staff going over final questions. I called back twice over the day and finally on the 3rd attempt I got to a person. I then got another call telling me what my coverage would be and was unwilling to pay the copay of $1900. I called the office was passed around to several people where I had to explain my story yet again. The lack of professionalism and constant finger pointing is tiresome and I recommend you go elsewhere unless you like this being treated by staff that should be working at the DMV not at a Top NY Doc. Good luck and go elsewhere!!!

I finally scheduled an endoscopy and colonoscopy with the Doctor after many years of putting it off.As a 60 year old that is not a good thing.The people at his office were wonderful and they contacted me numerous times to make sure i understood what i needed to do pre procedure. the hospital staff were also amazing and very comforting and let me know what was happening every step of the way.the actual procedure went great and i was feeling great and doctor wolf was great and told me exactly what he did and what he found in my system.good news is that i am in great shape and there is nothing to worry about.the followup with Dr.Wolf and his staff was very comforting also. they really were wonderful and i dont say that about anything.EXCEPTIONAL

I first met Dr. Wolff at his Midtown East office, and then had a procedure by him in FiDi at Liberty Endoscopy. He’s an incredibly relatable person and a very talented doctor. The experiences I had in both offices were among the best...dare I say the best, I’ve had from any medical professional. If you end up having a procedure, make sure you’re with the dream team of Dr. Wolff, anesthesiologist Dr. Park and, GI technician Harry Rolon. I could not have felt more comfortable under their care. It makes a huge difference.

I am an empireblue member and have a very decent insurance plan. Dr Martin has a good review and I am considering him as my primary care provider. When I called his office, my first impression was very unpleasant and disappointed. The lady called Judy put me on hold for long time and came back to me with long lists of questions containing a lot of personal information before even telling me if I have any possibility of getting an appointment with Dr Martin and when. I expressed some concern with providing all these personal data without even securing an appointment. Her response and attitude raised my more concerns. I cannot judge if Dr Martin is a good doctor or not but certainly he has an unfriendly and unwelcoming receptionist. I will walk away with no regret. First impression is a kill, in all business!

I can not recommend this dr enough. Dr. Wolff was able to figure out what was wrong with me when drs for over 2 years gave me all kind of wrong diagnoses and put me on unnecessary medication. Now I finally have some clarity and relief. He listens and doesn’t make you feel stupid or like a hypochondriac when you’re talking to him. I wish more drs were like Dr. Wolff.

I consulted Dr. Wolff after a friend recommended him. I have suffered with mysterious digestive issues for about ten years, and have seen many docotors, including GIs, without getting relief. Dr. Wolff greeted me personally, listened attentively when I described my symptons and the medicines Ive been taking, and never rushed me. After examining me thoroughly, he ordered several tests, and called me personally to give me the results as soon as he received them. He diagnosed me, ordered new medications, aand suggested several life style changes, and I havent felt so well in ten years. He returns calls and treats me like a person, not just a patient. The best!
