My first time inside since covid protocols allowed escorts in the building. The patient and the escort are treated with the utmost courtesy and care!!!! I would highly recommend this facility. I was not familiar with the area but there is no free parking but there are plenty of places to wait and eat while you wait. Excellent NY sites in walking distance. They kept me informated of the status and set my expectations. My relative was happy when he came out from the procedure ready to go home. Great anesthesia!!!

First colonoscopy; Dr. Motola and the crew at Liberty was absolutely amazing start to finish. Verna and Chandni were warm, sensitive, knowledgeable and considerate. I had heard horror stories about the experience of having a colonoscopy and this experience couldn’t have been further from that description. MANY thanks to the entire staff, Raven, Michael…every single person made the experience so easy from guiding me through preparation instructions, checking in, making sure I was comfortable, and the best news was a clean bill of health!THANK YOU LIBERTY!!!!

Benefits coordinator Carlyne (pronounced somewhat like Car-lean, I believe, for the other reviewers wondering) went above and beyond to help resolve some unusual insurance coverage and billing issues. The doctor, anesthesiologist, nurse, and other staff were all similarly top notch. Thank you, all!

I was quite nervous for my first endoscopy. The staff at Liberty Endoscopy were so wonderful and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Everything was explained to me clearly and I never once felt confused about anything. When I awoke, I felt like nothing happened, it was incredible how painless the procedure was. I recommend Liberty Endoscopy as highy as I can.

Do NOT go here. These people are scammers. They double-charged me and wouldn’t give me my money back. I have been trying to get my refund since May, now is a week shy of September and they keep coming up with different excuses but ultimately they won’t pay me back. They are thieves.

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff at Liberty. From start to finish they made the entire endoscopy process as comfortable as possible. I would like to specifically thank Geeta for being so great in post-op, Dr. Park for being so helpful walking me through my first time getting anesthesia, and of course Dr. Wolff for diagnosing & treating the issue in addition to the procedure itself. Highly recommend!

The entire experience was first class from the receptionist to my doctor. The nurse, Geeta was a swertheart,and all staff were very attentive and made me feel like I was the only patient. A very pleasant ecperience. I highly recommend this place.

The hype is real! I had an endoscopy here yesterday and it was truly a great experience. I am the biggest baby when it comes to medical things, usually pass out with needles, and havent been sedated in over 20 years. So I was pretty nervous, but all of the staff were incredible. The nurses were attentive and cheerful and Dr. Park walked me through every step of the anesthesia, he was awesome. I felt totally comfortable and in good hands every step of the way.

The experience of the actual procedure was great, but the groups billing department leaves a lot to be desired. I started a payment plan for my procedure in September, I paid the reimagining balance off the beginning of January after getting bills threatening to send me to collections. What’s worse, I am still getting auto payments taken out of my account. I have called several times and have been told the auto payments have been cancelled and also that my payment that settled my account hasn’t posted, even though it’s been over a month and a half since I paid everything off. If you have to go to Liberty Endoscopy, DON’T use their monthly payment agreement, it will just cause you more stress and they will end up with an overpayment of multiple hundreds of dollars that you will never see again.

Everyone is fabulous here. They take wonderful care of you, from the nurses to the billing coordinator and receptionists who greeted me. I appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff for what I thought would be a very annoying procedure. It turned out to be virtually painless and stress-free. Dr. Motola and the anesthesiologist did a great job.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Carilyn! (Please lmk if I misspelled the name and I will fix it up).A couple days before my procedure, she rang me to explain exactly what to expect in terms of benefits, insurance, prices, and payment options. Everything was explained accessibly and in such a friendly way! It was like having a secret friend that understands the world of insurance and walks you through everything without you having to lift a finger. She was so helpful in addressing all of my questions and I really can’t believe how easy she made this part of getting healthcare. What a gem of a person!Post-procedure update: Carilyn was just the tip of the iceberg. Everyone from intake staff to physicians were absolutely top-notch. wish all lifes experiences were this smooth and enjoyable (who knew such a phrase could even apply to an invasive med procedure?? :) ).

I was so nervous to do the procedures. The nurse Geeta was king and put me at ease right away. Then Nurse Pierre Paul came in and she was also very nice and made me comfortable to go under in her care. They are all very professional and know that you are in good hands. Dr Valerie Antoine Gustave is incredible. She is smart and kind. I have never felt in better hands.

Liberty Endoscopy Center is simply amazing. I scheduled my colonoscopy with Dr. Glick and everything was simply perfect. Scheduling, explaining all the details, the care of making me feel valued and appreciated was top notch. Everyone from the time you walk in, welcome you with a smile and you can tell that it teamwork makes it all happen. My doctor was funny and made sure to explain all the gory details. Also Chandri, and Stefy took really good care of me. Dr. Park the anesthesiologist was dope too and cracked a few jokes which really made me laugh. I still have to go for my procedure, but I had the BEST experience today with Carlyne, the benefits specialist extraordinaire. As I was reading the packet of information I was given leading up to my procedure, I had a variety of questions regarding my insurance. I sent her an email, to which she responded by calling me directly. She was extremely patient and kind, and at the end of the day she went out of her way to assist me when I became frustrated at discrepancies in my insurance that had nothing to do with Liberty. I greatly appreciate the time she took with me, and her assistance was invaluable. Thank you!

I cant give this place enough stars! My daughter had her colonoscopy done here a few weeks ago. I had to have my colonoscopy done and she immediately recommended both Dr. Wolff and Liberty Endoscopy. I had to have both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy done on the same day. I was truly amazed at all of the staff and doctors there. A huge thank you to Dalia and Lisa, who was able to get the IV into my arm with ease (I am notoriously hard to find a vein for!) Everyone made sure I was comfortable with everything. Dr. Park is the best anesthesiologist I have ever had. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was explained and that my comfort came first. Thanks to Leo for fitting me with the mouth guard for the endoscopy. He was so careful and gentle. Dr. Wolff-what a kind, wonderful and patient doctor! Highly recommend Dr. Wolff and Liberty Endoscopy!

I was a bit nervous and maybe a little delirious from the constant bowel movements caused by the colonoscopy prep drink and no food for nearly 24 hours. I thought the snowstorm would cause my procedure to be canceled but no, everyone was in the office when I called at 7:45 am. I was helped immediately on arrival by Raven at the front desk and did all the paperwork and changed into a fresh surgical mask. The waiting area was spaced out for social distancing with hand sanitizer placed on tables. I had my required covid test on Monday. The prep nurse Geeta took me back and explained everything, took my vitals, and attached my IV. Don’t forget to remove your wedding rings. Then Dr. Valerie Antoine-Gustave came in to go over the process which we had discussed on the telemedicine call. Then Dr. Daphne Pierre-Paul came in to explain the anesthesia. I was definitely loopy by then and thought she said something about it affecting my teeth but she was talking about removable dentures, which I don’t have. I have metal braces. Once in the room, I also met Rene Mendoza who is the GI Tech. I don’t remember anything after the heart monitors were attached and the drugs started. I woke up to see Verna in the recovery area who explained all my after care, got my some pretzels and my Gatorade that I’d brought. She also called my husband to pick me up. All in all, I was in and out in 2 hours with zero issues and no polyps. Everyone was kind and professional and made what I thought was a scary experience as painless as possible. Thank you Raven, Geeta, Verna, Rene, Dr. Antoine-Gustave and Dr. Pierre-Paul.

Super organized, very clean, and great doctors! I came here for 2 procedures with Dr. Gustave through Gotham Medical Associates. She is so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Park was the anesthesiologist. He was incredibly careful, and this was the first time I did not have bruising after an IV. I highly recommend the doctors and this facility.

Anyone coming here is probably having to get a procedure they dont want done. It was such a pleasant experience, you almost forget that. I had to get an endoscopy and from start to finish, everyone was extremely professional, kind and caring. The nurses put me at ease immediately, knowing I was nervous. When it came time for the procedure, my doctor held my hand and told me to think of a vacation and I went right to sleep. I woke up in the recovery room and felt great, like I had taken a pleasant nap. The person who called me before the procedure was very helpful and after, the nurse followed up to make sure I was ok. If you ever have to have any type of procedure done, I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Martin Wolff, anesthesiologist Dr Park, and GI technician Harry Rolon are a dream team. My experience with them could not have been better. The idea of getting my first colonoscopy gave me crippling anxiety, but this team made me feel comforted and supported in an almost unbelievable way...not your average NYC medical practice. I have already referred 2 friends to Dr Wolff’s office and my procedure was yesterday.

I saw Doctor Wolf as part of a routine procedure; A family member gave him high marks so I did my own research into his credentials, ratings, reviews, etc. Summa cum laude from Yale and Phi Beta Kappa - that certainly got my attention! He is a Professor at NYU Medical School (one of the most prestigious medical schools in the world!)Sometimes professionals have all of the credentials, but are lacking in other areas (e.g., personal interaction, social skills) - Doctor Wolf not only has a tremendous academic background, I would venture to say that he falls into the Top 1% of those physicians / surgeons that communicates extremely well and has a heart! He is a surgeon from another era, a good old-fashioned doctor who people respect and admire. I would HIGHLY recommend him !HIS STAFF ARE WELL TRAINED, ENGAGING, PROFESSIONAL and they treat each patient with respect and dignity! Bless them all! From the Front Desk to Nurses and Anesthesiologist, you are in good hands!

I never thought Id describe my colonoscopy experience as incredible, but thats what it was. As a younger person getting a colonoscopy, I was pretty nervous about the experience, and the prep over the previous 24 hours wasnt the worlds most fun endeavor. That said, the entire Liberty Endoscopy experience eased all of my concerns. The staff was friendly and punctual. My colonoscopy was scheduled for 1pm, started exactly on time, and I was out by 2:30pm. The anesthesiologist and nurses all made sure that I felt extremely comfortable; they even asked me my favorite musical artist before I was sedated, and I got to listen to Bruce Springsteen as I fell asleep. They explained the procedure to me and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The facility is also extremely nice, new, and clean. Im hoping I dont need another colonoscopy for another 20+ years, but when I turn 50, I will certainly look here first!
